The bowls are soooo cute and come in a coconut shell. Aesthetics are definitely top notch with the food here. Howeverrrr... the fruit in the Malibu bowl is frozen and my teeth got sensitive after while. The bananas and blueberries in the almond butter bowl are not frozen so I would get that one if I knew. We also asked for to-go and instead got the dine in option of the coconut shells. Not really too much of a bother but I tend to not finish my food lol so a bit annoying.
Goji Berry is an absolute must-stop for vegans, plant-based foodies, and honestly anyone who appreciates cute aesthetics and clean, delicious food. Everything is vegan, which makes this spot such a dream -- from the bakery treats and smoothies to the açaí bowls, coffees, and yes... even mac & cheese. The decor is adorable too, with such a bright, stylish, plant-filled vibe that makes hanging out here feel extra fun. I also love that they do seasonal specials and holiday-themed offerings, which keeps things feeling fresh and creative. And as if that wasn't enough, they're attached to Earth Plant Based Cuisine, which makes this whole setup even more of a gem for the vegan crowd. My only real complaint? They close way too early.
If you think 'vegan food is boring,' or you haven't gotten anything to hit for you lately, the baked mac and cheese should be your go-to! It's gluten free as well! My absolute new favorite comfort food, gooey enough to stretch a forkful into midair. My lunch buddy ordered the vegan pesto sandwich which was super bland and wouldn't recommend personally. The vegan Caesar Salad I definitely would get bigger rather than share or as a side, as it was delicious. Lemon dessert was super lemony and satisfying: Enjoyable texture and taste if that's what you're going for it's not subtle. The servers were polite but very busy with to-go orders so grab a seat. With the previous times I've went they noted certain items being gluten free so texture might be different. They have a variety of baked goodies I recommend trying. Every time I'm here I look forward to trying the different items on the menu. None of which has disappoint!
So I ran over (drove) when they had a new cookie butter latte, and since I can't have coffee I asked for it to me made with chai instead and of course they delivered!!!! Omg! It was so great!!! Idk what I was expecting but I love it! Definitely give it a try!

Pesto sandwich was delicious Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I also love how health conscious they are. All allergies and dietary preferences are listed and available on the menu. Vegan, gluten free, nut allergies etc. The patio space outdoors is also so nice to sit and enjoy the meal in. Inside was also very warm and esthetic with alot of plants.

The bread was very dry and crumbly and did not really hold up well to the filling. The taste of all the fillings were very mild except for the very strong red onions. I think if the bread was replaced and the wheat substitute for the chicken was subbed with something else like tofu or tempeh it would've been better. It all was just too bready. My coworker had the same issue with a different sandwich she got. I would probably come again for the drink, but I'll pass on the sandwhich next time.
If you are vegan, this is a great spot to go. It not only has a good amount of seating but also is connected to another food spot with more seating. I ordered a chai and they make their own mix which is great. It was so yummy and one of the better chais I've had. I also ordered the almond butter acai bowl. There was a lot of fruit on it and it all tasted so fresh. Overall a great food experience. The girl working the register was also very friendly and patient with our ordering as we didn't realize the menu had a backside with food options!

Goji Berry has been on my list for a while - they had really nice pastries that caught my eye. I finally got the chance to check them out, and to my surprise, they're located in a plaza with plenty of parking. When I entered, the first thing I noticed was how cute it was. Goji Berry is a vegan cafe and it's connected to Earth, which is a plant based Mexican restaurant. While the pastries at Goji Berry looked soo enticing, they were HUGE and I wasn't ready for that kind of commitment since I had just eaten. They were also works of art, from the danish, to the cakes, etc. I ended up getting the banana latte with oat milk. The great thing about vegan cafes is that they don't upcharge for non-dairy milks! It came beautifully layered and was topped with dried banana pieces. It was soo delicious and an indulgent treat. Great vibes all around and the workers were friendly. A very beautiful little eatery that's plant-based, but should appeal to more than just the vegans out there. It is really pretty inside, with ample sitting both indoors and outdoors. Plenty of parking outside, too. I docked a star because I was expecting friendly service and the staff I interacted with was rather cold and did not ever crack a smile when taking my order, or when coming by to remind me and my friend that the place was closing in a few minutes (it closes at 6 PM). Maybe that person was having a bad day, and maybe other staff would have been friendlier, so I don't want to be too harsh. I had a strawberry lemonade as they said they did not have decaf options for the coffee / tea drinks, my friend had a banana cream matcha drink. Both were yummy. Our treats were gorgeous, I just wish the lemon flavor had been more pronounced. We went for 602 Day, when their special was a treat and a drink for $6.02. My friend and I both work but came right after work, we were there before 5 pm and were told they had run out of the special, which was disappointing but not a deal-breaker. read more

