A1 service... welcoming... patient... made the whole visit feel warm... even helped walk through the menu with suggestions that actually made sense... The vibe inside is chill... bright, tidy, and smelled like heaven... no sticky tables or messy counters... everything was in order and photo-op ready... So I'm not usually one to give poor reviews. And for me of three it's kind of poor and for me three is kind of poor. So let me explain. I love the different options. I mean they're just are so many choices you can have. Different than some crêpes I know of. So I got one with hazelnut and Oreos on top. To be fair I would've preferred some fruit on top and they have plenty of food so I'm not sure why it wasn't an option. So my first disappointment, even though it looks beautiful. There is no filling everything is just on top. Which just throws off your proportions cause now I feel like I have more crêpe than really anything to go with it. The plate is beautiful although serving it with plastic utensils isn't an interesting choice considering you're getting a nicer plate. I'm assuming they clean up after you because there was nowhere for me to put my stuff when I was done. Overall, the staff was very nice, but I'm not sure if it's somewhere I would come again. It's just my preference I like my filling inside. And even though they do have wonderful options, a little too much sweetness for all the options I would prefer some fruits added in. But I would definitely say check it out for yourself. They do have many other things. If I did come back, it would probably be for just the chocolate covered strawberries. Sorry but $17 for chocolate covered Dubai strawberry cup is insane. They used to have a super small cup that I would always get which was like $8 (still a lot) for such a small cup but the perfect amount and now they no longer sell it. I was SO excited to try this place! My partner and I had walked past it once and were determined to go back and try it out. In the end, my impression didn't match my expectations, but I still have hope! I truly hope this message makes its way to the owners because it has incredible potential to be a dessert haven. I believe that a little conciseness in the menu would help in a lot of areas - the employees can specialize and hone their talents with a select amount of desserts and it makes it much easier for consumers to choose an option. My main area of disappointment: the goods. I picked out the crepuccini with cookie butter and my boyfriend got the cream puffs with chocolate. Appearance/presentation was decent, but on tasting, the crepes were incredibly mid. The crepes were too thick, making them doughy and I could taste a hint of the baking powder, making them unappealing. There was SO little cookie butter sauce, leaving the crepe pieces dry. While my review may be negative, I hope it inspires a positive change because the concept is THERE, and with a few minor tweaks, this dish would've been fantastic. We were looking for a late evening dessert spot that was open and found this in the Arizona Center. It offers a promising and wide-variety menu. Our experience, though, was less than satisfying, stemming from our choices. I mean it's chocolate! What went wrong? Cookie Butter Trifle Cup included pineapple core pieces, which were hardly edible. Brownies Ice Cream Cup was tasty, but chocolate sauce hardened at bottom of cup and became unattainable using a plastic spoon. And both items seemed overpriced for their quality. This place is so CUTE! It's bright, happy and clean. Lots of great seating inside and wifi from the mall, only place downtown where I've seen smarties, flake bars and aero chocolate. Also crepes until 10 pm? Long overdue.
