We came in about 10minutes before closing. They were with a costumer and my son asked if we could use the kiosk. He is 10. I let him do his drink. Saw he clicked the right stuff. I order four drinks in total. While we were doing this my 5year old needed to use the restroom, they told us we weren't allowed to use the bathrooms becas they already cleaned them. We thought this was rude, she is 5, we were paying customers, and they were still open. So my husband had to take her somewhere else. Because of this and having to watching my three boys, I quickly hit order without double checking which is my fault, but they were closing and told customers if they didn't hurry and order they wouldn't be able to. I ordered four drinks total, when the order came. We noticed sons honeydew drink with crystal boba wasn't in there, instead it was a jasmine tea. No boba. Which is odd, I saw him add it to the order. I noticed the drink I got for my husband had boba which I don't add. They showed me the order and sure enough it said what they gave. I told them there must have been an error but okay. My son was clearly upset, not hysterical but trying not to cry (he was really looking forward to it). The guy who made the drinks just walked away didn't try to help. Remaking the drink would have been easy. The girl at the front just stared at him while I explained that we must have made a mistake, I saw him add his drink but I should have double checked. Been here a few times over the years. Drinks aren't bad, but definitely overpriced for what you get. Customization options are limited too. I don't understand why I can't add more than 2 flavors to my tea. There are plenty of other boba places to go to in the valley that are half the price, have unlimited customization, and are much better quality. Customer service here is also hit or miss. Sometimes the employees are helpful but other times it's like they couldn't care less and have poor attitudes. Finally decided to try the jasmine milk tea, unsweetened, non dairy with soy milk, half honey boba and half herbal jelly and it was super average, actually below average. I've been drinking milk tea for over 15 years and have tried numerous places and unfortunately this just really didn't cut it for me. It wasn't creamy (it was actually pretty watery), the honey boba didn't taste at all like honey and was not uniform texture - they were gritty in the center, and the herbal jelly was also lacking flavor. A large size cost over $10. I am happy to pay top dollar for top quality but this was really not worth it in my opinion and I think it was at least double the cost it should have been. It's easy enough to order from the kiosk, although I paused when I saw my strawberry black iced tea would be $9. I hoped it would be the best drink I'd ever had, but it was not. The interior looks so sleek and relaxing and they even have a few board games for customers to play while they sip away. I decided to get a large house special and orange creamsicle. This cost $21.70 so it's a bit pricey. If you're looking for a cold drink, I would advise not getting the special. Even though it's supposed to be cold, the boba in it is so hot that it creates more of a lukewarm feeling as you drink it. The quality of boba was nice. It's expensive even for LA price. It was so bad that I had couple of sips and threw it away. It did not taste like milk tea at all, instead it was watery, tasted funny. The majority of their drinks come dairy free(there were one to two exceptions due to the nature of the drink). We have been going to this place for years, specifically for the mangonada drink. We thought we found a great spot - until our last visit. I believe the recipe has been changed - possibly to cut corners? Ownership change? Maybe it's unintentional - but the drink is now absolutely awful. Also noticed that the cups no longer have their company name on them, just clear with no identification which leads me to believe someone is cutting costs and cutting recipe ingredients. Also noticed the inside has been rearranged and now supper awkward setup inside. The Mangonada now tastes very watery and has no mango taste. I believe the cheap syrup is a new addition which is contributing to the recipe change. The syrup and ice melt and within seconds of receiving it there is a pool of dark orange syrup that has no flavor. The mangos on top were fresh - but not ripe at all - and extremely small. The customer service was good when I brought the issue to their attention. They remade the drink but it was exactly the same - watery pool of syrup and slush ice. $23 for two drinks, and unfortunately, we will not be back. The gas station has better drinks. read more

This store unfortunately wins the award for the most expensive boba drink with the least amount of tea and boba. The "large" size wasn't large at all and it was filled with so much ice that I barely got any liquid to actually consume. Anyways ordered but we had to wait for 20 minutes for the drink to come and most surprisingly, lavender boba tea was one of the worst we even had, It was so watery, and the lavender taste was very mild with less boba in it too. I am a huge fan of boba, so I am very glad that there is a boba place in a major shopping more. The drinks here are decent, but way too sweet to my taste. I am from the boba island, and started drinking boba since elementary school, so I am used to customize my drink according to the way I like it. Here, they pre-make the milk tea, so if you want it to be less sweet, you can only dilute it with unsweetened tea. As a result, if you get the milk tea with 25% sweetness, you get only 25% of the milk tea with 75% of the pure tea, which is not very milky at all. Overall, if you are like me, a true bobaholic who are used to fine tune your drink exactly the way you want it, this is not the place. But if you have never tried boba milk tea before, and are generally love drinks that are sweet to very sweet, this is a good place to start. read more

I'm not that big a fan of boba but my wife and kids love this place. I've ordered from here only a few times but my wife and kids have come here dozens of times. The parking lot situation is tricky here. There are rows of parking stalls available immediately in front of the store and across the other end but it's usually teeming with parked cars already. We've had to wait until somebody gets out of their parking stall or just drive on the opposite end of the shopping area to park. No big deal, just adds another 300+ steps to walk. There is a wall of all their boba creations that you get to choose from. The selection is impressive, everything from fruity to sweet to refreshing and you get to customize any extras you want. They also have a small food menu that consists of appetizers. I've ordered the French fries on several occasions and they are darn good. Prices here are reasonable so you can have a $20 bill. Treat yourself and a friend AND have change left to possible buy a 3rd boba. There are table and chairs here to sit down in the air conditioned place and enjoy your drinks. This place is clean, friendly, and will serve your order fast even if it's rush hour. There is a reasonable wait time as all orders are made to your requests. My wife and kids always order extras with their drinks and they've never screwed up on our orders. You can choose your sweetness level and if you want your beverage over ice or blended, etc. My girlfriend got a pineapple slush with green apple jellies. Stopped in with a friend. I have not been to. Stateside Boba Tea place yet and missed them since moving back from Japan. This place was pretty authentic if you go with a traditional flavor and normal boba. I opted for the blended mango milk tea with boba pearls (normal). I saw that they had a lot of different flavor options which is cool. I might try a different one in the future. The place seemed very clean and the table inside were all distant. I got the Honey Sugar Milk Latte (I think that's the name). It was VERY sweet, but it was quite delicious! The boba was perfectly chewy and the pudding was very sweet, too! I think a lot of the flavor cake from the pudding. My sister ordered the milk and cookie and LOVED IT. I personally was not a huge fan because that drink is sugar laden and there are whole chicks of Oreos. My other sister ordered the jackfruit milk tea. This one tasted like real jackfruit! It wasn't too sweet - Just right! I recommend this if you like exotic fruits! My mother got the ginger tea. It said there was a ginger MILK tea on the menu, but the cashier claimed they didn't have it... Boba was good, but the drink was kind of boring I definitely do recommend this place. A lot of people don't know that you can adjust the sweetness level (i've seen a lot of reviews complaining about the sweetness). If you like very sweet, this is the place for you. We tried two of their popular items, chocolate/coconut milk tea and taro/coconut milk tea with boba. I really liked that I could choose the sweetness level. I didn't like things too sweet so I requested 50% sweetness; however, not knowing what their 100% sweetness was like, I took a gamble. Having tried it, I probably go for 75% next time.
