A friend suggested we meet for coffee here this morning. Even after navigating the steep 7th Street entrance, I am glad she shared this great find. Apparently, this is a neighborhood place with its own cast of regulars. Everyone seemed to know one another, and the vibe was really friendly. The décor is unique. One side has this cozy, home-like feel with a wall of art and comfy chairs. Closer to the entrance is a more utilitarian vibe. I found myself humming along to the background music and feeling really comfortable while I waited. It was hot, so I opted for an iced tea with my perfectly toasted bagel. It was really, really hard to ignore the case full of incredible-looking pastries. The staff was friendly and efficient, especially the barista who had a wicked sense of humor. Good food, drinks, and atmosphere. I'll be back.
I was there for my morning focus hours work. Decent service and apparently I heard it's a local favorite. Since I'm not a local person I didn't experience the best of interaction with the barista but the coffee is good and the place has WiFi to get things done. It's convenient
One of the coolest coffee shops in Phoenix! Serafina has an eclectic design with local art and earthy furniture. I love that they support local artists, authors, and creatives. The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. It was busy on a Sunday with a small line. I ordered the Wildflower which is a latte made with Honey and Hibiscus. It was smooth and sweet. I also got the Italian, a panini sandwich with turkey (they ran out of ham) and salami, tomatoes, mozzarella and a drizzle of balsamic. It was delicious and melts in your mouth. It reminded me mix between a Caprese salad and a club sandwich, minus the bacon. Loved the community environment. I met some interesting people there and I'm glad I was able to visit this local favorite! There's plenty of parking as it's in a shopping plaza.
I've been wanting to give this place a second chance since the first time I went I ordered a specialty beverage and it was just way too sweet for me so I stopped by on my way to work and the cafe is super cute and very busy so people must think it's the vibe. The barista who helped me was nice and she was really doing a good job getting everyone's orders. I didn't see a cortado on the menu so I asked if they could make one for me and she said of course. The only thing is I didn't receive a cortado. A cortado is a 4 ounce drink, two shots of espresso and equal parts steamed milk. My cup was 7 ounces and filled to the brim. I know the measurement because I kept the cup and measured when I got home. That being said the drink was good. The espresso wasn't as strong as I prefer but that was because of too much milk. But I could tell it tasted good. It was clean inside and they had a variety of baked goods and some breakfast items as well as gelato.
Serafina is my new go to coffee house. It is close to my house and has a nice cozy neighborhood vibe. The staff is super friendly and my son mentioned the owner is also a teacher at his school! The best thing to mention is the coffee is soooo good!! I have only ever had an americano here but it checks all my coffee snob boxes. Also the snickerdoodle cookie -- oh my gosh, it is the best snickerdoodle I have ever had!! Crispy on the outside and nice and chewy on the inside!! This is going to ruin all the work I have done at the gym but I am not mad. This cafe is also dog friendly (bones at the coffee counter) so Serafina really checks all my boxes!!
They no longer allow dogs inside. That's about 80% of the reason why we came. I likely won't back now.
Coffee is good, place is popular and not a chain. Service is very good. Ambience is cozy. Lots of potential.
Coffee and pastries were so good! The seasonal latte was very good and the morning glory muffin was one of the best ones I've had.
Really really loved this coffee shop!! We got Iced Winter Lattes, Morning Glory Muffin, and Apple cranberry cake. Everything was delicious, I will be thinking about that iced coffee for a while! It was a vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg syrup. Sooo good. The morning glory muffin was amazing, I really loved it! Hopefully we can go back while we're in Phoenix

Finally had chance to try Serafina. I tried their red mango iced tea and it was very refreshing on this warm humid day. Their pastries were delicious too. My friend had their mocha and she enjoyed it. Want to come back to try their latte next time. They have spacious dining room with few table outside as well. Employees were very welcoming. Highly recommend!!
Be prepared for a long line. But it's totally worth the wait! Met a friend today for a coffee date and this place is super cozy with a nice vibe. A bit loud but fun, they allow pets inside as well which is always nice. They sell GIANT cookies and the Snickerdoodle was quite good. I also had a Fall drink call Cinderella which is Vanilla and Pumpkin Spice Latte and it was delish! We will definitely be back
Serafina Coffee House If you travel on 7th St. and look for Serafina Coffee House, it's a little tough to find. There is nothing wrong with the bold signage, it's the grade. If you are heading South on 7th the coffe house is below eye level. Fortunately, you can make that left further down in the shopping center, then head back. Serafina's uniqueness is that you have two atmospheres. There are individual wooden tables, with chairs. They will remind you of your days in school. The are part is more like a living room or hotel lobby There are couches and padded chairs to sit in Internet service provided is fast. You will need to get the password if it's your first time. That is behind the front desk. The Baristas are pleasant. They provide you will brisk service. The cardboard containers provided for their coffee and sturdy and presented no problem. If you are looking for a unique taste this may be the place for you. The light bodied coffee has a distinctive taste. If you say you don't like coffee, maybe you will like this. There are other drinks to be had and pastries. You will find something you like.

