The main reason I like this place is for the space. It's quiet with a lot of seating options. So if you're looking to work or study somewhere downtown, this is your place. The iced lattes and matcha is also pretty good. The main downside is parking. You'll need to park on the street or on one of the paid parking lots nearby.

One of the cutest coffee shops I've ever been to! Connected to the lobby of the Moontower (apartment building) deep in downtown, I got lucky and parked in nearby street parking (probably a 2 minute walk/1 block away), paying $2.75 for 2 hours max per the meter. Not sure how serious parking is enforced in this area, but the meter didn't print out a ticket for me to put on my car. Right next to Aroma India, the entrance is easy to miss despite being a huge/heavy black door with wood paneling. Just walk toward the Moontower sign and you're in! The interior is chic/trendy, with ample natural lighting, and spacious with nooks, small circular tables, booths, and a large faux marble table with charging. When I visited on a Saturday 8/30/25 in the afternoon, the vibe seemed to be more work/study on laptops rather than social. This along with the unlimited free wifi (code headintheclouds) was exactly what I was looking for, for a productive weekend afternoon in downtown. There are 3 single unisex bathrooms available, without a passcode necessary. I ordered one of their specialty beverages, the small honey oat latte (espresso, honey, oat milk) for $6.25. The drink had a strong, delicious coffee flavor with some sweetness (usually I prefer sweeter drinks, but this one was so well-balanced). Menu is rather limited, but from trying this one drink, I'm assuming that everything they do they do it well. Such a beautiful space with delicious cofee and perfect vibes to inspire a productive work session. I will definitely be back! Note: I only took a few pictures of the interior because I didn't want to include too many people in it, but trust me this place is huge and full of people.

Super cute coffee shop! I got the honey oat latte and it was great! Service was fast and the seating area is large with plenty of places to sit and work. The chairs are also really comfy which is a plus if you are staying a while.

We accidentally found this incredible coffee shop and wow I'm so glad we did! The flavor combos were amazing and the matcha was honestly the best I've ever tasted. The service was great and the space is huge with several rooms perfect for big groups or anyone needing a quiet workspace. The atmosphere was super peaceful with people working and hanging out respectfully. The menu is pretty big and they offer delicious small pastries to enjoy with your drink. And the decor was to die for super boujee and my 14 year old was obsessed. Loved this spot! We found our new favorite coffee shop near downtown. Parking was a little challenging, we had to walk a couple blocks away on a Saturday afternoon.

Daydreamer Coffee is one of my favorite spots in downtown Phoenix. The ambience is clean, bright, and really well put together without feeling overdone. The chairs are actually comfortable, which makes it easy to settle in and get work done. They also have both indoor seating and a nice outdoor patio. The coffee is consistently good, and the whole place just has an easy, relaxed vibe that makes you want to stay awhile.

Coffee shop located in the bottom of an apartment building. I ordered a latte and it was nice. All coffee is served in a to-go cup. Clean, quick and a nice cup of coffee.

    Berry latte - amazing!

Definitely the cutest coffee shop I've ever visited! The berry latte tasted like toast with raspberry jam. Literally so delicious. I crave it all the time but live out of state :(

Mindful matcha and brown sugar latte

Honestly this place is very cute and has great working space, but we won't be back. We waited for nearly 10 minutes for the barista to appear to even take our orders. No friendly greeting or apology for the wait. We were getting ready to walk out when she came out and we should have. The brown sugar latte was 99% milk and the barista didn't pull fresh shots for it. (Which had I known I would have had her remake it but my husband didn't say anything until later.) My matcha was okay, but very sweet and not very strong. (You can tell by the color here.) For $15 for two drinks, there are much better coffee places nearby.

cold foam nice and thick just like i like it. so much seating and such a cute spot. ive gone three times and 1/3 times i went the barista was friendly. i walked in and said hello once i got up to the register and the barista just ignored me and was silent until i gave her my order. my drink was yummy when i got the honey agave with cherry cold foam and slightly cheaper than other matcha lattes with cold foam in the area. the last two matches i got were very milked down. but i'd come back if i ever wanted to work from a coffee shop!

