I'm lucky enough to have TWO BRCoffee Bar locations on my local routes, one by my grocery story, the other on the way to work. And I'm HOOKED! BRC offers something a little different than the others, and it's all good! I especially liked the egg bites that go perfectly with any drink. My favorite right now - The Mexican Mocha. While I usually drive-thru, I've been able to take a short break and walk-in. Lots of seating, very mellow inside. And the staff is always welcoming and patient while I browse the menu. Ty Yelp for guiding us to the right coffee spot. Drove in from Vegas and wanted something different from the usual Starbucks. This place got great reviews and now I know firsthand why. Clean, colorfully decorated but not over the top, and most importantly GREAT coffee! Our server was working the drive thru and counter solo. I won't fault him for the wait time. He couldn't help it. Once he was available he efficiently and with a smile took our order. I had a hot Americano w almond milk. My husband got the doughnut holes to go. We haven't tried them so no review on them yet. I shouldn't even give 3 stars but I'm doing it because I've never had any other bad experience here. Usually on the weekends I go to the Greenway location but I decided to try this one this weekend because the weekdays, they always do amazing with their Frozen Ble Lagoons. My Frozen Blue Lagoon I received today was literally just liquid and cold foam on top... is the frozen machine not working properly? If it isn't, this is definitely something that should be verbalized to customers if they are ordering a frozen drink. I've been coming here since I moved back to AZ in 2021 and have never had an issue but this definitely missed the mark. read more

I remembered having had Black Rock on a couple occasions and quickly searched for one near me. Score! I ordered my favorite drink, sat down, exhaled, and did some work, sent a few text messages and made a few calls until my next appointment. The decor is always on point, lively and welcoming. Driving the distance I did, a restroom stop is always required. :-) It was clean (extra stars) and no code required. Thank you! The barista Cassy is just the person you need on an early morning or anytime. She greeted me with a smile and later engaged in a brief conversation. I do enjoy some Black Rock coffee in my life. On August 15 they were celebrating their 15 year anniversary by offering $2 medium caramel blondies - hot, iced or blended. I stopped by this location and did not have to wait to order. I decided to get two drinks: one blended and one hot for the next day. The drinks were crafted well and on the sweet side, which was expected due to the caramel. Baristas were friendly and accommodating. They have a rewards program where you can sign up and give your phone number every time you visit to collect points. I've accrued a free drink but usually order medium drinks so I'll have to use it when I'm in the mood for a larger size. read more

The coffees are in a "Dutch Bros" vein covering some creative sweet options, my Irish coffee was incredibly sweet, which I admit is not something I usually enjoy but it tasted like it was made well. The staff were quite friendly and the inside has ample working space with a casual vibe that encourages you to hang out. Just watched a Latin gentleman with a mustache(other coworker said his name was Kevin I believe) take both of his bare hands, push down the trash in the trashcan. I was in the area and felt like a coffee. The parking lot is large as is the seating area, both inside and outside. The coffee choices are pretty standard although they do have some unique choices and the prices are also fairly representative of the area. I had a latte. It was smooth and very enjoyable. They have a loyalty program that you should join if you are going to visit Black Rock Coffee more than once. There are quite a few on the west coast. Always been great coffee and workers here. If there was one thing I would change, the internet speed isn't the best at this location. When I remote into my home pc, there's often lag for simply scrolling up and down. Videos default like 360p not even 480p. Not really an issue at other locations or really any other coffee shop. This is a cute new location. Service is hit and miss. Friendly, but often time maybe a bit clueless. Potentially just new employees, so not a huge deal breaker. I needed some caffeine badly while driving by and I was excited to see that this Black Rock location was finally open! Naturally, I quickly turned in and headed to the drive-thru. For being opening weekend, it was busy but not totally packed, although I was there later in the day around 2pm. There were a handful of cars in front of me in the drive thru but it moved at a decent pace. Several guests were in line inside and sitting outside. Staff at the intercom and window were both super friendly and the guy at the window was masked up. The menu was clear and easy to read. I ended up with a medium iced mocha and added raspberry to it. It was sooo good and the perfect treat to help me perk up. I felt they had a good balance of actual coffee flavor vs. the sweet but I would definitely stop by for a black coffee or espresso in the future to see how I like it on it's own. Love love love Black Rock and I go several times a week religiously... However, just about every time I hit up the drive through at this location my order is wrong. This morning I asked for no cinnamon and my drink was covered with it. Last time I asked for a carmel truffle and got some weird Americano. The time before that I got some Irish cream drink I didn't order. I mentioned it casually to the new blonde girl at the window and no 2 f's were given which is hard since I spend so much money there and ALWAYS tip. So not sure what the deal is but It's turning into a waste of money at this point.
