Super friendly customer service. Coffee is absolutely delicious! I got the banana cream half sweetened. The inside is super cute and clean.

First time trying this place. Ordered the cookie macchiato and ube taro. The espresso tasted good and the drink had a good espresso-to-milk ratio and was not watered down like a lot of other places. Was surprised to see the ube taro on the menu! The flavor of it was good, just a little on the sweet side for me. I will say the prices were a tiny bit steep but not bad, was $6 for a smaller drink and $7 for a large. The place is small with cute decor, located right in Melrose and I think this is their 2nd location. They seem to share an outdoor seating area with the other businesses in the plaza. Barista was a super cool dude who seems to know a lot of the customers coming in.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Phoenix. I think both of their locations are great, but I prefer going to this one because it's located in a really cute courtyard, and it tends to be less busy. I spent many hours here while in grad school. The owners and staff are super friendly and they just provide an inviting warmth that makes everyone feel welcomed. The coffee tastes great. My regular drink is an iced coffee (kinda basic) but I have tried their lattes, like ube and pistachio. Super delicious. I always like getting their in house pop tarts too. I'd recommend checking this place out.

The bar is set high when a Top 25 Coffee Shop yelpie award hangs inside. First time at this location. First impression- this new plaza at Melrose is damn cool. Loved the integrated indoor/outdoor community concept. Brought my dog Andy who loved the space as well. I ordered a drip. It was noticeably warm/not hot - I like I like it hot. Asked for a splash and got what was more cascade-like, as a result the coffee was super milky. So truthfully, couldn't get a real taste of window coffee bar its core. All staff were very pleasant overall. Food looked tasty, but did not try. Good coffee shops in PHX are ubiquitous, great ones are more rare. Not exactly sure where WCB is on the PHX coffee spectrum as my honest review is inconclusive.

Super nice guys, neighborhood feel. Great place to come with friends because of a patio. It's hidden behind Royal, so look for it in the back. Great coffee, I can't wait to go back.

No matter the location, the Window is the best. I go back and forth between locations, but I looove this spot for weekends especially because it's smaller and super chill. Mauricio always brightens my day. He's super friendly and remembers all his regulars and their drinks. There's also a great courtyard for when the weather is nice. The food and drinks are also super consistent. You know what you're going to get - I usually go for an iced latte and avocado toast.

And while I wish I could add a 6th star, because somehow they always get better, the best I can do is reshare my original thoughts and add how much I love this place each time I come. Whether you're in town for a quick visit, or a local Phoenician, you can't skip a stop at Window Coffee Bar's newest location located at The Royale. The service, the flavors, the variety and most importantly the PEOPLE make this the best coffee shop in town. Do yourself a favor and swing in today. This hidden gem is the little sister of main location that is on Camelback. This spot is great if you're wanting the quality and service that the Camelback location offers with other benefits. It's usually quiet after the morning rush. Perfect for when you're needing a spot to get some work done while not being disrupted or distracted. There also a shared courtyard with plenty of seating to catch some morning sun if that is your vibe. The music is always great here, with the volume never being too loud for conversations. The owners have maintained the excellent quality of drinks, pastries and avo toasts between the two locations. The toasts are very popular, but my all time favorite is the "turkey sandwich". I can't wait to see what the future has in store for the owners. They continue to provide a great product for the community and deserve all the sucess!

: Lucky Charms Latte & Ube Latte pictured (but we had several drinks: two cappuccinos, Chagacchino, matcha latte and two lotus energy drink based refreshers, and several pastries (all not pictured). Marcus, Homero and crew are the sweetest. Marcus was working today and he's such a gem seriously. This was my first time at this Window Coffee location, I've been to the one on Camelback and of course their very first location before moving to these 2 new locations. Such a cool spot, with cute outdoor seating (they have fans, and misters are coming soon) and space to sit inside too and get some work done if you choose. There's some other little shops and a restaurant in The Royale complex. We met my oldest son this morning for coffee and he bought me flowers and a cute pin from a flower shop called Stem & Swag also in the plaza. Have you been?!?!

Avocado toast and coffee were the best by far! I would highly recommend. Owner is super friendly and staff are very polite.