    Large Iced Moontower Matcha (~$7)

Ordered: Large Iced Moontower Matcha (~$7): specialty matcha latte made with oat milk and honey syrup Aya's take: I love a pretty coffee shop and Daydreamer did not disappoint. It is so beautiful inside with plenty of seating. It's the perfect place to get work done in a different environment or grab a coffee with a friend. The staff was super friendly and our drinks were made quickly. The Iced Moontower Matcha caught my eye and although it was tasty, creamy from the oat milk, and sweet from the honey, the matcha itself didn't seem fully whisked before incorporating into my drink. It was a good try but I would try an espresso-based drink if I come back.

Really cool space! This is where fleet coffee was previously. It's part of Moontower. There is a ton of seating, lots of people working on their laptops so a good place to come for that! I couldn't resist ordering the blueberry dream matcha. I got mine cold with oat milk. It was delicious and sweet but not overly sweet or milky. Really really good. Cool that they have a little patio as well! Service was quick. Parking is not the best, I lucked out and found a spot to parallel park but did have to walk across the street still and had to pay for parking. The driving and parking situation stresses me out over here so I don't picture myself coming back often because of that, but I hope to come back again and really enjoyed it!

Super cute little cove for sitting

Apparently the shop sources coffees and teas from local businesses. For example, coffees = Infusion Coffee Roasters in Tempe, loose leaf teas and chai = Maya Tea Company in Tucson, kombucha = Milly Moon Kombucha in Phoenix, and breakfast burritos = Lua Lua Catering. [Parking]: Mostly metered parking and I ended up parking few blocks away from the shop (plenty of metered parking spots near the intersection of E McKinley St & N 5th St). [Atmosphere]: Inside of this historic house, the wall features the work of local artists. The shop also has a cute outdoor patio area with tables. [Menu]: Apparently Matcha Latte is one of the more popular drinks here. The shop offers 12 black tea options, 9 green tea options, 8 herbal tea options, 4 white tea options, and 3 oolong tea options. *** Matcha Latte (16 oz, iced - $6.25): I was surprised that my drink was sugar free by default and I probably say yes when the staff had asked about adding sweetener. The drink was not as creamy as I thought and it was honestly a fairly mediocre drink. The drink also came with a paper straw. *** A great spot for a casual 1st date due to great vibe, but matcha latte just didn't hit the spot.

The first time I ordered it unsweetened was accidental, but trying it without sweetener or flavor was what made me realize that their matcha may be the best I've ever had. I've also had their Mas matcha latte and it is also absolutely delicious and simple and still allows me to taste the matcha through the vanilla and sweetness. I've been to other places that serve Kettl matcha, but none have tasted nearly as rich as Futuro's. The atmosphere itself is true to its name. It is futuristic, simple, and beautiful. It is full of unique art pieces of all types, and they sell their coffees and teas as well. I feel at peace inside and they always have vibey music playing at a perfect volume and incense lit. The service itself is one of a kind and makes me feel like I'm at a 5-star restaurant. They bring your items out on a beautiful tray and will always serve your drink with a cup of water on the side if you order it for here. They will even package your food up for you, which I would never expect from a coffee shop. It can be busy at times with a bit of a wait because the drinks are all made one at a time, but it's always worth the wait. The place isn't very big but has plenty of seating given the space. For working from home, they do have wifi but limited outlets. Their pastries served from a local bakery are also delicious.

I'm currently hooked on the Cafe de Olla, a gorgeous blend of sugar and spice that's topped with a star anise pod that enhances the aroma with every sip. But virtually every menu item -- honorable mention to the Cajeta -- is balanced and well crafted. The baristas are all very knowledgeable about their teas, as well. I've recently been SO hooked by their semi-new weekend pastry artist, Ghita, who crafts such unique desserts. Most recently, I tried their absolutely FIRE black sesame craquelin with a mildly sweet tahini cream. The rhubarb cream pastry was also gorgeous and creative. Futuro as a space is intentionally designed as well, with plenty of seating on both sides, boutique goods for sale, and great reads. It's the perfect place to read a book and chill on weekends. And the staff, even when busy, seem to always perfectly serve each order and efficiently clear out plates. Officially my favorite coffee shop 1000% now.

I saw in one of the comfy chairs while I waited for my former student to arrive. At that point, we moved to a regular table and then went and ordered drinks. She ordered a coffee, and I ordered a lemonade. We both enjoyed our drinks which were ready very quickly. There were smaller and larger tables, and there were also countertops along with business cards and marketing items at the back of the room on a thin table.