This place is very vibrant and they have a good selection of coffee. I had a cold brew and the CUBANO with chips. The bread (focaccia) was really good and the seitan was really tasty (great combo). Next time I will try some of the sweet treats! read more

Love this location and all it had to offer. There were plenty of places to sit, even had a little bar area you could choose to sit at and an outdoor area too. My friend and I were greeted by many sweet pastry options, unique lattes and savory sandwiches. Other options included acai bowls. Aside from the yummy banana crème latte and strawberry white chocolate chip cookie, I had the pesto chicken sandwich later that day for lunch. The cookie was delightful, unique and perfect paired with my flavorful latte. My friend got the iced strawberry matcha and chocolate chip cookie. We split our cookies in half and shared a piece each so we could try even more of what this location had to offer! One note, I'd love to see a breakfast sandwich (or burrito!) added to the menu in the future. Who doesn't love a good savory option in the morning after so much sweetness? This is one of my go to vegan spots in Phoenix!! My friends and I always come here to fulfill our cravings. They offer a variety of pastries, entrees, and drink options. I love how they're always offering something new to their menu. Some of my recent favorites have been the Dubai latte and the mango sticky rice matcha. I also really enjoy their croissants and club sandwiches. They're connected to earth, which is right next door. Sometimes I like to order an item or two from each place so I can have all of my favorites! The employees there are all so sweet, and really contribute to the positive vibes here! read more
I hadn't been to Goji in a while & since I was next door at Earth why the hell not? It was still pretty early & they had a display full of yummy pastries. They had lemon bars, pop tarts, brownies, lemon poppyseed muffins, lavender cookies & lots of other stuff. I decided on the lemon poppyseed muffin, a lavender cookie & a brown sugar latte with oat milk. This place has great panini's I've tried them all & there's still things on the menu I need to try. We had a great time visiting Goji Berry and enjoying the food. The service was so kind and welcoming, very quick with food too. The space was bright and well kept, sharing space with another restaurant using wide doors to separate the spaces. Inside and outside seating is available with plenty of options. how did i not know about this place!!? goji berry is the cutest little cafe located right next to earth plant based! i had just finished lunch and ended up wandering over there.. but the menu was so interesting that we HAD to order matchas! especially because i haven't seen the banana cream matcha able to be veganized anywhere. unfortunately i was too full for pastries, but i tried the banana cream matcha and the strawberry matcha that my aunt ordered! both matchas were incredible! i could have used a slightly stronger matcha flavor, but the banana cream fit perfectly and the drink was so good i had to resist from chugging it right there. definitely recommend stopping by! if i lived in phoenix i'd be here all the time. read more

This place is a yummy and quick brekkie, brunch, or anytime spot for vegan and gluten-free pastries, desserts, and cookies and açaí bowls, smoothies, salads, and sandwiches. The ambiance is simple, clean, and cute design. Goji Berry is tucked behind Earth Plant-Based Cuisine. The people working here on Saturday around 12 noon when we stopped in were super-nice and service was fast and efficient. You order at the counter and then grab a seat and they deliver your food. We ordered: Caesar salad (Organic romaine hearts, toasted garbanzo beans, house made dressing, nutritional yeast, red onion, & house made croutons.) I chose the option to add baked organic tofu for extra protein. This salad was fresh and flavorful. I appreciated that it's organic. The house made croutons were crunchy and delicious. I usually leave behind like half of the croutons on a typical salad, but I ate every bite of these croutons because they were extra tasty! Almond Butter Bowl (Organic fair trade acai topped with banana, blue berries, alomond butter, cacao nibs, granola, & agave). Yummy and crunchy, and it came in a coconut bowl. I appreciate that they use organic fair trade açaí. Strawberry smoothie (Bananas, strawberries, & coconut milk). Fresh Chick sandwich (House made hummus, avocado, cucumbers, onions, romaine lettuce, & tomato on locally made bread. With a side of home made potato chips or salad.) NOTE: This sandwich doesn't come with tofu or vegan chick'n on it. My husband asked to add baked organic tofu to it for this reason. You may want to as well! Pink heart strawberry shortcake vegan cookie from the pastry case. We shared it and both had 2 bites. And now I'm wishing I picked up more for home and/or tried some of their other baked goods . I absolutely love this place, we must protect it at all costs. The vibes? Immaculate! A gorgeous place, carefully decorated. You can take cute pictures here. The pastry case is perfect. The staff? So kind and friendly. Helpful and honest with their suggestions. The food? 1000/10 They have something for everyone. Vegan, gluten free, etc. it was delicious! The ice cream was so good. We got a few pastries and coffee/ matcha. Please, support small. I will never understand why this business was slow. They deserve so many customers. I live over an hour away and made a trip there. Seriously why are we supporting big corporations, like Starbucks, when we have these hidden gems?! read more

