If managing delivery platforms is a challenge, it may be worth reconsidering your presence on them, or at minimum keeping your available inventory accurate. Waking up to a cancelled order that was placed 8 hours in advance, for a birthday, is a frustrating experience that could have easily been avoided. Based on other reviews, this does not appear to be an isolated incident. If in-person dining is where you truly shine, that is worth leaning into. But continuing to take delivery orders you cannot fulfill only adds to customer disappointment. A little more care on the logistics side would go a long way. I ordered a gyro not knowing what to expect from a bagel place, but was pleasantly surprised. It was a good size, really fresh, and plenty of tzatziki. Decided to stop here for some late breakfast on the way from PHX to Flagstaff. Ordered online for egg and cheese breakfast bagels. You can tell bagels are homemade by the uniqueness of the bread. Being vegetarian, there's only so much we can do and cheese plays a vital role in flavor. The bagel itself was not very flavorful and was a little dry/tough but the egg was fresh and everything was hot. Could have used two slices of cheese to balance bread ratio.
