There's so much to choose from! I got the Dubai chocolate ice cream cup. It was amazing. It came with pistachio ice cream, milk, chocolate, ice cream, whipped cream, pistachio drizzle and chocolate drizzle absolutely delicious! My husband gone butter, pecan with brownies and whipped cream, which was very tasty as well! Honestly the ice cream was good.. But for being such a fun looking ice cream shop and for being downtown Phoenix. I expected the vibe in there to be a little bit more inviting a little bit more fun and upbeat! I mean, at least some music playing! Once the other customers left, it was just my husband and I was sitting there the employees were nowhere in sight there's no music no entertainment at all inside. and outside, you can see the hustle and bustle of the nightlife which was nice! To be honest with you going to the restroom, there was music in that hall that was inviting, and there was music in the restroom that was more inviting than the actual ice cream shop! My mom and I literally stumbled into this adorable little ice cream spot in downtown Phoenix while hunting for a sweet treat on vacation, and OMG... destiny!! Not only was it super cute inside, but they had an entire gluten-free menu for me to choose from. Like--an actual GF wonderland. I nearly cried. The guy working the counter was ridiculously nice and let us sample basically the whole store. Unlimited samples?? Don't threaten me with a good time. We were out here tasting flavors like we were on "The Bachelor: Ice Cream Edition." Now let's talk about the 'Strawberry Frappe'.I can't even describe the flavor because my brain still short-circuits when I think about it. Great little ice cream spot in DT Phx. It has all kind of gimmicky options of ice cream and shakes to choose from. Me personally I like to sticking to classic treats. I do feel like the pricing is up there but I guess you pay for the experience. When busy service does tend to move a bit slow, so you might have to wait an extra couple of minutes. However, my ice cream was melting and served with syrup and a mess all over the outside of the cup. The service isn't great and pretty slow. The tables are sticky and the chairs are messy with crusted food on them like they haven't been cleaned in a while. This place is really good. I took my son here for his birthday. A few things are drawbacks that led to the 3. But overall I am recommending you go here because I think it was really tasty. So first, I ordered the strawberries and cream cheesecake shake. Now what no one tells you is that unless you get the souvenir jar you won't get all the stuff that's listed. For instance I didn't get the jar so I didn't get a slice of cheesecake. Wasn't really aware, but they should tell you. The shake however was awesome. Second, fairly clean place which I appreciated, third, the parking is rough that in a sense it's at a minimum $5 depending on surrounding events. Finally, the workers here seem kind of miserable. No amount of thank yous or tips increase their mood. They actually look like they hate the customers and job. I'd recommend a manager send in a secret shopper to see what I'm talking about but it's very off putting. Due to the downsides I'd say unless I am already downtown I wouldn't venture out of my way for this place. But it's a good one time experience spot. Great for the kids. Get the jar! read more

Just my honest review of my experience here. The overall experience definitely did not match what I was expecting. First time here but I've been to other kinds of milkshake bars in AZ and LV so I was excited to try this out. I got to try the milk and cookies and their vegan shake. In terms of service, we actually received our shakes in a good amount of time, considering it was pretty busy. The toppings were a big disappointment. On the milk and cookies, the cream filled cookie on top was not very good and the mini cookies surrounding were definitely stale. Cookie on the vegan shake was also stale and hard as a rock. The frosting used to stick the toppings to the glass was actually the best part. Shakes themselves were ok, nothing I'd brag about, and these shakes also seemed smaller than other kinds of milkshakes I've had before. You get to keep the jar, but for the price of these shakes, I'd rather have everything taste amazing and not keep the jar. Plus I only got the jar and not the lid (would of had to pay another .75 cents for that). Overall not anything I'd go back for. read more
