On their website and in photos, they say their empanadas are air fried, but I think I recall seeing oil fryers outdoors yesterday. I try to keep fried foods to a limit as I don't always feel great after eating a greasy meal. And I have to maintain a svelte physique, just kidding there. Diabetes and heart disease run in my family, so I am very mindful of what I put into my temple.
