Great service and amazing coffee. Barista recommended my drink and it was delicious. Super cool place as well.
I've been wanting to try Xolo Coffee for months now and finally made the trek this weekend!!! There is a small parking lot out front shared with other businesses, including the tattoo/piercing shop next door "In The Streets Tattoo" nowned by the same folks as Xolo Coffee! I was specifically interested in their piercings (Side note, I asked if Xolo Tacos is also owned by them, but it isn't). I visited for the first time on a Sunday afternoon, just missing the late morning rush, so I had ample options to choose from regarding seating (there's couches, tables, stools)! As a first-timer who loves specialty coffees, I inquired about which drink might be the sweetest and best suited to my tastes, and through shared decision-making, we decided on the Azucar Morena! It's comprised of brown sugar and molasses, which satisfied my taste buds and coffee fix. There wasn't a wifi password sign anywhere, but upon inquiry, I received it and proceeded to chill for an hour or so before closing. I loved that they kept the door open to let in more natural lighting and fresh outside air on that serene Sunday afternoon. Overall highly recommend this coffee shop for delicious, unique specialty coffees. I can't wait to return to try more, including the pistachio espesso and cafe de olla! Or I might even stick to my azucar morena that I loved so much
Tried this place out for the first time this morning; It is such a cool vibe! We were immediately welcomed and assisted by Malice, who did a fantastic job at walking us through the best-sellers and his personal favorites. The coffee was naturally flavored, brewed to excellence, and wonderfully presented. The inside is decorated with a ton of local artwork, and does a great job of including the community, which is why this place is more-than-deserving of these 5 stars. Keep it up!
Make sure you come and support this local family owned Latino business. Two brothers that own the tattoo shop and coffee shop. Malis is so sweet and made me a special iced coffee. I also good the blueberry muffin and it's fire. Super cute spot with lots of car and historical art. There is street parking and parking in the lot. Cant wait to come back and get some work done
If you are looking for a great coffee shop in Phoenix, Xolo Coffee is among the best options in the area. When I arrived there shortly before they opened, I waited patiently for them to open. The owner did not unlock the entrance until a few minutes after its listed opening time, but it was no big deal. He apologized for opening up late and explained what had happened, which I appreciated. Upon entering the shop, the first thing I noticed was the atmosphere. It features a nice, low-key interior, perfect for relaxing while enjoying your coffee. I ordered a simple cold brew, straight up black. It had a perfectly bold flavor. Based on what I saw on the menu, I will have to try their other items next time I stop by. The owner was friendly. Before I ordered the cold brew, he suggested some coffee drinks based on my preferences; next time, I will have to keep those suggestions in mind. Since I was the only one in the shop, I had a pleasant conversation with the owner. He mentioned that not only does he enjoy serving a nice cup of coffee, but he is also a tattoo artist and pointed out the tattoo shop next door. While I enjoyed my coffee, I appreciated how it made me feel right at home the entire time. Next time I am in the area, I will stop by and try some of the other coffee drinks on the menu. Highly recommended to anyone who enjoys a good cup of coffee.
This spot was so unique, loved the theme it has going and service was great. I got the salted maple (I think) and it was perfect. The coffee was smooth and not bitter, sweetness was perfect as well. I will definitely have to come again, their treats looked homemade and delicious! 10/10 recommend.
XOLO Coffee is Amazing. My coffee was perfect and made with the highest of detail. The Homies the own and run XOLO are professional and welcoming. The cafe itself is CLEAN! and professional on every level. They had the "Visions in Paint" art on display the day that I went. Best cafe in Phoenix. To the owners of XOLO. Thank you.
I work at the chiropractor down the street from them... I walked in with no clue what to expect. Caramel Latte! fell in love with immediately. This will be my new coffee spot from now on! yummy sweeets to try as well! 10/10
Have been here 3x in the last two weeks, and every visit has been stellar! The shop is tucked away in a small strip mall, and you may not know it's a coffee shop at first. However, if you see the Xolo sign, pull into the parking lot and head in. There is plenty of parking. The folks slinging the coffee drinks appear to be the owner because they've been there every time I have visited. They're kind, warm, and welcoming. Even when they're busy, they make sure to acknowledge folks as they walk in. This might seem like a small thing, but it reminds me of being at the bar and the bartender acknowledging that they'll get your order next. I've had three different versions of their matcha latte, and they've all been delicious. They are happy to recommend items from the menu, and they ask clarifying questions to make sure you get what you want. Haven't had a chance to try their giant chocolate chip cookies yet, but it's on my list. Decor is fun, music is great (and not too loud), plenty of bright lighting, and feels like you're in a friend's *REALLY* nice garage.
I tried something new , an iced café de olla and wow, it did not disappoint. I've always had it hot, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was absolutely delicious. The flavors still came through beautifully, just way more refreshing. Definitely getting it this way again! The barista was super nice too! Ambiance was cool and relaxed.
Easily will be one of my go to's. Drinks are not super sweet and I can actually taste the espresso. We tried the Mexican cold brew and the brown sugar latte. Both were delicious. I highly recommend the cold brew, one of the best I've had. I'm so happy to have tried this spot. It's hard to find good coffee in Arizona since a lot of places seem to make drinks that have a light espresso roast or is 90% milk. This place is not that so def give it a try!
Enjoyed the ice cold coffee, it beats Burger King down the street from here. Although, it was pricey!. Will definitely return for some pastry . I didn't get a chance to check it out patiently for I was in a RUSH.!!!!.
Got a brown sugar oat milk iced matcha from Xolo, and it was truly one of the best I've had! Just sweet enough without being too sweet and strong enough matcha, which is hard to find. The owner was so sweet and has really created such a beautiful space. I know if I lived in Phoenix, I'd be here often!!

