Meh! basic selection of donuts, nothing out of the ordinary and prices were higher than what a normal donut would cost elsewhere. expected a verity of boba tea and drinks but again fell short on options. kid at the counter tried to be helpful but there was a language barrier so I couldn't get the answers to my questions. he was nice and quiet though. walked out with 2 glazed donuts that tasted as expected cause I felt conscious about making a purchase. it's ok for what it is.

The kids wanted a popping pearls drink and I searched up a near by place that was open and Boba donuts it was. We originally planned to get a drink and go but I figured we are in a donut place we can grab 6 to go. We got a strawberry smoothie with strawberry pearls and a mango smoothie with mango pearls. An English muffin breakfast sandwich with egg, bacon and cheese and all was $22 and change. The breakfast sandwich is made right there and fresh. Crispy bacon, fresh egg and a slice of cheese. My daughter really liked it. The smoothies were really creamy and good. The kids love the popping boba and enjoyed their drinks. The donuts were pillowy and fresh however, the glaze taste was a little off putting. It wasn't like a normal glaze flavor. Almost had a burnt Carmel taste to them. You figure you're pretty safe with glaze at any donut shop but if we happen to come back we wouldn't get them again. The service was friendly, quick and the place was clean. The kids enjoyed their smoothies and breakfast sandwich though!

I was in the area when I started craving a ham and cheese croissant. I tried another donut shop nearby and they were out. But what a blessing in disguise, because then I found boba donuts!! Very nice and clean shop, very friendly employee, and some of the best donuts I may have ever had! Even though im not from the area, I would go back just for this place. 10/10 recommend Couldn't wait to eat the donuts before the pic

I really enjoyed their donuts. They're more dense then regular donuts so keep that in mind. My kids love the the more traditional donuts so they weren't a fan. But my husband and I really enjoyed them. I also purchased 4 dozen donuts to take to work and everyone there enjoyed them! I got a frozen cappuccino and let me tell you, it was so good! Wish I would have gotten the bigger size. I'll also try some of their other frozen coffees next time. They had some dining inside and it was very clean. There's plenty of parking here as well and their service is amazing! The man that helped me was really friendly and helpful!

Wife had a bacon egg and cheese croissant. She said very good and thr croissant was amazing. I had sausage and egg croissant and the sandwich was very good too. Also had a long john and a Bavarian creme. Wife thought the Bavarian creme donut was excellent, light not too dense. The cream was ok. I too thought the bread part of the long john was particularly good. Light and flavorful. Most of the time the bread part of the long john is too dense. This was perfect. Quick service clean place.

Wow. My boyfriend and I went here for a little donut run. He is obsessed with donuts and is really picky, as he is a baker. We loved the mom and pop vibe this shop gave off. We got a half a dozen donuts and some boba to get the full experience. And boy did we get the full experience. It was scrumptious. The donuts were so fluffy my mouth was salivating for the bites to come. The boba was thrilling, as it was my first time. I highly recommend this place.

It was our Sunday Funday donut day and we found this place on our drive back home. They didn't have the maple bar we usually pick out so we bought a cinnamon roll and an old fashioned donut. The donuts were good and weren't overly sweetened which made them a perfect combination with our coffee. The area is sketchy due to all the druggies hanging out next door, we even saw the bicycle dealer delivering his product. I felt bad for the donut shop owner as he was cleaning the mess left by the homeless druggie encampment. read more

Great donuts! We came in here randomly and we were not disappointed. We ordered a box of 6 donuts. They have all of the standards: glazed, sugar, chocolate, strawberry, maple, raspberry filled, etc. Nothing unique but we weren't looking for anything different! The shop itself was so hot, however. We weren't able to enjoy our donuts there for very long since we were overheating. read more

We came to try another boba shop out and at first it seemed pretty good until the clerk forgot to give us our cream cheese bagel. I asked my boyfriend to go up and say we didnt get our bagel and the clerk said we never ordered one. My boyfriend had to pay extra for the bagel when we have already been charged the first time. I was in the area when I started craving a ham and cheese croissant. I tried another donut shop nearby and they were out. But what a blessing in disguise, because then I found boba donuts!! Very nice and clean shop, very friendly employee, and some of the best donuts I may have ever had! Tried this place today for the first time, as my local boba/donut shop was closed. Inside was very clean and staff was very nice. He offered to warm up my ham & cheese croissant (which was delicious!) Prices are very reasonable! I got the ham & cheese croissant, Thai tea with boba, and a dozen donut holes for under $9! My bank account was charged $45.25! Charging an un-itemized, hidden $1.00 fee on a debit card violates standard card network rules and federal regulations. #2 Inflated Sales Tax: They manually configured their register to charge a flat 10.0% sales tax on the receipt. In the City of Phoenix, the actual combined state, county, and city tax rate for restaurants/prepared food is 8.6%. They are artificially padding the tax line on every transaction. Watch the terminal screen closely when you pay here. I have already submitted formal compliance reports to the card networks and the Arizona Department of Revenue regarding these practices.

Unfortunately, during today's visit, we were told that animals are no longer allowed on the patio and were instead directed to sit on the metal benches in front of the restaurant ...benches that had no table space and clearly were not set up for dining. What made the experience disappointing wasn't necessarily the policy itself, but the way it was handled. As longtime patrons who have supported this restaurant regularly for years to be on a regular basis with staff, the interaction felt dismissive and honestly a little offensive. It was surprising to feel so unwelcome at a place we've consistently supported and recommended to others. I still value this restaurant and appreciate the many good experiences we've had here over the years, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. I hope management takes customer loyalty and consistency of service more seriously moving forward.
