I had a really great experience here with a friend after a yoga event. It was a little busy with the yoga event ending, and everyone getting ice cream, but there was still lots of places to sit outside and we didn't have to wait too long to order. It was dark and cooling off when we sat outside, so not too uncomfortable in the PHX summer heat. The inside is modern looking with bright blue menu boards and blue accents throughout the shop. They offer to go containers of ice cream and cakes too! Frost Gelato offers many choices for flavors, so it was hard to choose one. The people working were nice and let us sample a couple. I ended up picking the Bagigi Peanut which had caramel, chocolate and nuts all mixed together. It was also voted "Best Gelato in America". I ordered a small size and it was very satisfying. The gelato was also delicious, I would recommend that flavor to people if they like those types of flavors. I look forward to coming back here!

Frost Gelato just opened its fourth location in the Greater Phoenix area last week in the former Paradise Valley Mall area as a part of the new redevelopment plan. My wife and I had dinner in the area last night and enjoyed dessert at Frost Gelato to try out the new location. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there and that they had just opened. We tried a few samples including the one that reminded us of Biscoff cookies. I got a small of Stracciatella while my wife got a small of Crema di Biscotti gelato (similar to cookies and cream). Other menu items include gelato, sorbet, cakes, coffee, Frost Bites (gelato bites dipped in chocolate) and drinks. We then went across the street next to Blanco where they have an open grassy area and some comfortable seating. We enjoyed sitting and people watching while eating our gelato. The area itself seems to have a lot to offer with new restaurants and stores opening up and events on the grassy area on most weekends. The staff were friendly and answered questions. They mentioned while there is no loyalty club, something is in the works. There is seating right outside and even more just across the street by the grassy area. While there is no birthday club, they do provide a special birthday treat for those celebrating a birthday (on or around their birthday). Other locations offer a free small cup of gelato or a free Frost Bite (chocolate truffle of one of several flavor options); only time will tell what they offer at this location. You can order gelato or Frost Bites to go and even get spaghetti and meatballs Frost style with gelato "noodles" and Frostbite "meatballs". Check out their detailed website complete with a Flavor Picker (https://www.frostgelato.com/flavor-picker). You can find their menu, catering options, and information about Frost Gelato, its master chef, and its history. We look forward to returning to this location again soon!

I've been to frost's biltmore location so I was excited to try this one while I was in the area! There is a large selection of gelato flavors so I sampled two before I decided to get a small scoop of the bagigi peanut. I've never had that flavor before and it's nice with the bits of caramel and chocolate. I like the blue color scheme inside and the staff were very friendly.

The gelato was awesome. Loved the limoncello. Great location at the new PV Reimagined. On cooler days- you can relax at the park nearby.

I visited this spot recently on a Friday for brunch and tried quite a few things from the menu: the…read morebanana hazelnut latte, Cali bagel sandwich, pepperoni pizza bagel, mozzarella stick bagel, and the strawberry shortcake blinged out cream cheese bagel. The banana hazelnut latte was great! I am not a huge fan of overly sweet drinks, so I asked for half sweet and it was perfect for me. The Cali bagel sandwich looked delicious and was packed with fresh ingredients. They were not skimping on the fillings. My only suggestion would be to add a little more seasoning or something to give it a bit more flavor, as it tasted slightly bland to me. The pepperoni pizza bagel was good and pretty straightforward. It is a classic combination. My friend and I both thought it would be especially good with some hot honey drizzled on top or served on the side for dipping. The mozzarella stick bagel was a limited time item, so we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, this was probably my least favorite of everything we ordered. I am not sure if ours happened to be overcooked, but the fried outer part of the bagel was extremely chewy, almost leathery. The mozzarella inside the bagel did not seem fresh, and the cheese was not really melted. This may have just been an off batch, but I won't get it again. Now for the absolute star of the visit: the strawberry shortcake blinged out cream cheese bagel. This was perfection. It was creamy, had the perfect amount of sweetness. Absolutely delicious This was easily my favorite. The restaurant itself is very spacious, with lots of seating indoors as well as an enclosed outdoor seating area. It has a cute, trendy atmosphere and seems like a great spot to hang out and enjoy brekkie/brunch/lunch. The staff were extremely friendly and the service was great overall. One small thing I noticed was tables were being cleaned pretty slowly when we were there. Overall, I had a decent first experience! I would definitely come back and try more of the drinks and menu items. will update my review once I have had the chance to try more

The lox cream cheese was also super yummy, not a lot of lox but still so good. The salted caramel cinnamon roll was good, but next time I am going to order it right before I eat it because it is not as good once it's cooled down. And the cups for the coffee like come on just so cool. Amazing ambiance, all of the staff were beyond incredible, and the menu selection is so fun and so insane!

The menu looked really good so my sis and I went to give it a shot since they also have baked goods. Walking in, the space was huge which makes sense as it's inside of chompies and I love that spot. We got some cookies from the bakery and it's weighed for pricing. The chocolate butter cookies were delicious but the other ones tasted a bit funny and not at all like butter cookies. We ordered an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken with cold foam and iced turtle with cold foam. The lady at the register was nice and asked if we really wanted cold foam, and we said yes twice. The coffee was taking a while so we walked around the area and looked at their merchandise but the coffees still wasn't done so we sat at the chairs and tables by the coffee place. The lady at the register stated that the cold foam wasn't working out and they are trying and asked if we still wanted to wait. Well of course we did cause we paid an extra dollar and some change for the cold foam. So it's odd that she was going to give us the coffee without it and not even ask if we wanted anything else in place of that. After what seemed like 15 minutes waiting for iced coffee we finally got it and as you can see from the picture, there was barely any cold foam. The lady was nice but the experience was lacking due to the order not being what we really wanted. Both coffees were sweet and it was not terrible. I'd go back for the baked goods only.

Not necessarily a bad thing. I digress. 32 Shea is the kind of place you keep coming back to because it never tries too hard. It's dependable, consistent, and just plain good. From the breakfast burrito to the BLT, they don't overthink it, they just get it right. The coffee drinks can go toe-to-toe with any joint in town, and the full bar won't leave your wallet on life support. Mostly, though, it's the staff. Young, attentive, full of life and energy. They actually seem to enjoy being there, and these days that feels almost subversive, lol. Kudos.

We most likely would never walk in and eat/drink in again. The staff was absolutely pre-occupied with "regulars" even when there is a considerable line to order. At one point we were standing at the counter and everyone was talking to "regulars" and even helping them in front of us....while we stood at the counter in front of the registers.... There was no acknowledgment such as with verbal or non verbal contact. It was so awkward at one point, we almost walked out. Finally someone from outside came inside and started to help us when another employee started using the register in front of us and the employee that was taking our order....again as we didn't even exist.
