I was desperately in need of a beverage and making my way to Walmart when I spotted Jamba and immediately thought, "Wait... I haven't had Jamba in over a decade." Nostalgia won. When I walked in, the employee was helping another customer, so I figured I'd try the kiosk. Somehow my drink was ready at the exact same time as the person who ordered before me, so points for efficiency. I got the White Gummi and I was honestly way more impressed than I expected to be. They absolutely nailed the flavor... it really does taste like a white gummy bear in drink form. It disappeared in a timeframe I'm not willing to publicly admit. Was it a sweet treat? Absolutely. Did I also convince myself I was being nourished because fruit was technically involved? Also absolutely. The missing star is because they ask for my name every time I pay for an order, yet never really use it since I'm usually only 1 of 2 people at any given time. It's unnecessary. Other than that, the smoothies taste great. I've only tasted the apple & green as well as the orange dream machine. Between the two, I favor the taste of the green one, but that one makes me gassier than the other. I have to order according to plans for the remainder of my day. If I'll be around people, orange it is. If I'm lounging around at home, toot toot to my green smoothie. The place is clean. Decent amount of parking. They also have an outdoor patio, which I always appreciate. It's also conveniently in a shopping center that include a few of my normal stops. read more

May 15th was a hot day and I decided to surprise my bro with a nice cold drink from jamba. I had jamba many times before and what I'm about to say is a common problem at the number of their locations: their crew are unable to always make smoothies the right way. In my case, the smoothie was too sweet, it did not have the right consistency, and I was not able to taste my power booster. Because I had the same drink before many times, I know exactly how it should taste when it's made the right way. So in my experience, it's being made the right way only about 1/3 of the time. For individuals who go to Jamba not too often or try new drinks, It's very difficult to realize if what they getting is made how it should be made or not. But when you know what the real deal taste like and you are getting something made which looks right but doesn't taste as it should - not the best experience. Will I go to Jamba again? Yes, but but probably will try a different location and see if they can make my smoothie the right way. Overall, Jamba is a good place to go and for about 8 bucks and change you can get a nice colorful cold smoothie. read more

Got an Acai Antioxidant and Mango Go Go here before and both were good. Drinks made well and quickly, plus the service is great the workers usually walk out from behind the counter to hand you your drink which feels a lot more personable. Prices are typical and they have changed their sizes to Small, Medium, Large so it's easier to order. This location is a good size and there's tons of parking. read more

Usually they are pleasant and kind to me, but today my flip flop broke on my way to them. I ordered 22$ worth of smoothies with my broken flip flop in one hand, obviously very sorry that I was missing a shoe but needing assistance. "You need to leave right now." I looked to the young ladies nametag and it just says "thank you god." I say "okay, I'll wait outside." Let my boyfriend wait inside while I wait outside. They proceed to not even make my smoothies. The one with that name tag just eyeballs me the whole time and gives me dirty glares. After 5 minutes pass my boyfriend goes "are you going to make our smoothies?" After being treated poorly by the Starbucks next door ( my cousins choice in drink not mine) I came into this location , it was clean , organized, plenty of seating areas, a lot of parking space. I am a regular at this particular location, it is always nice and quiet when I pick up, the staff is timely and friendly and I appreciate the ease of ordering through their app. I'm pleased to live so near a place that offers alternative options to milk, except one time I picked up one of my orders (made online) and it was accidentally made with milk rather than my substitute, luckily I can taste the difference and the staff apologized and fixed the issue right away. I love this place but i had a shot of wheat grass and was not as good as the locations in Campbell California. It was small too and the orange was frozen that was given with it. When I tried to bite it was all ice and hurt my tooth. Good thing I'm only visiting. All your locations should have the same products and be just as good!! I used to love this Jamba . The staff always made my drinks right . Today I went in with the same order and it was not good at all . The smoothies weren't blended well. The presentation was very messy . And at the time I was the ONLY one in the building ?? Still took them about 6 min to make my smoothies. There was 4 girls on the clock?.. I don't understand . Only to have to listen to two employees discuss how much of a hassle making fresh juice for customers is and that it's a waste of time especially since they didn't have a fresh juice order all day.
