Cielito Rosa Bakery was such an unexpected find and easily one of my new favorite spots! I was craving a really good coffee and decided to give this place a try and I'm so glad I did. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was incredibly warm and welcoming. You can immediately tell they genuinely care about the experience they give their customers. I ordered the vanilla latte with rose foam, and it was absolutely delicious! The rose foam was light, floral, and perfectly balanced without being overpowering, and it paired beautifully with the vanilla latte. I also tried an empanada that came with the most delicious sauce the flavors together were SO good and easily one of the highlights of our visit! As if the experience wasn't already great, they surprised me with a complimentary concha for being a first-time customer. Such a thoughtful and memorable touch! Safe to say, they didn't just gain a first-time customer they gained loyal customers. Everything we tried was delicious, the hospitality was top-tier, and I already can't wait to go back and work my way through the rest of the menu. I loved the whimsical decor! Customer service was amazing as well. I ordered a biscoff iced code and it was good just sweet. The biscoff cinnamon roll was also a hit but not a fan of the dulce de leche empanadas. The pastry was hard and it didn't have much filling. I'm not sure if they restock the pastry display case throughout the day but it didn't have much stock and it was slightly busy that day. read more

Had high hopes after looking at the pictures. But quite disappointed. They tried to make the place look pretty but somehow it didn't get that fancy ambiance. Service is just ok. No proper recommendation or guidance. Coffee was decent although it costed $10. And better not to talk about food as it was the worst. Bagel would have been better if I bake it on my own who doesn't know how to bake. Empanadas were bad too. I might try their pasties next time to see if they are good read more

I've been to this location several times and have been disappointed. I tried their Mesa location a year ago and really enjoyed their conchas, super conchas and alfajores. They were fresh, light and flavorful. Unfortunately the treats at this location have not tasted as fresh. The establishment itself is cute and I love the concept as I am a big fan of pan dulce. We've tried several items, sweet and savory and the last time we were here the cookies and pastries tasted a little like dish soap. I really want to like them and am hoping they take people's feedback into account as the freshness seems like a common complaint. read more

Update: I keep having the drive through issue. I left completely after waiting another 6-7 min. There was a sign that read that the intercom was broken, just pull up to the window. I did, and waited and waited. I even saw two customers walk in, saw no one tend to them while I was by the window. read more

Thursday early evening visit, the bakery appeared clean. They were out of the drink I originally wanted so I had an agua fresca. Two tres leches were purchased, original and strawberry, a ham and cheese empanada, and a cake pop. The tres leches were somehow dry as well as bland. For an item that has three milks one would think dry cake wouldn't happen. The worker said all of the cake pops were vanilla, the one received was not vanilla. The mystery flavor cake pop tasted fine though. The empanada was greatly lacking filling, not much cheese nor ham was actually inside of it. Cielito is bakery that is exquisitely designed and features a whole slew of items to choose from. Unfortunately, I wish that the quality of the goods were as good as the atmosphere and customer service. I tried out a cheesecake, churro, jello, and choco flan. Each of the bakery items tasted very old. It's as if the food item was left out in the open for 24 hours straight. None of it tasted particularly fresh. The jello even had a piece of oreo on top which not only was super soggy but did not even mix well with the fruit flavor of the jello. In essence, I think this business needs to re-evaluate its product and focus on selling a smaller amount of items and excelling at it. Right now, they sell a large variety and none of them are particularly good. These items cost me $17.22. read more

First of all shut your face, this place is unreal! When you walk in you're greeted with puffy pink clouds, pink neon, pink packaging, pink straws. Pink is the best color, and apparently the color of love here in this bakery. Even the straws are special in their own way. We got the tres leches strawberry cake and the choco flan. I got a Carmel brown sugar iced coffee situation to go with my flan. We met Pennia who was the best. She was so fun and helpful. She told us about all the everything they offered and even agreed for a photo shoot. The coffee was made so well it was stupid perfect. So glad we took a visit here today. I was finally heading in the right direction to stop at this cute new place. Located in a strip mall, it has a drive-thru (so you won't be tempted by all those goodies!) The cozy pastel décor frames the glass cases that confront you as you walk in the door. It's self-serve, and I picked several items from the array of pastries. The favorite turned out to be the alfajores. These melt-in-your-mouth cookies were so good. I felt bad I didn't buy more, as we had to cut them up to share. Between the aroma of coffee and the baked goods, this is a dangerous place if you are watching calories. The aesthetic was super cute. Loved all the details they put into making the place look nice. I ordered just an iced coffee with hazelnut and half n half. As simple as it can get. When she walked up to me with it I immediately not it was going to be disgusting as it looked closer to milk than coffee. Tasting it just confirmed it. It didn't taste like coffee at all, more like sweetened milk(the worste for someone that actually likes the taste of coffee) I asked her to remake my coffee and communication was not the best as I didn't know she had made me an americano rather than an iced coffee. I asked her to add an extra shot, put less syrup and just a tiny bit of half n half. It came back and charged me $1 extra for the extra shot, which fine, I understand most places charge extra but I didn't like that she didn't tell me prior to making my drink. We also ordered two bagels. They tasted old and stale, and the jalapeño cream cheese tasted weird. Needless to say, we didn't eat any of it, and threw everything in the trash. Actually SHUT UPPP!!! This is the cutest place ever! I came here with my best friend,and oh boy, was I overwhelmed with all the choices (in the best way possible)! The customer service was wonderful, welcoming you in. They were so helpful when getting asked questions and gave the best commentary. The drinks are so yummm! It's very clean and well put together, so many places to enjoy the atmosphere and take pictures. They got a drive thru which is convenient. Decided to give it a try and no response. Waited couple minutes still nothing. Not sure if they got hours of operations for the thrive-thru, was excited to try it out but no! I was in a hurry so decided not to get down. When I left the drive thru there was no customers just one employee. I thought maybe she was busy and couldn't get the customers from the drive thru! This adorable bakery / coffee shop just opened recently in north Phoenix. Located in a strip mall on Bell Road across the street from Hobby Lobby. This spot has been several other businesses and I really hope this one does well as it is wonderful! The interior is so cute with loads of feminine decor. It has a large number of delicious pastries to choose from ( both sweet & savory ). We bought a couple of cookies, a Nutella pistachio danish , apricot & strawberry empanadas along with a hot mocha & strawberry lemonade. The girls working were so friendly and welcomed us.
