I love oasis raspados! They are usually pretty busy, but I think the wait is worth it! They have so many options. I usually get a obispo (which is shaved ice, with your choice of scoop of icecream, and your choice of two fruit syrup/ fresh fruit. ) I got the mango, and strawberry with vanilla icecream. So good! Especially when the icecream gets mixed in, it makes the raspado creamy. I recently had the chamoyada as well, and it was really tasty!! Def recommend if you're looking for some good snacks. read more

I've been coming to this spot for years, and it's hands down the best raspados around. The freshness is unmatched, and they always get it just the way I like it. It does sometimes get packed but the ladies are fast. It's a small place and people are in and out but it's still always so clean! I can't recommend it enough! read more

Good respados served quickly. They could try to figure out how to get rid of all the flies inside. It made it very difficult to enjoy the food by constantly shooing away all the flies that were surrounding us.there must be a better way for them to take care of us. read more

I was there yesterday afternoon I got a vanilla & Plum raspado- they were both overly sweet (might be just me) so I didn't enjoy either of then. I also got an order of tostilocos- which I do need to say. I recently moves from L.A (I know) and it's not the way they are put together out there so it was something new for me... it wasn't bad, it's just not something I had tried before ( this had cabbage). I do admire the recycling they do using old strawberry trays... also their customers service is EXCEPTIONAL!!! It's not for me, so I don't think that I'll come back but then again most of that is just me.. the business is great! read more

Oasis Raspados - This is my Vanilla Raspado... - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Oasis Raspado is in a rough part of town, but it's very nice inside its space. They have a good variety of foods to try. I was excited that they had elote and fresh fruit toppings. I ordered the Mango Chimay with mango and pineapple. It was good, but I kind of wished it had more of a kick. I guess I would enjoy it more blended vs over shaved ice, even though this is authentic raspado. The shaved ice melted quickly and diluted the dessert into more of a drink. It was definitely hot that day, but their A/C was good. My Elote wasn't what I had expected. It tasted great up until I realized how soupy it was. I felt the liquid diluted the flavor I was looking for. Maybe next time I can specify less hot liquid. I really enjoyed the simplicity of their Tostitos salsa verde chips topped with hot spicy queso and pickled jalapeños. The queso has a little kick, but the combo of everything was so satisfying. It was my favorite overall. The Large scoops of ice cream looked delectable. And I watched other customers have mixed fruit with chili on top. Looked so yummy. I love spice on top of sweet fruit. We came with fault family who are locals, so we will come back again. read more

Summer time is here and it's all about raspados. Although Oasis has many different flavors to choose from, I tend to stick the same ol' strawberry flavor. It's filled with a good amount of juice and has lots of sliced strawberries which is what I like to see. I also recommend adding a scoop of ice cream on top if you're feeling adventurous. Overall good stuff! read more

Oasis is always a great choice when you want something cold. The girls are the most sociable but hey they get the job done and service well. Get you in and out the door. There is a small area where you can sit inside but I usually grab and go. Great snack also don't just go for the Raspados. The Tosti Locos and Tosti Elote are also very good here!!! You're welcome and enjoy your treat!! read more

Service was horrible the teens are rude. i went there as a first timer an no one was in line and as I'm asking a question they all look at each other act like i should know the answer to my question then I bought a Hawaiian and walked out after paying. My brother was next to order and said they were talking about me once i left. that's so unacceptable and rude. But other then the rudeness the snow cone was full of flavor and refreshing read more

We got 2 things from here, a fresas con crema y raspado de vainilla. We didn't take a pictures of the fresas con crema but that was super delicious, I would highly recommend. On the other hand, the vanilla raspado was not what I expected. Shame on me for assuming that the vanilla flavor should be like a yellow-ish color and not black. I don't know from where this type of vanilla is from, but I personally did not like the flavor; it tasted like it was vanilla mixed with mint mixed with black licorice. I guess I should have asked before ordering. But besides that it was pretty good, would go again. But definitely wouldn't get the vanilla ever again.. read more