This place is a little bit hard to find, depending on where the gps takes you but it's inside a cute plaza with a bunch of nice shops! The service was excellent, it was my first time here so I had some questions the barista, Maricio was super friendly and helpful with everything! Would definitely recommend stopping in if you're looking for something different than your typical Starbucks coffee, it might even surprise you!

Sundays are better with Window Coffee! I love their burnt crème iced latte, like Crème brûlée in a cup. They also feature local and artisan pastries and avocado toast. I've also had a Chaga Mushroom iced latte - it's a little earthy - but it did wonders for my back inflammation. The staff is so friendly and engaging. Lovely patio - and some people bring their pups which is fun for us non dog owners. It's a nice casual place to meet locals, grab some WiFi or just chill before brunch next door. The plaza is so cool and gaining tenants everyday ( flower/gift shop, ice cream shop, hair salon and photographer). Easy street parking. read more

when i tell you this is the best coffee i've had in months if not years i got a banana cream latte with oat milk and oh my goodness, literally tasted heaven sent. also got a jalapeño cheese bagel with avocado and chili flakes! if i had to eat one meal for the rest of my life it would be this. so incredible. please go here, you won't be disappointed. read more

My wife and I have been coming to window about once a week for 3 years now. Coffee selection is always excellent, but what really keeps us coming back is the staff. Mauricio always greets us with a warm hello and a pup cup for our dog, who is arguably a bigger fan than us. Do yourself a favor and start your day here-- you won't regret it! read more

Both locations are great! This location is great for enjoying the nice weather and hanging out, the one camelback is nice because they have a drive thru! You really can't go wrong with any drink but my go tos are always the blueberry matcha with oat milk and the lucky charm latte! Owners and staff are SOO sweet! Food is also great so if you are feeling a toast I recommend any of them :) read more

I've been wanting to check this place out for a while now and I'm happy to say that I think this may be my new coffee spot! The vibe is positive and upbeat from the decor to the staff, who are very welcoming and appear happy to be there. They offer some unique options that I haven't seen offered in a coffee bar before so I had lots of questions, which were passionately answered by the barista who assisted me, I think his name was José. I absolutely love Window Coffee Bar. I visited the location on Camelback a couple of times, and the staff has been very welcoming, friendly, and incredibly kind. My sister-in-law gifted me a gift card to Window Coffee Bar. I used it once, and still had some funds left over. The next time I went, I decided to check out the Melrose location. When I arrived, I realized my gift card had disappeared from my Apple wallet, and I couldn't locate it. Marcus at the Melrose location went above and beyond to search for it in their records. It's these kind of human interactions that make a difference. I'll be back many more times! I've never had a bad experience here. Also, the coffee and food are bomb! read more

came to Phoenix for the weekend from LA and stayed at an airbnb a couple minutes away. immediately upon walking up, an elderly couple was walking up to the coffee shop and they were super friendly saying "good morning" to us (which really just shows me the kindness and friendliness of the people of Phoenix) this was further confirmed when we walked into the shop and the two gentleman in the shop were so kind and patient assisting the couple and then us as well. they were fast and extremely friendly. asking questions about our visit and giving us a free pastry on the house. absolutely 10/10. will be coming back anytime we stop through Phoenix again. sadly didn't catch the two gentlemen's names but shout out to them as well! read more

Customer service was great- friendly, fast, attentive. My coffee was perfect, but I know everyone has their preference (my dad, for example, enjoys very burnt beans), so just ask questions- staff was super helpful! I'm not a huge fan of the Phoenix coffee scene (no cozy coffee shops with worn armchairs, overstuffed bookshelves lining the walls, a fireplace in the corner, an array of chipped '90s mugs with bad puns on them..), but, for the quick grab and go coffee, this is a great find, check them out! read more

We LOVED the Window Coffee Bar! Everything about this place is superb! (ambiance, friendliest service, great quality food and drinks!) We loved our burnt creme lattes, and the pop-tarts as well (especially the brown sugar fig!) We took our kids there on a Sunday afternoon and they loved playing in the grassy area out front. They enjoyed their raspberry lemonades, so everyone was happy here! It is such a cool and unique location. We felt right at home! Will definitely be back again! read more

I sampled a bunch of pastries and they were all to die for. Especially loved the citrus pastry- so fresh and flaky! Also, I'd recommend the lavender vanilla latte. Not to mention the vibe in the courtyard is so fun and bright. Love this place!!! read more

