Saw this spot on our way to drag brunch and had to pop in. It's super cute inside and the staff were super friendly. I got the banana bread latte with almond milk, which is their second popular drink. Overall I enjoyed the drink, but didn't taste much banana bread flavor.

Exceptional service, excellent coffee and a very welcoming, progressive and modern ambiance. Their avocado toast is great, too.

First time trying this place. Ordered the cookie macchiato and ube taro. The espresso tasted good and the drink had a good espresso-to-milk ratio and was not watered down like a lot of other places. Was surprised to see the ube taro on the menu! The flavor of it was good, just a little on the sweet side for me. I will say the prices were a tiny bit steep but not bad, was $6 for a smaller drink and $7 for a large. The place is small with cute decor, located right in Melrose and I think this is their 2nd location. They seem to share an outdoor seating area with the other businesses in the plaza. Barista was a super cool dude who seems to know a lot of the customers coming in.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Phoenix. I think both of their locations are great, but I prefer going to this one because it's located in a really cute courtyard, and it tends to be less busy. I spent many hours here while in grad school. The owners and staff are super friendly and they just provide an inviting warmth that makes everyone feel welcomed. The coffee tastes great. My regular drink is an iced coffee (kinda basic) but I have tried their lattes, like ube and pistachio. Super delicious. I always like getting their in house pop tarts too. I'd recommend checking this place out.

Lovely service and the ube Taro latte with a shot of espresso was beautiful looking and amazing!!

The bar is set high when a Top 25 Coffee Shop yelpie award hangs inside. First time at this location. First impression- this new plaza at Melrose is damn cool. Loved the integrated indoor/outdoor community concept. Brought my dog Andy who loved the space as well. I ordered a drip. It was noticeably warm/not hot - I like I like it hot. Asked for a splash and got what was more cascade-like, as a result the coffee was super milky. So truthfully, couldn't get a real taste of window coffee bar its core. All staff were very pleasant overall. Food looked tasty, but did not try. Good coffee shops in PHX are ubiquitous, great ones are more rare. Not exactly sure where WCB is on the PHX coffee spectrum as my honest review is inconclusive.

Super friendly customer service. Coffee is absolutely delicious! I got the banana cream half sweetened. The inside is super cute and clean.

Super nice guys, neighborhood feel. Great place to come with friends because of a patio. It's hidden behind Royal, so look for it in the back. Great coffee, I can't wait to go back.

: Lucky Charms Latte & Ube Latte pictured (but we had several drinks: two cappuccinos, Chagacchino, matcha latte and two lotus energy drink based refreshers, and several pastries (all not pictured). Marcus, Homero and crew are the sweetest. Marcus was working today and he's such a gem seriously. This was my first time at this Window Coffee location, I've been to the one on Camelback and of course their very first location before moving to these 2 new locations. Such a cool spot, with cute outdoor seating (they have fans, and misters are coming soon) and space to sit inside too and get some work done if you choose. There's some other little shops and a restaurant in The Royale complex. We met my oldest son this morning for coffee and he bought me flowers and a cute pin from a flower shop called Stem & Swag also in the plaza. Have you been?!?!

No matter the location, the Window is the best. I go back and forth between locations, but I looove this spot for weekends especially because it's smaller and super chill. Mauricio always brightens my day. He's super friendly and remembers all his regulars and their drinks. There's also a great courtyard for when the weather is nice. The food and drinks are also super consistent. You know what you're going to get - I usually go for an iced latte and avocado toast.

Window is the best coffee spot ever! They have the most friendly staff who are always willing to offer recommendations. The decor is bright and inviting I could see this being a great place to get some work done. I've come here a few times and I love to get the cinnamon vanilla latte and substitute sugar free vanilla syrup. The pop tarts and avocado toast are amazing as well.

I keep coming back to this location every Tim I visit Phoenix. And while I wish I could add a 6th star, because somehow they always get better, the best I can do is reshare my original thoughts and add how much I love this place each time I come. Whether you're in town for a quick visit, or a local Phoenician, you can't skip a stop at Window Coffee Bar's newest location located at The Royale. The service, the flavors, the variety and most importantly the PEOPLE make this the best coffee shop in town. Do yourself a favor and swing in today. Great indoor and outdoor space, loving the music and overall vibe!

Great new location! This new location opened in the Royale Plaza which apparently opened just a few weeks ago (small shops, ice cream, etc). It has a great outdoor seating plaza with colorful chairs and tables and turf. The weather was great when I came, and so many people were out lounging and hanging out outside in the middle plaza. Parking was easy to find, but I could see it being difficult once the plaza is more well known. I am sure there are street parking spots around the area. Not sure if they have a large lot because I didn't look around. They have a coffee window that you can order from (just like their original location!) but also an indoor area with around 7 small tables. They have free WiFi and also outlets available if you want to get work done. The workers here were very friendly and conversational. The interior decor is very fun and aesthetic. Love the framed art inside! I got the raspberry vanilla latte which tasted exactly like raspberry and vanilla. Next I want to try their pistachio latte and ube taro latte! They also have chaga mushroom lattes which is super interesting. Also various pastries and bagel options to choose from.

We've only been a couple of times during the day so far, but we absolutely love it. It's the kind of place where you could come play a game of pool with friends, bring your laptop and get some work done, sit with a book for a few hours, or just enjoy some really good coffee. The menu is great too, with so many fun options. We're already looking forward to coming back and experiencing the nighttime atmosphere because I can only imagine how good the vibes are at night. What really stood out to us, though, was the staff. Everyone has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Any questions we had about the drinks, they were more than happy to answer. We also asked if we could come in during the day to do a small birthday photoshoot, and they were completely accommodating. They even helped us out with a drink to use as a prop for some of the photos, which was so sweet and really appreciated. Between the atmosphere, the drinks, the staff, and just how unique the entire place is, I genuinely couldn't recommend it more. Definitely one of those places you want to tell people about, and we can't wait to come back!

I felt like I'm in a little town's gathering spot. I could also sense so many creative minds joining force to make this space colorful. I love the paintings, the stickers, the decoration, and the overall flow of the cafe. The old school cash register was too cute!! Free WiFi is a plus!! I ordered a Cubano coffee because it was their signature drink. It hit the spot!! With this being my first time, I got a punch card (yay!!) and they generously offered a homemade pastry to go with my drink. My jaw dropped. Also the best bagel I've had here - fresh, super cheesy, perfect balance between soft and cheesy. The cinnamon roll was because they didn't have cupcakes but it worked out.
