First off the service was great and I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The hot sign wasn't on unfortunately but I needed some donuts. These were awful. They were stale like they had been sitting out for days and then resold. In the box they looked good. I will not be going back and I do not recommend. read more

It's so nice to actually go into a place where the employees are friendly, respectful, and are just in a good mood. I had some trouble redeeming all of my points in the app, but was able to use some of my credits, the hot donut made up for everything while I was trying to figure everything out, See you soon, thank you. read more

We arrived about 5:30. The hot light was blocked by a window shade. When we went in you could see the sign and them making those wonderful glazed donuts. Oh so good! Staff were very friendly and so helpful! read more

On the first day of our month-long road trip from Los Angeles to Key West, we pulled away from the curb around 2 AM, and started heading for our first destination, Las Cruces, NM. Yeah, that's more than 700 miles, but we wanted to make a dent out of the blocks. After a 90 minute, all-lanes-blocked delay in the California desert, we were hankering for coffee and maybe a little sugar to get us going for a long travel day. Mrs. Picante had a Krispy Kreme gift certificate burning a hole in her pocket, and she did a quick Yelp search to see where the closest one was. As timing guided, turns out it was this one. Located in a big shopping center just off the Highway, we made a few turns and sort of slid in sideways with our truck and 25 ft. Trailer. After a short trip in, the wifenkids returned with a box of glaze, chocolate, and some sort of strawberry-with-white-frosting thing that left me with a weird permasmile for about an hour. Coffee was strong, hot, sweet, and a little lighter than a paper bag, just like like me. Would totally go here again. Especially if one of my bride's students hooks her up with another gift certificate. read more

Stopped in this morning to get the "winter box" and was highly disappointed it was only 4 of the flavors that were available from what is advertised and they all tasted old and stale. $20 down the drain...my kiddo took one bite and was done ...I should of went with my first thought and went to Bosa but my kiddo wanted Krispy Kreme...oh well never again read more

Nation wide ads for today say mention the word SPRING and get a free dozen donuts with the purchase of a dozen. Did this and the staff said you have to have a code---we can do nothing about it. Asked for the manager and the young lady said the same thing so I asked for the number for customer service. She again said you have to go on line very rudely. They were not at all busy and should have taken the time to at least try and address my concerns.................terrible customer service and with this promo they should have been very busy so my guess is they have lost business due to not caring about the customers. read more

While I would have preferred them warm I understand the campaign items take more time and aren't ran on a hot and ready rotation if you will lol. It's all good though all nicely decorated and exceptionally glazed. The cashier was friendly and it smelled so good so knowing they're taking good care of the original glazed warmed my heart lol. We haven't been in a while so this was a sweet treat for treat season!! Service was fast and friendly I'll be back for my original glaze!! read more

Went into this location at 6:45am, and they don't have any glazed for at least 30 minutes. What is wrong with the staff that they don't always have their best selling donut available? Waste of time. read more

The hot sign wasn't on when we came in but they were making fresh glazed line was tolerable for 10:30 on a Thursday morning. Employees weren't particularly friendly. When we sat at a table a bit crawled past us. They were also out of napkins, which I found very very odd. Music was kinda loud but no one was in the lobby so noise was fine. read more

I have been eating Krispy Cream doughnuts for over 50 years and I have NEVER had a complaint until I picked up my order on Saturday. I had ordered a dozen of specific doughnuts that I close and a Latte. The doughnuts were HARD and disgusting and was NOT what I had ordered and PAID extra for. They were disgusting and the Latte I paid $6 for tasted like dirty water. I was highly disappointed and what you pay now for a dozen........they should be right and at least FRESH! Will not be going back to this location ever again! read more

The doughnuts were awful. Over 16$ for a dozen glazed doughnuts that I would bet money were not made that day. They were hard and stale. 10 of the dozen went into the trash. I think I deserve a refund but I'm not driving back over there. If you must buy this overpriced trash just get them from the grocery store. Those taste way better than the "fresh" ones out of the store. Yall need to get it together because you are driving the brand into the ground. The manager should be ashamed of themselves for letting this trash go out of their store. read more

New to area thought all locations would have the same quality and taste, wrong! The donuts are half the size of WA locations. Taste was blah, filled donuts had maybe a marble size amount and not fresh read more

Pupmkin spice original glaze were terrible. The donuts themselves were hard and stale. They also tasted of old oil mixed with pumpkin spice. It is not a pleasant taste to have linger in one's mouth. The pumpkin spice filled with cheesecake were only slightly better. The filling helped mask some of that flavor. Collectively we decided to throw the remaining donuts out. Service on the other hand was great. We were greeted by all employees who were out. Suggestions to up-sell were not pushy. The person who helped us had an upbeat tone of voice. read more

I was craving something sweet after dinner and saw the sign. Why not? My guy and I walked in and notice they have fresh glazed donuts coming down the line and the drive thru window was busy. The best part? Krispy Kreme will give you a free donut if you have your Covid-19 vaccine card with you. We did have those cards on us and got two hot , glazed donuts to take home. On a side note, since it was after 7 p.m. and they were busy, the place was a bit dirty inside. I assume it gets cleaned before closing time. Guess. I have to check on another visit. read more

