I love ice cream but i'm a very picky eater, and have been since i was a kid. This place really helped me and really satisfied my urge for ice cream. One of the employees, Danica allowed me to sample just a few of the flavors and was very patient with me. She gave me ideas, creativity, and hospitality. The service here is very good, many of the employees were busy at work whilst danica helped me at the counter. When I got my delivery it was wrong so I called and they said there isn't anything they can do about it expected for me to go in and they will remake it, with that being said I ordered it for delivery not pickup for a reason. Visited late on a Thursday night. There were 3 people working and 1 appeared to be the owner. They were pleasant, helpful and quick. My friend had a food allergy and they quickly without fuss made accommodations for her which I find super important quality in any business. The servings were generous. The restaurant was clean and tidy. They are not allowing anyone to be seated during COVID probably because it's tiny inside and not enough space to allow for 6ft social distancing. Another friend of mine took 2 orders to go and they popped 2 lids on and set in a bag for her to make things easy. I loved this place. Their cupcakes were so gooood and yummy. They are not like normal cupcakes , but base was made of chocolate, and had fillings of mix of melted chocolates and bread inside too. I have never been to a cold stone that has not had good service. But this one takes the cake. My family walked in clearly they did not have any samples for us they denied us samples. We got to paying for the ice cream and unfortunately my six year old did not like the flavor. That is a risk you take as a company when you don't give out samples. Instead of returning the ice cream for us and exchanging it for a different flavor we got thrown out of the facility they didn't give us a refund and they gave us a policy That " once you taste the ice cream you cannot return it for anything no refund no other flavor. ". Long story short after being told to get out of the store by the supposed owner she began to tell me that she was going to call security and that I need to learn some manners. And did not want to exchange anything for me. They threw away the ice cream after taking it from my husbands hands and because they did that we asked To exchange the now trashed items into a different flavor and she instructed the other kid that was standing next to her to give us the exact same flavor that we want to order before. What sense does that make? After leaving the store I have never been so disrespected outright Upset or Yelled at by a store owner. Will never come back ever again will be reporting to cold stone corporate. read more

I used to be anti-Cold Stone, but I've changed my stance since moving nearby and getting it way too often due to my girlfriend's cravings. Yeah, that's it, I'll blame her for our weekly visits. We started going to this location about a year ago and the trend always seemed to be pissed off, teenage high school girls with neck tattoos behind the counter hatefully making your ice cream. It was especially nice when they felt the need to complain about their miserable lives to the customers. But ya know, I learned something from one of them one day. It sounds to me it was the owner or manager of this location that was the bane of these poor girls' existence. So ya know what, I'm on their side now. But that used to be the trend. Over the past few months there seems to be a happier group of girls working who don't have neck tattoos. They are more upbeat, positive, and don't complain. We've got these on the East Coast so I knew what to expect. My family sent me a gift card to here for my birthday (really??? you want me to die an early calorie induced death?) so one day after work I decided to indulge to get rid of some stress. I swear my face tingles from the sugar when you walk through the door of this chain. Everything is beyond rich. If you're getting a cone or something make sure not to get more than one scoop or you'll probably develop a case of diabetes. The ice cream cakes are pretty good but are expensive.