Service was friendly. They made our drinks quickly. Mine was not overly sweet which is usually a concern of mine but I'm also a "do it and see what happens" when trying new coffee. I had the Xmas in July, brown butter brown sugar latte, iced with almond milk. Flavors were pleasant, not overpowering and not overwhelmingly sweet. The toasty flavor of the brown butter paired well with the almond milk and it wasn't too sweet with the brown sugar. If you like it sweeter they do have a condiment bar. My mini got the firecracker lemonade. It tasted exactly like a bomb pop. It was a little too sweet for my taste but she loved it. Cute vibes, super chill. Ample parking as it shares a parking lot with multiple businesses. FYI: the parking lot exit on the side with the light and the smaller side street is more "low car friendly". The lip of the entrance to the parking lot from 7th St is weirdly steep. read more
What a cool little coffee shop! The vibe here is eclectic, cozy, and full of personality. There are plenty of unique touches throughout the space, making it a fun place to relax with a drink or catch up with friends. I also love that they source their coffee from fair trade farms. It's always nice to support a business that cares about where its products come from and the people behind them. My vanilla latte was fresh, smooth, and really well made. You can tell they take their coffee seriously without taking themselves too seriously. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which only added to the experience. My only complaint is the hours. They're open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, except on Sunday 8-2.which can make it a little difficult to visit. I'd love to see open earlier so more people could enjoy the space and great coffee. We did get the right before 7 and the line behind us was about 10 people. So it's definitely a hit with their customers. That said, this feels like one of those neighborhood spots you'll find yourself coming back to again and again. Looking forward to my next visit! read more

Serafina is my new go to coffee house. It is close to my house and has a nice cozy neighborhood vibe. The staff is super friendly and my son mentioned the owner is also a teacher at his school! I always recommend Serafina to coffee lovers in Phoenix. I definitely recommend trying a drink from the seasonal menu as it is full of unique but delicious flavors. Service is fast even during busy hours and the ambiance of the coffee shop is eccentric and inviting. read more

Stumbled upon this coffee shop looking for somewhere I haven't tried yet. I loved the vibes and atmosphere of the store - there's plenty of seating and feels super cozy. I ordered off of the fall menu and got the maple brown sugar cinnamon latte. It was a 8/10 for me! I usually end up being disappointed with some festive drinks because they are overly sweet or lack flavor, but this latte had the perfect amount of flavor and coffee taste. I also got the lox bagel on a jalapeno cheddar bagel and it was so good. read more
Such an awesome coffee shop! This is close to family so we stopped in for a to-go order but wish we had more time to hang out! The interior is full of fun seating and cool decor and Obviously has a lot of local ongoing customers. They have a lot of fall specials, as well as regular drinks so we were able to get some thing fall like in a hot apple cider and a maple latte . Very yummy! We also purchased several scones, which were delicious. We would highly recommend this spot and go back again when close. Fab coffee and a fun atmosphere! read more

I wanted to try a new coffee place and stumbled upon this one! Really glad I came. I've never had a latte come out SO FAST! My order was ready in like 30 seconds it was amazing! I had the strawberry matcha with almond milk and it hit the spot!! It was very nice of the girls to make it for me even though it wasn't on the menu. Great service and vibes I loved the decor. This place is completely awful. I can't even comment on the food since I never got any - or the coffee since I never got to drink it. This is entirely a review about how awful the employees are - literally the worst. I went in to get coffee. Then I left. As I got in my Jeep, the cup collapsed, spilling coffee all over my center console and seats. I figured it was a defective cup. I went back inside to get a fresh cup and see if they had any rags. They did give me a fresh cup, and a rag - and the same lid. When I went back outside, the cup again collapsed and spilled on me this time, outside of my vehicle. Clearly, the lid was what was defective. I went back in to tell them about that and, at that point, get a refund. They did not want to give a refund, but eventually did so. I could not drink the coffee and they did not care, they did not care about the mess in my vehicle, they did not care about my stained shirt or minor burns on my arm. They were extremely rude and hostile regarding my issues. As I was leaving, I also witnessed this business willfully, blatantly, and irresponsibly violate county, state, and federal health codes for food establishments. This coffee shop does not seem to care at all about the health and safety of their customers, nor the cleanliness of their establishment. All of the employees need to be retrained on customer service, health codes, and food handler protocol. Frankly, this place is extremely lucky they're not being sued a la the McDonald's situation - for minor burns to my arm, ruining my shirt, AND for a full interior detail of my vehicle. If you haven't found out by now, I am a coffee loving lady, and visiting coffee shops anywhere I go is the most exciting thing for me! So I've been to Serafina about 7-8 times before I decided to write an actual review. The first two times were extremely unpleasant. The customer service I experienced was just bad. They were rude and unhelpful with explaining the seasonal drinks on the menu, but I went back because the coffee was just so damn good. I'm a black professional and in some areas of AZ, I do experience horrible service because the color of my skin. Service to me is very important, and I wanted to love the place so I kept going. I literally drive 30 minutes from home pretty often, so you know it's worth it. Around my 3rd time, I began to receive better service, the staff was nice and I finally felt comfortable, and felt that I was appreciated as a customer. I love this space!! It's perfect for a coffee date with friends or family, or even an intimate date with a significant other. You can do work in here. I love that it's open, with a very free spirited atmosphere. I've tried their drip- medium roast, Americanos but my favorite is their matcha latte. In the summer they have an iced coconut matcha latte.... SO GOOD! This place is truly a highlight in North Phoenix. If you are ever in the area, it's worth a stop in. Seriously their coffee, and menu is really good. Even the pastries. My boyfriend and I ordered a Nutella latte an affogato! The Nutella latte was so delicious and well balanced! I am definitely getting this one again next time! The affogato was also very tasty! The espresso was delicious and the gelato was super creamy! The place was a little loud but I was still able to get work done. There are a good amount of outlets and great Wi-Fi! read more
