Okayyyy but why did this little Mexican snack and ice cream spot just become my entire personality? I went in thinking "quick treat" and walked out planning my entire summer around this place. First up: the fruit cup. Cucumbers, jícama, pineapple, and mango piled high, drenched in chamoy and dusted with Tajín like it was blessed by the snack gods. Sweet, tangy, spicy, crunchy -- it had everything going on and somehow it all made sense. My taste buds were confused... but in the best way. Then I got another cup because apparently self-control clocked out. This one had melons, apples, sweetened condensed milk, and a whole party of other goodness mixed in. It was giving "childhood nostalgia meets grown-up cravings." Creamy, juicy, refreshing -- basically summer in a cup. Everything tasted SO fresh. Like-cut-this-fruit-five-minutes-ago fresh. I already know when Phoenix hits 110° I'm going to be parked here pretending I "just happened to be in the area." If you see me with chamoy on my fingers and zero shame... mind your business 10/10. Hands down favorite place to come by i think i would go faithfully once a week at one point and time they have the best elote hot cheetos bowls and there drinks are soooooo good. When I asked about getting a different one which fresh fruit the lady said this is fresh fruit which is it not, canned fruit has a very distinct taste and cubed in small little pieces. On top it being canned fruit it was mainly just ice more than half of it I couldn't eat anymore cause it's just ice. My friends and I are frequenters here and the food and drink is always delicious! The service is always excellent, and the same girl happens to be working there whenever we go, and she is always so sweet and kind. The place is well decorated with a nice vibe, and I would say the only downside of this place is how popular it is. Sometimes they run out of popular items, but on the bright side every alternative item I get in these instances is somehow always equally delicious, and often has given me and mine some new orders for our rotation. As an ice cream fiend, I always look for a non-chain shop. This one fits the profile perfectly. Although I'm not sure if the ice cream is artisanal, the sundae I got was a real treat for the low price of $5! You get three scoops of ice cream, a layer of fresh strawberries, and a sprinkling of 2 cereals of your choice. It was huge; a meal in itself! What a wonderful hidden gem. It's hard to spot in the corner of the dated strip mall where its located. But worth the effort to seek it out. Prices are so amazingly reasonable. The "owners" of this business are unprofessional and lack human compassion. I ordered something that had cucumbers in it and due to having to wait in the car for my order (COVID 19) - it slipped my mind to ask them to hold the cucumber. I remembered as I was waiting in my car - I ran back in and asked for the modification to my snack. As I am allergic to cucumbers. The man and the woman I was speaking with refused to remake my order as she told me "I already made it." They claimed to be the owner, they have no compassion for their customers. When I said I could get sick from eatting the snack - they responded with "we have good lawyers". Unfortunately this establishment does not care about the quality of their service, the quality of their product or the safety of their customers.
