Didn't try any food but poor customer service and really watered down coffee, so bad... I was really expecting more ambiance is cool.

The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. It was busy on a Sunday with a small line. I ordered the Wildflower which is a latte made with Honey and Hibiscus. It was smooth and sweet. I also got the Italian, a panini sandwich with turkey (they ran out of ham) and salami, tomatoes, mozzarella and a drizzle of balsamic. It was delicious and melts in your mouth. It reminded me mix between a Caprese salad and a club sandwich, minus the bacon. Loved the community environment. I met some interesting people there and I'm glad I was able to visit this local favorite! There's plenty of parking as it's in a shopping plaza.

I also love that they source their coffee from fair trade farms. It's always nice to support a business that cares about where its products come from and the people behind them. My vanilla latte was fresh, smooth, and really well made. You can tell they take their coffee seriously without taking themselves too seriously. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which only added to the experience. My only complaint is the hours. They're open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, except on Sunday 8-2.which can make it a little difficult to visit. I'd love to see open earlier  so more people could enjoy the space and great coffee. We did get the right before 7 and the line behind us was about 10 people. So it's definitely a hit with their customers. That said, this feels like one of those neighborhood spots you'll find yourself coming back to again and again. Looking forward to my next visit!

WeBe Coffee Roasters is one of those finds that makes you wish you had discovered it sooner. Even more so, I wish I lived closer. The space alone is worth the trip. The team put real thought into every aspect of the experience. The counter has a beautiful waved ribbed wood design, the colors are immersive without being overwhelming, and the whole interior has a visual balance that most designers would be proud of. There are flowers around the cafe that give it a gentle, unexpected touch. I genuinely regretted not bringing a better camera. But the coffee is the real story. They source specialty beans from different parts of the world and roast in-house on a Primo roaster, which is a hand-built machine that serious roasters invest in. I had a double espresso, something I cannot live without, and it held up to the room. The seating is comfortable and well thought out. There is room for conversation and room to get work done. I ended up staying longer than I planned, which is always the sign of a good spot. They also have a merch area with coffee gear worth browsing, and bags of their roasted coffee available to take home. On the back wall there is a mural that reads, "Making good coffee, good fun." That line does a better job describing this place than anything I could write. This one feels like it belongs in Scottsdale. North Phoenix is lucky to have it.

The Delicatessen on Tatum is the kind of place that tricks you into thinking you're just grabbing…read more"something quick," and then you're standing in a Sunday 11am line staring at the menu like it's a Netflix queue--too many good options, not enough stomach capacity. You order first and then find a seat, so it's a little bit of a shuffle, but the woman behind the counter was genuinely helpful with recommendations and what's popular. And once we ordered, the food came out pretty fast. We kicked things off with the Big Dill appetizer, and when they say "giant," they're not kidding. It's a comically large pickle, seasoned up and cut into four spears. The seasoning was actually really good, nice flavor, the right amount of spice. I'll be honest: I'm not a huge pickle person, so I didn't fall in love... but if you are a pickle person, this is absolutely your moment. I tried the brunch burrito and it was a solid portion, filling, well-built, and the avocado salsa helped a lot (I was using it like a cheat code). The only reason I wouldn't come back specifically for that burrito is the flavors didn't really pop for me, and I wished the potatoes had more crisp and there was more seasoning on the eggs. It wasn't bad at all just not a "I'm still thinking about this tomorrow" type of burrito. The drinks though? Really unique, I had the French toast latte and the banana hazelnut latte, and they serve them in this super cool commercial can sealer setup. It's such a clever touch as if your coffee came with packaging confidence. Better yet, the lattes were actually delicious and you could taste the quality of the beans underneath the flavors. We also tried the Philly cheesesteak, and it's a BIG sandwich on what tastes like a homemade sesame hoagie. The "shaved ribeye" looked more like finely chopped/ground ribeye, but honestly... it worked. It tasted great with the cheese sauce and hit the spot. The fries that came with it were steak fries, cooked to perfection, with a few extra-crispy pieces mixed in (which is basically the fry jackpot). And then there was the avocado + burrata bagel... which might be the best bagel I've ever had and I don't say that lightly. The everything bagel was fresh, toasted perfectly, and the toppings blended together so well that every bite somehow got better than the last. I also tried the lox and it was worth the money, generous smoked salmon, capers, tomato, the whole deal. Bottom line: there's a lot to love here, and it's going to take me a few more visits to work through all the menu items that look worth trying. Come hungry, expect a line at peak brunch, and don't leave without that avocado burrata bagel (and maybe one of those sealed lattes, because it's just fun).