The last time i stopped by the speaker had been out so and they made me pull up to the window, so i did the same this time. The lady came up to the window and i told her i had a pickup order and she told me "you want to try that again?" and tells me to go around again to the speaker and slams the window. I come inside and she gives me my order that way. I understand that the speaker is there for a reason but she was completely disrespectful with the way she handled things and it was a pickup order that was already paid for, it makes no difference if i give you my name at the window or at the speaker just do your job. read more

We came today because we got a great offer $6.99 for a dozen of assorted donuts! We did get here late around 4:30PM so they did not have much of a variety of donuts left but that was ok considering we did get a great value anyway. I'm from Georgia and it warms my heart like a "Hot Doughnut Now" just to see the Krispy Kreme sign in this part of the country..... the "KrispyKreme-Green" (yes that's a color ) sign ! I adore the classic glazed , obviously ,,,especially when they are still hot , but pretty much anytime . Great jelly doughnuts , cuellars and all the classics . Their seasonal selections can be a lot of fun ,,,, Halloween, Christmas & all that . That's how they do it in the south y'all . KKreme definitely beats the pants off Dunkin Doughnuts any day of the week ,,,, and I will get in a slap fight with a Jersey Girl over that . read more

I am so annoyed. I have been looking forward to getting donuts for my family all week. Specifically the pumpkin flavors. We found a really cool doughnut and it was funny so it made us happy. The doughnuts were good too.

Went in over an hour before they close and they had almost no donuts. All we really wanted was plain glazed and they didn't even have that but that was no problem we got other kinds. What we didn't like was the workers attitude as soon as we got inside. She seemed mad she was working or something. It was a brief interaction but definitely didn't leave us wanting to come back. read more

Donut Nirvana. Ohmmmmm... Krispy Kreme glazed doughnuts hot off the line are like kissing dewy sunlight and double rainbows. Great to see a KK come to town and it's super convenient off the I-10 and Dysart. Aside from the long line of cars and people stringing out the front door to the back parking lot on National Doughnut Day (in the rain!), the wait is reasonable and the staff is super nice. And can't beat the price. :o) Once Avondale adds the planned Noodles and Company, I'll only need to leave the West Valley when I'm in the mood for good Chinese food! read more

Manager and employee just discriminated against my son and embarrassed me. As we were in line a white lady and a white boy was in front of me getting free donuts because he had A's. Happened to be that we were there for the same thing. The boy said I have 8 A's and she said the max you can get is 6. So he picked the donuts and they were given to him. My 13 year old son logged in fine and showed proof of his grades before he was able to select his donuts. Now for my 6 year old I was getting an error message and I was not able to log in and show her that. She said I can't give you his donuts if can show me his grades. I told her that the lady and the kid before me wasn't asked anything is it because my son is Hispanic. So I asked to speak to the manager. The manager said oh She should've asked for it but I said she didn't. Which is not fair that she took the white boys word for it but not one of my son's. I even showed her the error message the school website was giving me. She didn't care so at that point it was about the free donuts anymore because I bought 4 dozens for his school. It's more about her making my son feel bad that his word was not sufficient because he was a different race. So I left and made a complaint over the phone and they asked me for their names which I didn't have. So I went back and ask the manager for the information. She said to me I want you to know that I pulled the video and she did ask for a report card. At this point she made me real upset because she's calling me a liar now. I told her no she did not she asked after the fact because I complained. As a manager she acted so unprofessional by trying to embarrass me. At that point my son website was working and I showed her his A's and she didn't bother to apologize or give offered his donuts. He never got them! Instead she rolled her eyes as I walked away and told her employees, " I'm not worried about it, don't worry about it"'. This is the worst experience ever in my life and not for me but for my son. His hard work was not recognized and was treated poorly by staff! I would not recommend anyone to go to this location. I truly feel that my son deserves an apology. This manager shouldn't be in the position she is! When I went to pick up my donuts today the manager was so disrespectful and said she wasn't dealing with me anymore yo call corporate just because I asked why weren't my donuts in the Halloween box. I asked her not to talk to me that way but she didn't care. She really needs to be fired read more

Krispy Kreme is such a great place to get donuts. Their original glazed donuts are top notch when it comes to quality and consistency. Over the years, I've seen a bunch of these shops come and go. I wish that there was a shop closer to where I live. It also seems to be far to drive and get their fresh donuts. FOOD: I love the great variety of donuts these places offer, and over the years, they have created different combinations to see what people like. I appreciate the new ideas they have tried and not sticking to just the same old traditional donuts. Their donuts are soft and flavorful. They aren't too expensive either for the quality. SERVICE: The service at these places seems to be lacking a bit in recent years. Their employees seem mediocre in their moods to smile or even greet customers. I know that some of their bigger locations hold to higher standards. I haven't ever really had a bad experience with their employees though. OVERALL: Krispy Kreme is my favorite place to stop and grab a couple donuts. Especially if you can get them at a place that rolls them right off of the belt. Their quality is great, but I wish they would step up on customer service. Overall a great company though. read more
