Cute little coffee shop with plenty of seating and space to work or study. The pastries were decent and their fall menu was delicious. They have strong coffee flavors here as well as quality coffee. The baristas were very helpful and they had quite a bit of staff working so the service was quick. Overall a good experience and a good coffee shop in the area.
Stopped by and grabbed the pumpkin creme latte. It was delicious and well-made. It was packed like always, but the staff did great navigating the orders. Our order came out quickly and the guy who served it was so nice! My latte was delicious and so pretty!
I had a great time here and got one of the best coffee drinks I've had in a long time! A flat white with their dark maple flavoring. Stopped by Case Study Coffee. The coffee was good, and the space is super cool with lots of indoor seating. PERFECT for laptop people. The pop tart was divine, like actually so good. My friend got the burrito but it was pretty basic. I loved the little window into the kitchen where you can see the chef at work. They also had a Spotify board that changed with the music, which was fun, and the playlist was solid. Overall just a really good space to hang out with good coffee. Parking could be annoying.
I think about the coffee at Case Study at least twice a week. I tried the vanilla cold brew with cherry cold foam and I think that ruined every cold brew I will ever have again. The flavors were 10/10
I didn't realize how cute this place was! It's pretty spacious. I don't know what it's like during peak hours but when I went in the morning around 8am, there was more than enough room. Tables are big and there's adequate lighting- a great place to study. I got the dark horseman, it was really good. It was pretty sweet. I'd say this is a place worth checking out!
Excellent coffee spot to enjoy a drink, conversation, people watch, and may more!!! Super large sitting and study area that provides a quiet yet buzzy atmosphere. The coffees here an excellent, the pastries super fresh. Customer service is excellent. Grade: A+++
First time at case study- ordered an iced matcha w sf vanilla and almond milk. It was okay, pretty milky with a light matcha flavor, not my favorite. Unfortunately it was pretty busy so there wasn't much seating available but I'd return to try a speciality drink!
I came here for Case Study and Friends night and the turnout was crazy packed. Loved the vibe and how they live-streamed the dj sets on Twitch for everyone to see while they waited in line. I got an espresso martini. They also had IPA's and coffee and matcha selections. Since they are showing a lot of growth in turnout, I suggest they have a little more organization in where to stand once you get in to order. The A/C could have also been on higher as it got super hot with how many people were there. Good variety of music with the djs and fun night for the middle of the week :)

It felt cramped so we just left after we got our drinks. The coffee was nice and the specialties we thought were executed well. Across the board in my group, we were not fans of the matcha guava. Although guava flavor was present, the taste was predominantly milk like many other coffee spots with matcha we come across. Worth a stop for anything else though!
This place is amazing for coworking!! It's designed for that purpose in mind. The front area already has a cute area full of accessible outlets, but if you turn the corner, there's a full room of tables and outlets for coworking. Amazing!!! Not to mention, plenty of parking in the back, easily accessible and near the entrance. I ordered a brown sugar sage latte with oat milk. I forgot to ask for half sweet, but no need for the special order because the flavor was well balanced and not overly sweet! Well crafted flavors, I'd totally get it again. Working here was awesome too. Music was not too loud or distracting. Everyone here spoke at a respectful volume. I'm coming back next time! read more

Fantastic Atmosphere and Workspace in Midtown, but Mind the Peak Hours My friend and I visited this cafe on a mid-week afternoon looking for a productive spot to get some remote work done, and it proved to be an excellent choice. Logistically, midtown traffic in this area is a well-known hurdle, but the dedicated parking lot located directly behind the building makes arriving by car much easier. Inside, the design and atmosphere are an absolute vibe. The mismatched furniture, abundance of indoor plants, and view of the green canopy outside provide a perfect, refreshing escape from the summer heat. The menu is varied and high-quality. I ordered a matcha latte, which was excellent and refreshing, while my friend opted for a lunch sandwich and a latte. For true coffee enthusiasts, they also sell specialty house-roasted coffee beans retail, including a Guatemalan Antigua and another select house blend. The lounge offers plenty of comfortable seating tailored for focus and productivity. While the pricing is slightly higher than your average coffee shop, the exceptional atmosphere and amenities justify the cost. One quick tip for remote workers: The environment shifts noticeably after 4:00 PM. The space can become quite loud with patrons taking phone calls or conducting 1-on-1 meetings at adjacent tables. If you plan to work through the late afternoon, I highly recommend bringing a pair of noise-canceling headphones to remain undisturbed. read more

Late last year, I had only been to Case Study to attend the Tuesday evening coffee raves hosted by Friends of Case. This year, I've visited after work with coworkers and after work alone to get more work done. Despite the limited parking out front, there is free curbside parking beside and behind the coffee shop adjacent to the nearby businesses and residential area. There is ample space inside with various types of seating and ample charging and free wifi. The front area has window counter space and couches/love seats to lounge. The back area has small tables, large tables, desks with lamps, and a love seat. My only complaint is that this large area gets pretty hot in summer afternoons without adequate AC or fans back here. It was like this last year when I previously attended the evening coffee raves. Both times upon visiting recently in daytime, I ordered the Dark Horse latte, comprised of dark maple syrup, smoked sea salt, espresso, milk. I love this latte because it's sweet but also has depth from the smokiness and saltiness. While I think the coffee is on the pricier side, I'm incredibly satisfied with my drink choice regardless. Overall limited specialty drink menu (which is what I usually care about when exploring coffee shops) but many options in general. Seems like people mostly come here to be on their laptops opposed to socializing here, which I appreciate. This is an incredible spot to work, especially since they close later in the day at 6pm, offer free wifi, ample seating, ample charging. read more

