I haven't had a bad experience at Goji berry and I have been coming by for a while. I honestly love all their smoothies, they are thick and rich in flavor. Their Acai bowls are always a hit to me. They have various options for costumers to pick from. I sometimes try their dessert which is really good as well. It's nice ordering from a shop without having to tell the staff no dairy! I'll definitely be back. Thank you!
Pesto sandwich was delicious Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I also love how health conscious they are. All allergies and dietary preferences are listed and available on the menu. Vegan, gluten free, nut allergies etc. The patio space outdoors is also so nice to sit and enjoy the meal in. Inside was also very warm and esthetic with alot of plants.
Came for lunch the other day and got the pesto sandwich and a banana milk matcha. The interior is really cute and the service was fast as well. The drink was great! The matcha and banana flavor was strong but well balanced, while also being super creamy despite being vegan, I was very satisfied. On the other hand, The sandwich was disappointing. The bread was very dry and crumbly and did not really hold up well to the filling. The taste of all the fillings were very mild except for the very strong red onions. I think if the bread was replaced and the wheat substitute for the chicken was subbed with something else like tofu or tempeh it would've been better. It all was just too bready. My coworker had the same issue with a different sandwich she got. I would probably come again for the drink, but I'll pass on the sandwhich next time.
If you are vegan, this is a great spot to go. It not only has a good amount of seating but also is connected to another food spot with more seating. I ordered a chai and they make their own mix which is great. It was so yummy and one of the better chais I've had. I also ordered the almond butter acai bowl. There was a lot of fruit on it and it all tasted so fresh. Overall a great food experience. The girl working the register was also very friendly and patient with our ordering as we didn't realize the menu had a backside with food options!
Love this location and all it had to offer. There were plenty of places to sit, even had a little bar area you could choose to sit at and an outdoor area too. My friend and I were greeted by many sweet pastry options, unique lattes and savory sandwiches. Other options included acai bowls. Aside from the yummy banana crème latte and strawberry white chocolate chip cookie, I had the pesto chicken sandwich later that day for lunch. The cookie was delightful, unique and perfect paired with my flavorful latte. My friend got the iced strawberry matcha and chocolate chip cookie. We split our cookies in half and shared a piece each so we could try even more of what this location had to offer! One note, I'd love to see a breakfast sandwich (or burrito!) added to the menu in the future. Who doesn't love a good savory option in the morning after so much sweetness? Either way, can't wait to come back here next time I'm in town. Staff was friendly, location clean and inviting. Bring your sweet tooth!
This is one of my go to vegan spots in Phoenix!! My friends and I always come here to fulfill our cravings. They offer a variety of pastries, entrees, and drink options. I love how they're always offering something new to their menu. Some of my recent favorites have been the Dubai latte and the mango sticky rice matcha. I also really enjoy their croissants and club sandwiches. They're connected to earth, which is right next door. Sometimes I like to order an item or two from each place so I can have all of my favorites! The employees there are all so sweet, and really contribute to the positive vibes here!
I hadn't been to Goji in a while & since I was next door at Earth why the hell not? It was still pretty early & they had a display full of yummy pastries. They had lemon bars, pop tarts, brownies, lemon poppyseed muffins, lavender cookies & lots of other stuff. I decided on the lemon poppyseed muffin, a lavender cookie & a brown sugar latte with oat milk. This place has great panini's I've tried them all & there's still things on the menu I need to try. I will be back.
how did i not know about this place!!? goji berry is the cutest little cafe located right next to earth plant based! i had just finished lunch and ended up wandering over there.. but the menu was so interesting that we HAD to order matchas! especially because i haven't seen the banana cream matcha able to be veganized anywhere. unfortunately i was too full for pastries, but i tried the banana cream matcha and the strawberry matcha that my aunt ordered! both matchas were incredible! i could have used a slightly stronger matcha flavor, but the banana cream fit perfectly and the drink was so good i had to resist from chugging it right there. definitely recommend stopping by! if i lived in phoenix i'd be here all the time.
We had a great time visiting Goji Berry and enjoying the food. The service was so kind and welcoming, very quick with food too. The space was bright and well kept, sharing space with another restaurant using wide doors to separate the spaces. Inside and outside seating is available with plenty of options. Thanks for having us!
Found this gem while driving though Phoenix on my way back to LA! I wanted something healthy that I wasn't far from the 10 & Goji Berry popped up on my Google search. My husband and I shared the Malibu açaí bowl (add almond butter & cacao nibs) and the "turkey" club with a Caesar salad on our drive - all amazing! In addition to the wonderfully delicious food, the staff was just as delightful! When picking up my order, I brought my dog's water dish inside to ask for a bit of ice to cool my pup down. The woman working in the counter looked out the window and said "oh that's a big dog, let's get him a lot of ice water" and proceeded to fill the dish with a ton of ice and cold water. I will 100% be back on my next trip through Phoenix and cannot wait to try everything on the menu!
Excellent cafe with a variety of coffee and tea options! Dairy free options available for no additional cost. I enjoyed a London Fog and Lavender Matcha with oat milk. I also had an almond butter açaí bowl for lunch which was great! So many toppings included I didn't need to pay for any extras. WiFi was also available to get some work done there. They're next door to a cool vegan Mexican restaurant that I'd love to try next time I'm in town. I'll absolutely be returning! read more
Overall pleasantly surprised how good this place was, but I was not blown away. The good: Bakery items were very fresh and had the best coconut matcha latte of my life! The okay: The pesto sandwich and Cubano were subpar, but I guess decent for vegan. Staff were friendly and helped with selection of menu items. The vibe of the entire place was really cool and the shopping center it was located at was very unique. May be back if in the area or craving matcha lattes. read more

