i came here with my mother and older sister in november of 2019 and it was a pretty neat experience. the inside of the shop was very clean and the menus were easy to access. if i recall correctly, i think my mother and sister got donuts whereas i ended up getting boba (i can't remember what flavor it was though). it was super delicious, and it didn't take long for us to receive our orders! the service is also very friendly and you can tell that the staff here cares about their customers. all in all, i would definitely visit this location again if given the chance. :) read more

Donuts here are amazing! Always soft and so far I haven't gotten and stale ones. The downside here are the drinks....skip them because they are bad...to be fair they do have signs up that the smoothies are made from powder mixes and that no refunds will be given...well I ordered one of the teas, not a smoothie but then I saw them make it from a powder mix. I'm very spoiled to have Daily Donut down the road from home. My fiancé got me hooked on the Jalapeño, Ham & Cheese croissants, OMG...I crave for it almost all the time. Similar to Krispy Kreme, they offer a light doughnut that doesn't have as much sugar. Ah, a highlight of an Asian-owned bakery: not too sweet. I came across this new donut shop on the holiest of days, Easter Sunday. Holy Easter Sunday. Holes in donuts...My how the lord works in mysterious ways! It was closed when i saw it that night. So i thought i would check it out this morning. Now i was a bit skeptical on how good the donuts would be cause on the outside of the building it has "Grand Opening 4/14/14" spray painted in blue on the glass. Would it have killed them to buy some poster board and some markers and make a sign? But that didn't stop myself, Gandalf, Frodo, Bilbo, Gollum, and the rest of the Fellowship from venturing on into Daily Donut to try their sugary rings of goodness. The place is very clean on the inside and pretty spacious. They have a pretty good selection of donuts and the place smelled fantastic. I was in there around a little after 8am and there was a bunch of donuts. I only saw 2 people there working. So if they made all of those donuts that morning, then hats off to them. The lady at the counter was very nice and attentive to every customer who came in there. It gave off the vibe to me that this donut shop they opened up was something they have been working towards and now that it's a reality, she appreciates the people who coming in there looking for some fresh donuts to start their day off. The grand opening special that is going on until April 28th where you can get a dozen donuts for $5.99 was another selling point :) The donuts themselves were very good and moist. I got a few glazed, a couple of cinnamon crunch, classic sprinkles, and chocolate topped with white frosting and nuts. They are light and fluffy and not as sweet as say a Krispy Kreme. Which is good. We all know donuts aren't the greatest thing for us to eat if were trying to be health conscious and watch our figures. But its easier to not feel as guilty when the sweetness doesn't overpower the donut and make you feel like your eating a ring of pure sugar. Speaking of health. Donuts is not the only thing they sell there. They also sell smoothies and Boba as well. I didn't fully check out the menu so i'm not sure what flavors of smoothies they have. Or what else they may offer. It was the donuts that drag me in there and will get me to come in there again. Is it a place that you would drive cross town to go get donuts from? No. But if you happen to be close by or in the area. Then go out of your way a bit and check this place out. You won't be disappointed. read more

Stopped by this morning just because and it was the best thing I did. Great costumer service and better donuts!

We weren't sure what to expect but we were blown away. We got a dozen glazed donut holes and a cream filled glazed. They were AMAZING!!!!! The style of donut is more of the very light and fluffy Krispy Kreme type donut rather than the heavy dense Dunkin donut type... We very much like the light and fluffy type!!!! It's also neat that if you get a jelly or cream filled donut, they fill them right there for you. Pretty awesome! I can't help but think these guys are giving Krispy Kreme a run for their money. They were so busy that they could barely make the donuts fast enough. And they were making tons. Make sure to get there early because they are going so fast. Distillate shop is right next to my house it's usually my go to if I need some donuts and my usual donut place is just too far. The owners are actually really nice I do enjoy coming here it was national donut day so they were pretty much out of most of their donuts but I was still able to get a box of donuts and the kids at work love them they are usually very delicious and this is my second favorite donut place read more

