How exciting to have this location. I first went to Infusion Coffee & Tea in Tempe, some years ago. Love that the coffee is locally roasted! Have long loved their iced tea and the coffee is just as delightful. Per barista recommendation, I tried the bourbon vanilla bean latte and it is so good! I am generally a plain hot latte or iced americano drinker, but once in awhile, I like to try a fun flavor and this didn't disappoint. It's not too sweet, and the latte itself was made perfectly. Not bitter, just the right temperature, and a genuine hug in a cup. It's a very peaceful space to walk into. Warm greeting, cozy seating, and food options too if you want to stretch your visit inside. There is a drive thru, also, but I wanted to go inside and I'm so glad I did. Highly recommend coming here for a hot or iced beverage if you're anywhere near the area. read more

We stopped in a coffee and some hot chocolates while we were in the area. We didn't know this existed and came in by chance. We were greeted by the manager who treated us so kind. terrible customer service and brewed coffee. tried a moka pot coffee and it tasted burnt. purchased a bag of beans and asked for them to grind my beans for espresso. prepared the portafilter at home with the grounds and it wouldn't come to pressure at all for espresso. we will not go back. also the seats in the shop are ridiculous! so uncomfortable. the bench seat is too high and the table is too low. better to make and enjoy your morning coffee at home or at another coffee shop. read more

Came in on my way somewhere else & in desperate need of some coffee. I was a little suspicious of this place at first. It's a stand alone coffee shop on Cave Creek Rd & kind of random. No bells or whistles but I was pleasantly surprised at how quaint it was inside. Staff was friendly & helpful. I asked what a favorite was & hot or cold. Recommendation was the hot "kaleidoscope," with chocolate & raspberry. They don't have heavy cream but they do have half & half. I also got an almond croissant. Bad: croissant wasn't awesome, it was heavy/dense. Not a fan. Good: kaleidoscope was awesome. Highly recommend. The chocolate and raspberry combo is always great. Raspberry not overly powerful but nice, subtle, & flavorful. Would definitely get again & would definitely recommend. I would say this is a nice place. Reasonably priced. The inside doesn't match the outside for sure but it's absolutely worth the visit. Do yourself a favor & stop by. read more

3.5 (but rounding up) Stopped by this place as I wanted to check it out! It's very tiny but cozy and at first I thought it was only a drive thru until I saw an entrance. Tanya helped me with my matcha decision. I will say the ceremonial matcha is very earthy tasting so I wish I had gone with the sweeter matcha (she did warn me this). We added lavender but I couldn't taste it at all even though I paid extra for it. It's also on the pricier side I will say as a single iced matcha was $10. No complaints on the service, I just didn't like my order and will Maybe have to try something different next time if I came back! I was too nervous to say anything so that's my fault lol read more

I used to come here all the time in the winter and loved it for their season syrups! Now... the last FOUR times I've come (I keep giving more and more tries, thinking I'm crazy), I've asked for a pretty standard latte and have been given milk. 4 times, my latte is nearly white because it's all milk. The people who work here are so nice, but I'm officially bummed. read more

i was so excited to see this place. first visit i was entirely underwhelmed. Second time same. i can't taste the coffee. my latte had almost no coffee flavor and they must've placed a drop of flavor in there. i e had 2 people taste it to see if im crazy and both said terrible. i try my boyfriends coffee and same thing no flavor tastes like burned milk. i prefer coffee less sweet but wow i must've swung by on two of the bad days cause both times very little to no coffee flavor and while i like milk in that latte i don't want only milk read more

Very good coffee! I loved that their specialty latte (the pistachio) came unsweetened and they added sweetener to it, it allowed me to get it and add sugar free hazelnut and it was *so* *good*. Have come here a few times and absolutely love it! The drinks are delicious, and the people are so helpful/freindly. The housemade chai is one of the best I have found in the valley. Not super sweet like a lot of other chais. They make many syrups in-house that add fun flavor options without making drinks too sweet. I also recently discovered that they bring in gluten-free cinnamon rolls and other baked goods from Sweet Impastries in Gilbert, and can't wait to try those too. The drive-thru is an added bonus. 10/10 read more

I went to infusion earlier this year in Tempe and was excited to heard they opened up this new location closer to me in north Phoenix! Stopped by before some errands today. The baristas were super nice and helpful. I got a decaf latte with orange and clove syrup, iced with oat milk! I've been consuming minimal caffeine since I'm pregnant so I have been trying a LOT of decaf lattes today, and I've noticed they don't have much flavor sometimes, like I can't really taste the espresso. Visited on a Sunday morning and so thankful we discovered this hidden gem by our house! The baristas were amazing at explaining the differences in drinks - I had a Picolo with oat milk and it was PERFECT! Definitely recommend single origin coffee. Had been wanting to go here for a long time. First impression was great when it came to the interior very cozy and nice but unfortunately we didn't get good service. The guy working looked like that was the last place he wanted to be at. Not a welcome in, not a question was asked it was a very awkward interaction as I was expecting to at least be greeted but I had to ask him how he was doing. I really enjoy supporting local coffee shops so I was excited this one opened so close to my gym. I like getting a double shot of espresso over ice but was disappointed to discover that I was charged $3.53 for just a double shot-- without any milk or syrup. I don't think their pos system offers the option to only purchase a double shot as the barista was struggling to get me "the right price" and I do appreciate whatever efforts he made to correct it but $3 for a dub shot is ridiculous and I hope the ownership adjusts this so I can try them out again in the future. read more