Found this gem while driving though Phoenix on my way back to LA! I wanted something healthy that I wasn't far from the 10 & Goji Berry popped up on my Google search. My husband and I shared the Malibu açaí bowl (add almond butter & cacao nibs) and the "turkey" club with a Caesar salad on our drive - all amazing! In addition to the wonderfully delicious food, the staff was just as delightful! When picking up my order, I brought my dog's water dish inside to ask for a bit of ice to cool my pup down. The woman working in the counter looked out the window and said "oh that's a big dog, let's get him a lot of ice water" and proceeded to fill the dish with a ton of ice and cold water. I will 100% be back on my next trip through Phoenix and cannot wait to try everything on the menu! read more

This place has been on my bookmark list forever. Decided to check this one off the list and drive from the east valley. Upon pulling in, it's in a plaza, and the shop isn't marked with great signage, but look for the patio seating outside. Also, with the long drive, the restrooms are locked, and you'll need to ask for the key. It's either side of the Mexican food restaurant or their bakery that will have the key. If not, the employee said you can wait outside for the key to come out from another person. Seems like they need to have a key for both sides and not share it between the two concepts. I ordered the dirty matcha and the strawberry lemonade. Both were pretty good and not too overpowered with sweetness. Pairing the drinks with desserts, the pop tart is more like a struddle with light layers of puff pasty. It's definitely worth getting this one again! The Concha was really good, too, and honestly, it was my first time trying one since I've had my dairy allergy 20+ years ago. Very light and bread-like with not too sweet icing. The chocolate sea salt cookie was okay, not my favorite. Thicker and denser but had a good hit of salt with each bite. It's worth a shot. Give them a try! read more

This review is long overdue. I've been coming to Goji Berry and their neighbor Earth for the last several years. I believe they are both my favorite, vegan establishments in Phoenix. Goji berry continuously updates and improves the menus, which I absolutely love. They keep it fresh and fun all the time! The first time there, they had a small small little display case with a few pastries and a few select ice creams. Now they offer mini cakes, empanadas, donuts and pop tarts among their originals, like brownies, cookies, and loaves. They also have fun drinks and waffle cones for their rotating exotic ice cream flavors, all vegan. Notable shoutouts go to: the non-gluten free donuts & empanadas, yummmmmmm! My friend and I came here for lunch one Saturday afternoon. Located in a cute plaza with lots of parking and decorated with papel picados. It shares the same space as Earth and you can access both spots since the middle is open. We decided to get panini sandwiches from Goji; I chose the Cubano ham and my friend ordered the pesto chicken. Their drinks looked great after a workout and I got their lavender limeade. It was refreshing and delicious; it tasted like how my lavender roll on smells, but in a good way. It was pretty too. The paninis were plentiful and came with a side salad or chips (we both got salads). The Cubano had a tangy taste to it, while the pesto was classically done. I'm glad I tried both and my preference went to the Cubano that day. My friend got the last pistachio loaf and I tried some of it. I'm not a fan of pistachio and almond desserts, they share a similar flavor profile that I do not enjoy. But my friend liked it. I loved this spot! We caught the tail end of lunch so it was fairly busy for a while but it was such a cute place and the staff were so friendly and had good energy. I'd love to come back. read more

