It was a super nice drink with lots of nuanced stone-fruity notes as well as that grape skin kind of flavor. It was a really nice and sweet (aroma-wise) drink to have. Turns out, they use the xBloom for the most consistency in their pourovers. I don't mind that at all. I think it's the first time I've tried an xBloom, and it was pretty darn good. The coffee here is literally award winning today we tried two drinks from their specialty or signature menu; the Musa and the Rafah. It's very very heavy on the tea almost offputtingly. Cold brew was very mild and neutral. Doesn't have a bitter but sweet taste like mama's cold brew or bosa, but very smooth.