My visit to Goji Berry was an interesting one and I may be back for more. The restaurant is a little difficult to find if you don't know what you're looking for. It's in a small strip mall, though the entrance is NOT street side. After you find a parking spot in the adjacent lot, you'll need to walk across a small courtyard. I wish the signage were better. The service was a bit slow. After placing my order, it was about 30 minutes before the food arrived. The employees were working as quickly as could be expected during a busy time, so I can't fault them. It's a good thing I wasn't in a hurry. I ordered the Cubano Panini. It included Seitan ham which I'm not accustomed to. The ham wasn't my favorite, but I guess it's an acquired taste. The bread was hearty and the Gouda was fantastic. It also came with a side salad. While diminutive in size, it was amazing! For years, I've said a dressing can make or break a salad. Of all the restaurants I've visited in Phoenix, this dressing definitely ranks in the top two! Lastly, the waistline said "No", but the eyes said "Yes" to the Lemon Bar for desert. Light and flavorful, it was worth the extra calories. Plus, the raspberry garnish was a nice touch. I don't normally eat (exclusively) plant- based, but my meal was quite nice. I'll need to bring family and friends who do, next time. read more

We walked in and waited for a bit to place our order. But we were able to view the menu and look at their sweets. Sad to see the gluten free items were sold out but that didn't stop us from ordering. My husband had an almond butter açaí bowl and London Fog. He commented it was the best London fog he ever experienced. I had the turkey bacon sandwich on gluten free bread with a side salad. I am not a big tofu person but the sandwich wasn't half bad. The blueberry tart was very flaky but overall was good. Definitely will stop by again. read more

I've been in a weekly-weekend new vegan treat (for my vegan sister) and i I am so glad i went to Goji Berry! Although there are not that many good vegan places in Phoenix (yeah, i said it), this is by far the best (in terms of baked goods)! I ordered the raspberry poptart, gluten free blondie, vanilla custard donut, and pistachio loaf. My sister really enjoyed the vanilla custard donut 10/10. Gluten free blondie 10/10. Pistachio loaf 9/10. Raspberry poptart 8.5/10 I really was curious about the tiramisu and red velvet cake but saw that that spot was empty - I turned to the left and saw they just baked fresh new batches!) Will have to come back to try these two and their icecream! read more
Yay! What a wonderful space to eat, get some work done, or just chill with friends! And it's all vegan! :) This is a cute spot located next to earth phx in a plaza with a bunch of small shops + restaurants along Grand Avenue. The interior is a little small but it's cozy with several tables + chairs + couch! I ordered the Caesar salad and dolce latte, both of which came out super fast. The Caesar salad had great flavor and each bite was delightful! The dolce latte (made with condensed milk) was creamy, rich, and packed the caffeine punch I was looking for. They also have wifi for customers + the space is decently quiet, which is nice for working/studying! I love this place! I can't wait to come back and try their other offerings (I'm looking at you, strawberry matcha and midnight matcha). read more

I'm currently posted up at Goji Berry Cafe. I've been here just just about three hours and am VIBING with the space. Plenty of natural daylight pouring in through the front windows, a chic+modern space with plenty of plants, and a fantastic playlist. This is a fantastic spot to work remotely in, journal, bop your head to some good-feeling tunes (that are at a great decibel level), and enjoy some really delicious beverages and food! I had myself the coconut matcha and the pesto panini and both were SPECTACULAR! I imagine most, if not all of the other listings on the menu will be just as tasty. Highly recommend this spot for any and all to visit. Vegan/vegetarian folx will love the options here! Just a note for out-of-towners: the cafe is located across from the parking lot next to grand, that is just around the corner of El Charro cafe. read more
This is the second time I've been to goji berry, but the first time I went was for a Yelp event! Today was their Oatly event where they had free oat milk drinks and little pastries! I tried a poptart and got a brown sugar iced coffee. They had everything ready super fast and everything was incredibly delicious! Love how cute it is in here too, all the treats looked amazing. Will definitely need to stop in for an awesome plant based meal next time I come here! read more

