I've been wanting to try this bakery after seeing it on the too good to go app. I went today because I finally got a bag, and was so excited to see the inside. There's no place to sit inside, but there are two nice parking spaces out in the front since it's a busy parking lot by a gym. They have several cases of sweet options, cakes that you can customize on the spot, and pastries that are topped fresh to order. They also have so many cake pop flavors. I didn't even know how to decide! The owner, Melissa, was so sweet to me! I asked her questions about the business, and what they do for catering. I love supporting local businesses, especially bakeries because I'm a baker myself. I talked to her about customizing an order for my place of employment in the next couple of months and she was totally on board to customize it how I wanted. Aside for my too good bag, I ended up buying an ube cake pop and a Boston cream tart, and both are out of this world! I was on the hunt for a bakery that makes custom cookies, and I'm so glad I found Silver Rose! I went into the bakery in person to place my order so I could better explain what I was looking for, and the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful in making sure everything was just right. I was really happy with the service. They also offer baked goods and cake pops for purchase in store. The bakery itself is very nice and clean, with an open kitchen and workspace where you can watch the decorators at work. The cookies were some of the best I've ever had. I've ordered custom cookies before that were a bit hard, but these were so soft and absolutely beautiful. I'll definitely be using them again in the future. I also thought my cake turned out super cute. If I had to nitpick, I wish the 30 had been in a slightly bolder font like my photo reference, but overall they did a great job. The cake was also quite large and heavy. I believe I ordered the 10 inch, and it was very tall. The picture honestly doesn't do it justice. Edited for response to owners: I really appreciate your response, my review was left here as I did try several times to reach out based off of my first experience, and the rest of my review is based off of the food and service - which I believe is okay to share. I wanted to address it when I was in the store this past week, but when it feels like an unapproachable environment it makes it a little uneasy. Well this is my second time eating something from the bakery and I was hoping I just had a one off experience. I did pick up a too good to go from the bakery a couple months back and it was 2 cake cups and decorate your own cookie - both of the 2 cake cups made me sick, I know things for TGTG can be close to date so that's what I thought - both items were very buttery, and tasted like the sugar was forgotten. I tried to call the bakery 3 times and wasn't able to get through to anyone. I decided to back and give something else a try.. I will say both times I haven't experienced a friendly bakery, lots of people little acknowledgement - even further this time after the baker helped me get my item, the baker then had someone check her out to buy something, idk just odd(ik it's allowed but it was just weird) after that she rang me up - so I did have the same experience taste wise, lacking flavor and I no notes of sweetness(I don't even have a sweet tooth lol) I'm not sure if this is just 2 off experiences or what, but I just wanted to leave this review here. read more

I feel bad leaving a less than great review as I love supporting small businesses. I found this bakery on line and the reviews lead me to get my husbands birthday cake here. I ordered a red velvet cake and they lady was super helpful and kind. The smell of the bakery was delicious so my hopes are even higher that I made the right choice. I picked up the cake on time. I followed all the instructions on leaving the cake at room tempt for 4-6 hours before serving. We cut into the cake excited after the traditional song. lol First thing I see is it is chocolate not red velvet but OK... chocolate isn't a bad flavor. Then we dug in... The cake tasted like it came from Walmart but 4x the price. Dry and tasteless. Frosting is filled with Crisco type fatty & oily substance. We also got some extra cream filled puff pastries. I saw them making it. They took the pastry from the freezer, microwaved it to thaw it out and then put the filling in. I can't say enough about how amazing this bakery is. I was in a bit of a time crunch and after calling a few bakeries that were not only unable to do it but they were ridiculously expensive. I needed a custom cake in the shape of a UPS truck for my husband's retirement party. I couldn't believe it when I came to pick it up. It completely exceeded my expectations. My husband and I got married in May and hired Silver Rose Bakery to provide our cake and some additional sweets for our wedding located in Strawberry Arizona. Their team was not only extremely organized but very communicative with us from start to finish. We had an initial cake tasting with them where we were able to try out a ton of different options as well as discuss other treats that we could have. The package that we chose allowed all of our guests to have 2-3 items the night of our wedding. Overall I believe their pricing was extremely fair. I asked them to create custom cake toppers of our dogs and they executed that task with such ease! It was a fun little twist and something different that not only us, but our guests enjoyed. They looked soo cute amongst our beautiful cake and other delicious desserts. Their shop delivered everything to our venue on time and made sure that everything looked amazing, plating all of it on the platters and trays that I provided! However, I didn't pay for the cake right away and I got charged a $50 "late fee" which appeared on the invoice i was emailed. I called to let them know and was told they would reverse it.