My coworkers are always bringing Daily Donuts to work, so naturally I had to see what it's all about. I hate heavy donuts, but I also hate the flavored air called "Krispy Kreme". These are in between, and large enough to feel satisfying after just one. They also understand how to properly apply icing, as nothing was too sweet. I guess what I'm trying to say is that this breakfast snack takes a delicate balance of ingredients to remain delicious, and whoever prepares these definitely knows what they're doing. So I go to this play on Labor Day... I wanted glaze donuts but they had none up front and made it seem like the donuts they had were the only ones left. So I purchase the donuts as I'm leaving a guy walks in ask for glaze and the older lady comes out the back and says let me get them for you. So as I'm walking out I'm like I want glaze too.. She then decides to get rude with me like it's a issue to replace some of the d league donuts with the NBA glaze donuts. I left but customer service was poor due to that issue and I ordered a smoothie and on the picture it has whip cream I asked for whip cream and he was like we don't have any smh.... Today was my second time indulging in these doughnuts, but only my first time in the shop. I arrived at around 8AM on a Saturday, so there wasn't much of a line, but as soon as I stepped up to the counter, customers just kept on pouring in. There were four individuals behind the counter. I was helped by a young lady with bangs and a ponytail. She was extremely pleasant in demeanor and knew exactly what I wanted even though I just pointed at them or simply described them. Service was fantastic and ran smoothly even though the shop was full and there were three other individuals picking out doughnuts of their own. The doughnuts were amazing!!!! They were soft and fluffy, and not dense or dry. My favorites are the maple bar and the chocolate cake doughnuts. I spent about $15 on 18 doughnuts and drove 10 minutes to get here. I was a huge Dunkin' Fan, until the one nearby was serving stale jelly doughnuts. I'm not one particularly sold on a "perfect donut" (I go more for the coffee), so when even I started noticing the hard and dry trend of donuts at Dunkin, it says that something is really afoot in the Dunkin' bakery. When Daily Donut opened right across the street, I thought it was AWESOME good luck that we finally had a place making fresh (? hopefully!) doughnuts. I was just thinking about how unappetizing the competition was. Well, it turns out that there's a chef who comes in during the evening and stays up overnight each day making all of the doughnuts fresh that evening for the next morning. And here's the thing: You can tell by the freshness that those doughnuts were JUST MADE. I'm not kidding. The blueberry filled doughnuts are HEAVEN. And if you go buy them all up this weekend before I get there based on this review, you're a jerk. Leave one for the guy who comes in after 10am. The coffee is on par. It's hot. Neither amazing, and certainly not stale. The prices are right. The atmosphere is nice. It's clean, plenty of choices and the staff is friendly. I'll be there this weekend. There's finally a great donut place on the West, West Valley! I used to have to drive to the maryvale area for donuts but thank goodness Daily Donut is here in Avondale! These donuts are made fresh daily! Still fresh when I got there around 11am. I had the ham and cheese jalapeño crossaint which was light and flaky (not so greasy) and of course a dozen of their signature donuts. My favorite are the old fashioned and they are light and not overbearingly sweet. I can eat them all day! You have to stop by and try them out AND they have boba! All reasonably priced. This is my neighborhood donut shop so I've been going there for a few years. My son loves their smoothies and has been trying to get thru their entire smoothie flavor-menu for fun, it's become our thing. The last smoothie purchased was horrible, my son said he didn't like the taste (to which I said "oh well, it happens, now we know not to order that again") but as he drank more, he said he got a chunk of sugary grain. This places uses milk, powder and ice for their smoothie so I could see how that might happen. Went back in, asked if the smoothie could please be re-blended. The guy at the counter makes this serious face and says he needs to ask. The owner comes out and explains there is no way there could be a chunk or a grainy feel as their powders are designed to instantly dissolve when they hit the milk. She says maybe my son just wants a new flavor and is saying this to get an new one. I explained we've been going there for 5 years and in the past year my son has gotten at least 15 smoothies and we've never had an issue with their service or products. I add I'm not trying to get my money back or ask for a different item, can she please just re-blend it or remake it. She says they don't do that, she offers to give me a demonstration of the solvency efficiency of the powder used. By now I'm ticked and in awe of this women's lack of business logic and terrible customer service. I again explain I've never had this type of issue, we just want our usual Saturday smoothie experience. She says their policy is NO refunds and NO exchanges, I point out this policy is not posted anywhere in their establishment nor was it verbalized at time of purchase. She gives me the most fake "sorry", I scoot the smoothie across the counter tell her she can keep her smoothie and her business as I will assure we never return to her establishment again. We turn to walk away and she asks us to have a nice day...WTH?!?! I urge anyone thinking of going there to find a different place to get their donut/smoothie needs fulfilled.