This coffee shop is a must-try if you are in the area! I walked here and it was well worth the visit, the coffee, decorations, and employees are so nice! They have an ofrenda to commemorate family members, and it is something I have never seen in a shop. The pricing in my opinion was well priced for the quality of the drink I received, I think next time I will try the food and bring a book to read since the weather has been so pretty recently. I will definitely be coming back to this location. read more
I got an iced cafe de olla, it has piloncillo so it was a bit sweet. The banana bread had good flavor but was dry. The guy that helped me was super friendly and I found out that they also own the tattoo shop next door which I thought was pretty darn cool :) read more

So glad I finally stopped in! This spot is awesome. It has the right vibe. There are so many coffee options, and quite a few pastries too! The drinks are Mexican and Latin influenced. I got the Mexica Cold Brew. It's delicious! It doesn't really even need milk. It has a mix of brown sugar, cinnamon, and other spices. The barista was super nice. I'll be back for sure! read more

First time trying out Xolo coffee and we definitely plan to come back. The barista was really nice and made you feel welcomed. He told us a little about the shop and introduced some flavors to us. Love that this is right next to the tattoo shop and the barista is a tattoo artist himself. It added something a little different to this coffee spot, especially if you appreciate the art of tattoos. Opted for a seasonal drink, believe it was orange blossom. Absolutely delicious, on the sweeter side but the flavor was worth it. Love citrus and this was a perfect mix. Looking forward to our next visit! read more

Great café de olla cold brew and very tasty aguas frescas available. The art on the walls is sublime. They have some incredible photographs for sale and it's very cool with an altar and even some merch shelf's available. The barista was super friendly and approachable. The location has a small stage, maybe for small performances and some tables and chairs for seating. I would definitely come back for the cafe de olla, it was delicious. They also offer some pastries and teas as well. read more

Such a badass concept! The owner also tattoos in the suit next door when he's not whipping up some coffee. The pistachio syrup is made 100% from scratch in house! The one downfall is that they only serve size 16oz, wish they had 20oz of the yummy liquid lol I love the aesthetics of Mexican culture decorated through out the cafe. Just found a new favorite coffee shop for pistachio espresso! You can believe I will be back again! read more

Service: it was amazing! Very welcoming and every employee went out of their way to say hi and act like you were at home Drinks: I ordered the Vinter (coco and pecan) latte and it was heavenly! I liked it because it had pieces of coconut and pecans at the bottom. The cafe de olla was also so tasty! Food: ordered the apple empanada and it was so tasty, the pastries are made fresh Ambiance: super cute shop with comfortable nooks for conversation or just to chill read more

Where has Xolo been all my life?! Haven't had a single drink here I didn't like. My go to is the pistachio espresso, but I also love the Vinter or the xocomazapan! The service is always quick & friendly! This coffee shop is spacious and perfect for getting work done. Not to mention they play great music too, always a plus. read more
Made a quick stop into Xolo and was not disappointed! The spot was not busy and the owner I believe was there to answer any questions I had. I got a caramel oat milk latte and he makes it and you pay after to ensure you're satisfied with your drink which is great customer service especially being a small business. I usually play it safe my first time at a new spot then branch out if I enjoy their brew. I'll definitely be stopping in to try their other flavors offered!! read more

Ok, I have to start by saying Xolo has been on my list for conchas but we also decided to try the coffee. Malice (hope I spelled that right), was incredibly kind and open. We learned more about the shop and that he owns the tattoo shop next door which is cool. We loved how the drinks are rooted in Mexican culture and loved trying the different variations. If you are up for something new, give the white chocolate habanero a try. We both loved the Azucar Morena, and we also got to try the conchas, cc cookie and the banana bread. The banana bread was my favorite (shout out to Malice's mom). This shop is inclusive and friendly, and Malice's kindness really came at a rough time in my life. I am genuinely grateful for this safe space. We will be back soon read more
