Both coffees were excellent and a perfect way to start the morning. We also tried the BBQ Chip burrito and bacon burrito, which were hearty, flavorful, and delicious. One of our favorite things was the covered, misted patio--such a great spot to sit and enjoy your coffee, especially in the Arizona heat.

I ordered a small coffee and just a touch of creamer. I sat down until it was ready. They called for me so I picked it up and sat down and tasted the coffee. It was Luke warm almost cold. I took it back up to the counter to see if they could heat it up for me. Instead of putting it in the microwave, they just added hot water. ????? So now it was a little hotter but very very weak. I didn't say anything but my wife thought it odd they would add hot water as well. I forgave this because they were just getting started. Months later now and Second trip in today- I ordered small coffee and a burrito. She asked if I would like cream with that? I said yes please just a touch of cream. 3 to 5 min later my coffee was ready. I sat down and tasted it and it was so weak and Luke warm again. I pulled the top off and the coffee was white with so much cream it cooled and diluted the coffee again. At this time my burrito was ready, I sat down and opened the box it was in and it was burnt crispy black all around the outside of the burrito. So much for a warm soft tortilla. The egg and bacon filling was sparse at best. At this point I was hungry and we needed to get to the car show in cave creek so I at what I could as the tortilla shattered in my mouth from being burnt and a few more sips of weak lukewarm warm coffee, I tossed it all in the trash. I stood at the front for about 5 minutes before being acknowledged, and when I was, I was just told to "sit anywhere." After sitting down, I wasn't given menus and ended up having to go get them myself. Another 5 minutes passed before a server came over. When I asked about the specials that were advertised online, I was initially told there were no specials at all. Then she said, "oh, like happy hour?" which just felt dismissive and rude. We came specifically because of the Taco Tuesday and happy hour deals listed online (which even showed a date of April 7), but none of that was honored, she said that those specials were for the RODEO only. By the time my husband and daughter arrived, we realized there weren't even tacos included on the happy hour menu, which made the whole experience feel even more misleading. Between the lack of organization, slow service, and not honoring clearly advertised specials, the experience just didn't match expectations. It's frustrating to choose a place based on what's promoted and then have a completely different experience when you arrive.
