I ordered a 6 pack of variety ice cream cupcakes premade for delivery through the cold stone website, door dashed ended up delivering. When I got my delivery it was wrong so I called and they said there isn't anything they can do about it expected for me to go in and they will remake it, with that being said I ordered it for delivery not pickup for a reason. The girl said to call back in the morning, but I'm just really frustrated that nothing could be done tonight. read more

It is a great place for ice-cream lovers like my wife. However, I don't like the pricing here. They are damn expensive. Making a cone with options costs more than 10 bucks. And my wife always keeps taking options after options. Ice-creams are very flavorful here and they do have varieties of options to try. The staff is very humble in my experience here. Birthday cakes are of great quality here and surprisingly not very expensive in competition. Must place for taste and variety menu, however, budget-friendly people can avoid this place and get a normal scoop from another place for 1/3rd of the price. read more

Love cold stone! We always get birthday cakes from here. We get the one that's vanilla & chocolate I believe it's called midnight cake. They also can write on the cake & they also sell candles. They also sell ice cream, frappes, & ice cream cupcakes. When you get an ice cream you can have it in a cup or waffle cone, also you can mix anything in the ice cream. Visited late on a Thursday night. There were 3 people working and 1 appeared to be the owner. They were pleasant, helpful and quick. My friend had a food allergy and they quickly without fuss made accommodations for her which I find super important quality in any business. The servings were generous. The restaurant was clean and tidy. They are not allowing anyone to be seated during COVID probably because it's tiny inside and not enough space to allow for 6ft social distancing. Another friend of mine took 2 orders to go and they popped 2 lids on and set in a bag for her to make things easy. They are not allowing you to taste flavors right now but the cake batter mixed with dark chocolate was amazing! read more

This is the best ice cream and cake shop ever!!!! Embri helped me out immensely with choosing my sons favorite cake and cone for his bday. She added all of his favorite topping and had made an message to celebrate. And even added a cute drawing and this was all done and we were at the register in about two minutes. I get home after spending 7.15$ on their gotta have it size, only to discover it was the size down placed in my correct size cup. I understand little inconveniences and honest mistakes, but this is literal theft. Come on, their ice cream is fantastic but employees ripping off customers for no reason is enough to hit the Walmart to save a few bucks on not as great ice cream. read more

I ordered the Reese's peanut butter shake, all I got was a chocolate shake with a very faint tinge of peanut butter. The lady that made it didn't know what the shake consisted of. If you go there make sure you tell them exactly what goes in it, ingredient by ingredient. read more

I loved this place. Their cupcakes were so gooood and yummy. They are not like normal cupcakes , but base was made of chocolate, and had fillings of mix of melted chocolates and bread inside too. Cream was also not that heavy or made of fondant. It was a great spend of $16 for 6 cupcakes set. read more

I have never been to a cold stone that has not had good service. But this one takes the cake. My family walked in clearly they did not have any samples for us they denied us samples. We got to paying for the ice cream and unfortunately my six year old did not like the flavor. That is a risk you take as a company when you don't give out samples. Instead of returning the ice cream for us and exchanging it for a different flavor we got thrown out of the facility they didn't give us a refund and they gave us a policy That " once you taste the ice cream you cannot return it for anything no refund no other flavor. ". Long story short after being told to get out of the store by the supposed owner she began to tell me that she was going to call security and that I need to learn some manners. And did not want to exchange anything for me. They threw away the ice cream after taking it from my husbands hands and because they did that we asked To exchange the now trashed items into a different flavor and she instructed the other kid that was standing next to her to give us the exact same flavor that we want to order before. What sense does that make? After leaving the store I have never been so disrespected outright Upset or Yelled at by a store owner. Will never come back ever again will be reporting to cold stone corporate. read more

I used to be anti-Cold Stone, but I've changed my stance since moving nearby and getting it way too often due to my girlfriend's cravings. Yeah, that's it, I'll blame her for our weekly visits. We started going to this location about a year ago and the trend always seemed to be pissed off, teenage high school girls with neck tattoos behind the counter hatefully making your ice cream. It was especially nice when they felt the need to complain about their miserable lives to the customers. But ya know, I learned something from one of them one day. It sounds to me it was the owner or manager of this location that was the bane of these poor girls' existence. So ya know what, I'm on their side now. But that used to be the trend. Over the past few months there seems to be a happier group of girls working who don't have neck tattoos. They are more upbeat, positive, and don't complain. They make damn good Gotta Have It sized specialty ice cream bowls. Enjoy! read more

