Decided to stop here for some late breakfast on the way from PHX to Flagstaff. Ordered online for egg and cheese breakfast bagels. You can tell bagels are homemade by the uniqueness of the bread. Being vegetarian, there's only so much we can do and cheese plays a vital role in flavor.