Not only is the coffee amazingly delicious, the food incredible and the location a place you could spend the entire day enjoying the serene outdoor space nestled in the hustle and bustle of Phoenix, but the staff just takes this place over the top. You would never know Homero and Marcus are the owners as they are right there working alongside their baristas day in and day out. Whether you live in Phoenix or just swinging by, Window Coffee Bar is a MUST stop location. read more

I have been coming to Window Coffee Bar since it was over on 16th Street. Everything is great; staff is always friendly and accommodating. My favorites are the iced raspberry vanilla oat milk latte and the Pop Tarts. Whether you go to the location on Camelback or at the Royale, you're in for a treat! read more

Paris was good, but the experience did not warrant any return visit. They had a huge variety of options (sweets, meals, snacks, etc) in a few places near the ordering counter. The setup reminded me a school cafeteria. You pick up a tray, use the tongs to select your choices, walk up to counter, see more items peruse, then pay at the counter. The store was well decorated, very bright & colorful -- and the seating was quite comfortable (the whicker seats anyway). We ordered a wide array of savory & sweets. The salad needed more dressing, a few of the savory pastries were a bit chewy (had they been out awhile, maybe?), and most of the sweets were decent. The polite gal behind the counter offered to warm up the savory pastries but we declined -- I believe the heat would have made them more chewy. It was a bummer we didn't enjoy the food more. I see there's one in our neck of the woods. Maybe, maybe! we will try that location.

Very welcoming space in an enormous lobby, and easy to access. Chairs, sofas, bartops, tables... the seating choices are endless. Well lit, with a security guard tucked away to keep watch. The menu is straightforward, all the expected coffee choices, and a more extensive food selection than I'd anticipated. I chose to combine the avocado toast and substitute the toast for an everything bagel. They asked if I'd like chili flakes on that and... of course! The cappuccino was excellent, with dense, stiff foam, deep flavor, and perfectly portioned. The avocado bagel was phenomenal, with good, chunky avocado, spread thick on a buttered and toasted bagel. Plenty enough to spread along both sides and have a bit left over. The flow of customers was steady and they worked through all of the orders quickly and efficiently... really could not ask for a better quick coffee breakfast experience.

We arrived Saturday morning hoping for a solid cup of coffee that wasn't too sweet but still flavorful and boy did Window Coffeebar Melrose deliver! They're located in the corner of Glenrosa ave and 6th Dr on Melrose, the iconic phoenix gay-borhood, so you know it's going to be bangin'. My boyfriend got a small iced oat milk pistachio latte which was creamy, light and slightly sweet. The espresso flavor still came through as the pistachio aftertaste was there but not too overpowering. I got the chaga mushroom iced latte with 2% per the barista recommendation and it is now my new favorite. The taste is a nutty, earthy flavor with a hint of sweetness elevated by the 2% milk, as cow milk naturally has sweetness to it as well. I'd imagine the umami flavor would be elevated by the oat milk if you prefer a nut milk. The baristas there were very friendly, warm and welcoming, too! It felt like we walked into an old friend's home; their small talk wasn't awkward or forced or annoying as I usually find it to be. The interior is also very fun and inviting with plenty of seating if you wish to stay longer and I can definitely see myself sending emails and bs-ing during work hours on my laptop there lol In addition, there are small bites like pastries and bagels if your stomach desires a bit of sustenance. Overall, 5/5. I will definitely be a regular here. read more

The most charming coffee shop in the Melrose neighborhood of Phoenix!! It's one of the newest shops at Royale plaza. Perfect place to take a break, or bring friends/family from out of town. You can hangout in the lobby or under the main shade of The Royal, such great spaces! And with drink in hand check out the fun things to buy at Stem Swag next door. The businesses compliment each other a lot. I went to Window Coffee Bar - Melrose because my daughter wanted to see the newly opened the spot, and it was a great experience. There's something special about the setting, and my daughter seemed to get right into it. Although the drinks that we had were good, the attentive personnel really made a difference. Came to this location because I loved their Camelback location, Mauricio was awesome and so on it, great service! The shared patio was cute and the avocado toast and vegan gluten free pop tart was amazing. Now the only hard thing will be choosing between those and the vegan doughnut.