the atmosphere was super chill and welcoming, i spent hours studying and getting homework done !! the service here was also very good !! Both times i went i asked the cashier for their recommendation and they did not disappoint when it came to the drinks !! i would highly recommend both drinks !! the doughnut was a little disappointing, the entire doughnut was a bit hard to bite, the cake was good but for my taste it was a bit mushy, it sort of felt like i was biting into play dough. read more
I had a delicious Almond butter Açaí bowl, topped with almond butter, hemp, gluten free granola, blueberries and banana plus an edible orchid flower. I skipped the cocoa nibs that normally come with this bowl. The açaí was thick and creamy and overall pretty filling. They have some awesome looking pastries, though only rice crispy bars were left for the gluten free option so I couldn't partake of any sweets. Such a wonderful establishment within the Grand Ave. community. Goji Berry is such a vibey, refreshing, and fresh addition to the Phoenix vegan scene. The space itself is very airy, decorated with plants and boho lighting that creates an inviting atmosphere for community gathering and connection. Counter service is easy with a nice selection of craft drinks, mocktails, pastries, ice creams, sandwiches, and more. Everything is 100% plant based and many things can be made gluten free. We ordered the Malibu Bowl and the pesto sandwich. The Malibu bowl came in a cute coconut bowl, beautifully created with flower to top it. It was enjoyable, but truthfully, I would have prefeerred that all of the fruit would be fresh cut vs frozen. The pesto sandwich was delicious, the bread was fresh and fluffy, and while filling, not heavy. Didn't get to try the pastries this time, but did get a iced latte, which hit the spot. Would love to come back and try some things in their pastry box and the mac n cheese! Recommend if you're looking for a fresh vegan offering! read more
I had the pleasure of visiting Goji Berry for the first time a few weeks ago! I was slightly deceived by the parking, so i ended up on the free street parking, but they have an ample parking lot that is accessible from both Roosevelt and Grand! It is hidden on the backside of main Roosevelt businesses, but still accessible and just something to be aware of! It's a great location with a lot of wonderful local businesses. In addition, to all the adorable businesses in the area, Goji berry is no exception! The sister concept to Earth and right next door, it has an airy, boho vibe that I absolutely love! The moment I walked it, I was greeted by the lovely barista! It was her first day at Goji Berry, as she usually works at Earth, but she was so patient and helped with all my questions! The menu boasts coffee beverages, smoothies, acai bowls, breakfast and lunch menu items, mocktails as well as pastries, really something for everybody and any time of the day! I had already had breakfast, so opted for a quick caffeine pick me up this fine morning. This was my first visit and it was hard to decide from all the options! I opted for an iced lavender latte - they make their syrup in house, which I love! The beverage came out garnished with a beautiful edible flower, very photographic! It was creamy and delicious and I would definitely get it again. As I was contemplating all my decisions and was thinking a smoothie originally, the lovely barista gave me a small sample from a leftover smoothie for another guest. I thought it was very thoughtful and appreciated the sampling! I look forward to visiting again and hopefully grabbing a quick bite or order one of their beautiful acai bowls! Great vegan place! Salads, paninis, Mac and cheese, and the list goes on with delicious food choices. Friendly service. All non-alcoholic beverage options. Somehow their Mac and cheese and Caesar salad are the perfect pairing that I lay awake at night yearning for. I can't get it out of my mind! Can't wait to go back and get more! 3.5 rounded up to 4 stars. I've been craving Mac and cheese..which is difficult for me because I am gluten and dairy free. When a friend suggested here for dinner I jumped at the chance because there is gluten free/vegan Mac and cheese. It satisfied the craving, but was a little on the dry and bland tasting side. It definitely did not reheat well the next day, which can be tricky when using rice pasta so not entirely the restaurants fault. The menu is limited so if you are gluten free there are maybe 2-3 options for you. There is a lovely bakery case full of plant based items, however I was disappointed to find out that only one option was gluten free. Usually other vegan restaurants I've visited also have tons of gluten free options. Definitely something they can improve on here. The service is friendly and there is plenty of parking in the lot right outside. The food came out pretty quickly as well. read more

Tried the acai bowl. Delicious but you have to mix it to get all the flavors. The mango and dragonfuit come frozen and was surprised to see some of the mango wasn't ripe. In all it was very tasty and I would get it again. The strawberry matcha was fantastic and not loaded with a bunch of syrup. I just wish there wasn't so much ice. Service is great. Both girls were sweet, patient, and helpful. The place is super cute but there is only outdoor seating. Something to consider as the temperature is starting to climb. I plan to go back to try the Mac and cheese and a few other drinks. read more