I've been coming to this location for as long as I can remember. No Raspados place can make it the same as Oasis Raspados. Especially this location. I will make the 40 minute drive for a Chamoyada (mango and tamarindo). The tosti elote is mouth watering just thinking about. I haven't tried everything here because the Chamoyada and anything elote are amazing. read more

Come visit South Phoenix. And on a hot day when you want a refreshing drink/treat that is not too sweet then try the Obispo about $4.50. You can choose the fruit toppings & the flavor of ice cream. I chose Vanilla ice cream with fresh strawberries & mango toppings, and yes, sweetened condensed milk on top. It's was so yummy! They also had pineapple, bananas, and other toppings to choose from. This place is so much better than Dairy Queen. They also serve Thirty's ice cream. $1.89 a scoop or 2 scoops for $2.50. Very reasonable. Do you remember when you could buy a scoop of Thifty Ice for 15 cents & 2 scoops for 30 cents. They have many refreshing dessert options. I almost tried a Fresca Crema which I'll get the next time. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly and served generous portions! There was no line in March when it was cool! After you eat your treat then head over to Ranch Market & get a carne asada taco for $2.00. Yummy! It's a good day to check out some local food places. Enjoy! read more

Best place for raspados in Phoenix! Will definitely be coming back next time around. Leonela helped me she was great! Go Oasis!!

7/31/23 4:40pm blonde hair girl was rude. She gave me the chamoyada dripping and I asked if she had a cup and a towel so she can clean it up and she just put the cup to the side. Didn't bother to clean it or do it for me until I asked her AGAIN. Even the customer next to me said that was rude of her. So delicious and fresh. Great outdoor space so kids can enjoy their treat and avoid all the mess indoors. Great place and so tasty!!

This place is awesome, especially for a late night snack. Need to have patience since its always very busy. A little waiting doesn't hurt for some tasty natural fruit snow cones. (AKA raspados)They have some amazing choices that include some random, peanuts and candy but will sure satisfy a craving. This place will sure make you forget the heat in AZ. I haven't been here in a while and you can tell it has been recently renovated. One thing has not changed is there amazing taste. If your in south phoenix its a place worth stopping for. read more

I was craving for a sweet dessert and decided to go out searching for it. I've been to a few raspados places but this is by far the best! The menu selection is plentiful to satisfy any cold & sweet cravings. I didn't really know what the name of my dessert was but when I described it, they knew how to make it. While I was ordering, I saw fresh fruit being cut up and being refilled. It was nice to see that they didn't stop working, even though it was at the end of the night. I met some friends there and there was plenty of seating. It actually got really cold inside from the A/C and eating the cold treat that we went to sit outside. My friend has two girls and the patio outside was big enough for them to run around and chase their bouncy balls they got from one of the vending machines inside. We were there for about 45 min and I noticed there were a lot of customers that came through but service was quick. read more

This is the place for you if you enjoy being welcomed in with a "are you ready to order" walking in the door, and followed up by "is that all" after anything you say. Took my nieces here recently for some treats... I was secretly banking on being able to order an "obispo" like I had at that place I reviewed in Tucson ... sadly, they didn't know what I meant, but after explaining to them what I wanted, they made it and it came out semi-close to the Tucson "obispo" I had. The girls got their raspados and ice cream and seemed to be very pleased with the flavor.. also, the ingredients (for most Americans) might seem weird, but believe me, they're not weird for the local latino population... yes, I'm talking about mexican-style candies and sour-things mixed with icees and ice cream... You should give them a shot.. they're not cheap by South Phoenix standards and they get hella busy on the weekend afternoons, but it's something new for your to try and I"m pretty sure you'll enjoy what you eat... unless you don't get intimidated :) read more

I am not in this area often, but when I am I always make it a point to stop here no matter how busy the lines are. Fresh fruit with shaved Ice, I add Ice Cream with Lechera. The only thing I did not like was the lack of seats on the inside, they should always have tables outside. read more

The food is great but customer service... HORRIBLE!!