We've got these on the East Coast so I knew what to expect. My family sent me a gift card to here for my birthday (really??? you want me to die an early calorie induced death?) so one day after work I decided to indulge to get rid of some stress. I swear my face tingles from the sugar when you walk through the door of this chain. Everything is beyond rich. If you're getting a cone or something make sure not to get more than one scoop or you'll probably develop a case of diabetes. The ice cream cakes are pretty good but are expensive. I'll stick with fro-yo in the future for sure. read more

It's frustrating that I can't give my experience there tonight less than a star! Product quality: very disappointing. The slab must have been warm and the result was a soupy mess. Unbelievable that I just spent almost $7 on THIS! The Staff: wow, unacceptable. Just because the two young female employees are wanting to flirt with two boys who came in after myself and the other patron, doesn't mean we want to be put onto the back burner. The girl that waited on me was visibly put out by having to make mine. Soooo...unenthusiastically she plopped toppings on and then stirred like one time. Instead of even scraping the marble she left a good portion of the toppings and ice cream. What a rip!!! SOOOO cheated right now. Love this place, been a huge supporter (literally huge)...but don't believe I'll be returning. Selfish that this location, that these non-caring employees ruin such a great thing. I love Cold Stone. I was all for it when they first started. I mean you take ice cream and your favorite candy, and you mix it all together! Come on people! I think all of us created Cold Stone in our homes before the store came out. This is a great location near my home. It is a good thing and a bad thing. Good thing for it being close and bad thing for it being close, especially because the wifey loves ice cream. The staff is great and they also have delicious ice cream cakes. It may be a little pricey, but nothing beats ice cream in the summer...especially in Arizona. So give in, make your way to your local Cold Stone Creamery, and enjoy some candy in your ice cream! read more

I love their ice cream... Hello sweet cream, anything. My favorite, which I get all the time is cookie doughn't ya want some or something like that lol. The Cooke dough one! Ugh I die. Sooo good. But of course swap out the French vanilla and get yourself some sweet cream. Ahhhhhhh. Now that's better. Note: store can get very busy with a long wait, but the kiddos working have always been very friendly. And remember if they are short staffed or in the weeds let's not blame them, talk to management. The cake was INCREDIBLE OVERPRICED! Well over $230 and thats for the smallest size (6 inch). On pickup today, i was so unhappy. It looked like a shein/temu version of what i had hoped for. Cheap decorative toppings. The girl who was working suggested I put it in the front seat so it wont move around too much. Welp! It DID! The top smashed into the box and the top layer started sliding off the bottom layer! I was angry! Because how does this place charge a lot more than your average shop and not have secure & larger boxes to place the cakes in!!!!! Wal mart could have done a better job for 1/6 of the price!!!! The yellow is what i wanted. The pink is the shein/temu version. Will not be ordering here again not recommending!

There was a family emergency that made it so all plans had to be cancelled and it was already a difficult time due to the emergency. I wanted to get a nice cake from a local bakery to help make up for the cancelled plans, so it can still feel like a birthday. I had tried several other places, but was unsuccessful. I went in to the store (about 10 minutes after closing, which I had no idea until later), explained the situation to the very kind and empathetic worker, and she found a vanilla cake in the back that was exactly perfect. I appreciate that she went above and beyond to try and help, especially because it was after closing and the cake that was provided to me wasn't originally for sale. Thank you so much!

I called Baby Cakes Bakery looking to find someone who knew how to make fondant flowers. My Neice…read morewanted me to make some cake pops that looked like oranges for her daughter's 1st birthday. When I explained to Michelle (the owner) what I needed and showed her a picture of what I wanted to have made, she said she would do a little research and see if she would be able to make the orange blossom flowers to put on my cake pops. She got back to me with in an hour or so and had a plan for making them. She was even able to have them made for me within the timeline I needed. Michelle's communication with me was exceptional and I always felt like she sincerely wanted to help me and provide me with a beautiful product. And they were truly beautiful, delicate little flowers and leaves. They were just what I needed to make my little "cuties" cake pops look adorable. I was extremely happy working with Michelle and happy with the product she created for my project. I highly recommend you call Michelle for your next cake or baking project.