goji berry is by far my favorite vegan restaurant in arizona! they nail it when it comes to flavor, freshness, and presentation. not only are they my favorite vegan restaurant, but they're also my favorite place to get matcha- a 2 in 1 combo :) all of their dishes and desserts are made in-house from scratch, and their ingredients are also sourced daily. the atmosphere is fun and relaxing, and the service is warm and welcoming. many people even come here to study! overall a 10/10 place to grab a bite read more

Every single time I come here, I am met with great service and some of my favorite sweet treats. As someone with celiac and who has been vegan for 9 years, it is nearly impossible to find sweet treats that actually taste great. I also really appreciate that they do not insanely up charge for gluten free products like other cafes normally do. I live 40 minutes away from here and I will continue to make the drive!! read more

Hidden gem I found,after playing tennis. This cute cafe is connected to another restaurant & let me tell you WHAT!! Whatever BBq dishes they were making smelled soooo good! I saw a few plates coming out for other guests ... YUmmmmm. I wanted a light treat, so I had the acai on a sugar cone topped with berries & sliced strawberries. The price is the same as if I ordered the acai bowl. Employees were ALL in a good mood. Friendly and pleasant. There is a bathroom.. you'll need a key to get in (tip!) This place is also near the cutest Mexican coffee shop I've seen in the valley in a long time (they were closing at about 3 or 4pm(Sunday) so go early. You can sit outside or indoors. I am allergic to dairy so I was SO excited to find a place that sold dairy-free donuts. I got a strawberry dairy free, gluten free donut and was amazed at how great it was. If it wasn't so far from me, I would go everyday, but I will have to settle with every once in a while. This is the perfect place for those with dairy allergies that want donuts! read more

Their toast is SO yummy!!!!! Mom and i loved our brunch here. Cozy cute spot with friendly staff and high quality food. Both the lox toast and avocado toast were seasoned impeccably with high quality ingredients and soft fresh bread. I love this place! It's a vegan's dream. This restaurant is right next door to another vegan restaurant called Earth. I'm assuming it's the same owners as the two restaurants connect in the middle, the menus are completely different concepts though. Gogi Berry is definitely more of a cafe with salads, sandwiches, lattes, and baked goods. I've been here many times since it opened and have been so happy with my food every time. I will say their chai tea lattes need work. Everything else is delicious and staff is friendly. read more

Pretty café! The music is relaxing and subtle for focused work. I had the tomato soup and vegan salmon toast; I was pleasantly surprised by the taste quality, I'm Latina so I have a high standard of how flavorful food should taste like and I was very satisfied! Sat here with my bestie, toddler, and baby while eating food from Earth next door. They were nonjudgmental towards my toddler who is a handful and the strawberry ice cream with white chocolate was AMAZING! I couldn't tell it was vegan. Ambiance was cute, food was great, and even made friends with a guest and her kids. That's what community is about, accepting all parts of us! I hope the plaza can be restored to its old glory with art and activity. Grand goes through times of revival and decay and it seems to be decaying again post-COVID. This is near the decorated trees though, so a slice of joy in an area that is overall struggling. read more

Visiting from Denver and this place did not disappoint! Just drive into the parking lot and it's about 3-4 doors from the right of the restaurant (first store you'll see). I got the berries açaí bowl and it did not disappoint! Fresh fruits was definitely there. I was impressed by the blueberries! Usually you can tell if it's been sitting around looking sad all day but not in this case. Strawberries , bananas, blueberries, goji berries with a heap teaspoon of some other seeds with honey drizzle over not sweet not sour but just right acai! Will definitely come back. Our ?barista? Was really nice as well. Cute couches to sit on to have a nice chat with your girlfriends! read more

I visited Gogi berry wanting to try all the vegan places I could while on a self care trip. The atmosphere was nice, and the girls behind the counter were meek and kind. The food though... wasn't to my liking. I ordered the pesto sandwich. The bread was a bit overwhelming so I had to open it and eat the middle so I could taste the flavors. I also had the dragonfruit drink which was okay. The potato chips were delicious though! It was pretty pricey (like $20) and for what I got I probably wouldn't come back. read more

This place is the best in town, they know how to put that flavor on the food! I love all the pastries, Mac and cheese, strawberry matcha, Cuban sandwich, tomatoes soup, and açaí bowl are all great staples.