The vide is this place is great. Smaller coffee shop but that's not a negative. Baristas were welcoming and attentive. Great options for coffee and matcha, with an assortment of flavors. The service at this place is always kind and helpful. The vibe is very chill and trendy. Today we tried a strawberry rise pop tart which was delicious and an everything bagel with cream cheese It was perfectly toasted. I got my summer daze beverage that I couldn't get enough of last summer and I am so thankful it is back for this summer (ginger beer, mint syrup and espresso ie a espresso Moscow mule) My spouse got the rosemary vanilla iced latte and it was perfectly sweetened, not too much just enough read more

This easy to find coffee spot is located just off Camelback. There is parking in front of the coffee shop and on the side street. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The menu is printed on a large area to the right of the counter so everyone can clearly see it. And then to the left of the counter, they have a small station for lids and straws. They have a food menu and did have some baked items out, but we were just here for coffee today. I love when coffee shops have some creative drinks. Case Study has items on their menu like a brown sugar sage latte and a vanilla rosemary latte that both sounded wonderful but the channel orange latte really got my attention, so I had to try it. It even came with a wedge of orange- very refreshing and tasty. I really like their menu so I will be back to try some other drinks but the orange latte will live on in my mind for a long time. Service was friendly and they have a small indoor seating area. read more

Wow! This shop was new to me just three days ago and I liked it so much I've been back twice. The chai is wonderfully sweet but light, and today I tried the seasonal orange vanilla latte - this may actually be my favorite espresso drink I've ever had. My kiddos got chocolate milk and hot chocolate respectively, and both were very happy. We also got the strawberry and rose pop tart, the chocolate hazelnut pastry, the ham and cheese croissant, and the strawberry toast. Service has been great each time. I was so appreciative of the kind barista who guided my daughter (with limited taste preferences) to the strawberry toast after hearing that she probably wouldn't care for what she originally wanted to order. It was also so cute! Earth tones and a larger-than-expected quiet space where I'll returned solo to spend some productive quiet time. read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The coffee is delicious and so are their crêpes! The Owner Clavo and his Wife are amazing! I had the honor of meeting his wife through a book club, and let me tell you- the business did not disappoint! Their staff members are also very friendly and welcoming. What I love about this place too is the space in the back where you can get your work done. Also, every single Tuesday they have a Case & friends night! They feature different DJs every week. Great music, still space to get work done in the back, they had a pretty cool event this past Tuesday they had a record exchange in the back too. They're at a great location and their decorations are cute! 10/10 recommend to check them out! read more

Yum! Case study takes the cake for value and good coffee. The fact my 16 oz latte had four shots was amazing. I tried the channel orange and did not regret it. I like coffee forward lattes, so this is perfect. We spent time in the back room chatting. The vibe overall was a lot folks doing work, but I think that was ok. I'm glad I stumbled upon this on yelp and would definitely come back! read more

Absolutely love Case Study Coffee! Been here a few times before and it never disappoints, this past weekend I got an iced vanilla latte that was perfect - I had no notes. The vibe is cozy and welcoming, and the staff was super helpful when I picked out a bag of beans to take home. You can tell they really care about quality, from the drinks to the service. It's the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer. They also play great music which makes it all that much better! This is my 3rd trip here! This review is based on my most recent experience. I've loved all the drinks I've had here. Definitely great quality and careful thought out recipes. Love this place when I'm craving non-pour over options and want a treat. This is based on their fall seasonal menu for 2025. Currently they are serving 5 drinks on their menu. We've had 2 of them. I'm absolutely in love with one of them, the pumpkin spice cold brew! Mmmmm! Mmm! The cold brew base is what is important and if that is trash the drink is ruined. This cold brew is an absolute delight and now the pumpkin adds the final touches of deliciousness! The drink consist vanilla cold brew with pumpkin infused cold foam. I love it! I've already had it twice. I try not to have drinks like this because you know gotta watch the calorie intake, but it's totally worth especially after a hike and dance class. It's not to fake in fall and pumpkin flavors and the cold brew and pumpkin cold foam blend well. Definitely recommend it especially if you are like me and tend to be a pour over purist lol. George had the autumn daze: ginger beer, apple cider, apple butter, pomegranate, architect espresso. He says definitely a festive fall drink and heavy on the ginger The inside vibes are cool, chill. Plenty of space to study. They are always playing fun music. Staff is super nice and knowledgeable. They carry Mark Chaconne treats on Sundays and all other days have an in house baker who makes awesome variety of baked goods including pop tarts. Side note, bathroom is really big and clean. Like the decor and ambiance of the bathroom. The whole place in general has great vibes. Good place to stop by if you are in central Phoenix. Definitely check them out! Yummy drinks! read more
Super cute coffee spot with tasty eats and delicious drinks! Staff was also really friendly. My wife ordered the strawberry toast and orange channel latte and both were really good! I had a lavender matcha and an avocado toast and it was also really good! Pricing is pretty on par with other shops so expect to pay for the luxury of not making these items at home - our total with tip was about $50. My match was def one of the best I've had so we will certainly be back. read more

Mango matcha was pretty good! They use good quality matcha and prepare it the right way. I love how big this spot is - lots of seating. The lines get crazy long so be prepared to wait if it's a busy time like the weekend. read more
