Finally made it to JL Patisserie to see if the hype was worth it, and let me tell you, it absolutely is!! Everything tasted amazing, and you can truly taste the quality and care that goes into their food. On top of that, the staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely worth the visit, and I can't wait to come back!

Raisan pan auix

I told my niece that when I was in town next I really wanted to try this place, I saw the ham &cheese on a TT and was like I want that! I ended up getting quiche Florentine and a raisin pan auix with a vanilla latte. My niece ended up having the ham and cheese so I got alil corner and that was delicious she loved it herself and to drink, she got a matcha, she said the matcha wasn't it. I should have stuck to my original desire, the ham n cheese... What I did get was quiche Florentine and that wasn't very flavorable, the consistency was good, and unfortunately it lacked flavor. On the other hand, my raisin pan auix was scrumptious made up for the other and my vanilla latte was good. Definitely be back for the ham and cheese and my niece says not a matcha spot.

Absolutely delicious and so many different pastry options to choose from. They have weekend specials which include a new variety of cruffin or whatever they dream up in their kitchen that week. During the week they have their usual and reliable sandwiches, pastries, and coffees. I have been 3 different times now on the weekend to try new flavors of the cruffin. We have had tiramisu, pots de crème, strawberry matcha, and a few of their staple pastries, and their breakfast sandwich. I could literally spend every weekend here. It's a cute spot, great location on Central, quick and kind staff, and the best food AND coffee.. my dream come true!! It's not overly busy on a normal weekend, but special occasions will have a line out the door. Everything here is worth it though!

I discovered this spot on TikTok and knew I had to check it out during my trip to Phoenix, and it definitely lived up to the hype! My aunt, who lives nearby, was surprised to find such a gem so close to her. We sampled several dishes, starting with the Croque Monsieur, which was incredibly large and delicious, with a wonderfully creamy béchamel sauce. The pain au chocolat was delightfully flaky--one could easily devour three! We also grabbed a box of macarons, which were delightful. And I must say, the latte was the best I've had in a long time.

Pastries and coffee were delicious. Service was only okay. The location is cute. I'll have to return on a weekend because I really want to try the cruffins that I've seen on Tik Tok that I learned are only available on the weekends.

Medialuna and Cinnamon Roll

I'm late to the party with this fantastic spot. I was craving a cinnamon roll and I had heard the buzz on Tik Tok, so I went over on a Saturday morning. No line just walked right in a few people in front of me. They have a nice sitting area to hang out if you want. I got the cinnamon roll and two of the medialuna. I had never had those before and man they were tasty. The cinnamon roll was perfect for my liking. I'm glad I gave it a try and I know I will be back to try other delicious looking pastry.

We stopped at JL Patisserie for a their croissants and were not disappointed. We ordered the chocolate and butter croissant and I would come back to try their cruffins and drinks.

I had visited the Scottsdale location a few years ago and had not been back. I saw this cruffin on TikTok and knew I needed to try it since it was limited time. There's plenty of parking at this location and it wasn't super busy yet. Employees were very friendly and efficient. In addition to the strawberry black sesame cruffin we also grabbed a few macarons and a pistachio croissant. Prices are on par with other bakeries. The macarons were for my kids and they wished the flavors were stronger. They tasted very similar. The pastries were fluffy and flavorful. I'll definitely stop in again to checkout their current specials.

A very expensive place but well worth checking out. We ordered several things including their croissants and coffees and they were all really good. For four people do not be shocked to pay more than $100. Overall, there's a reason why this place is so packed because it is good.

I had been wanting to try JL Patisserie ever since it showed up on my TikTok feed. We finally got the chance to stop by this past weekend, and it did not disappoint! The pastries were delicious and the coffee was delectable. Unfortunately, we stopped by about an hour before they closed, so our options were limited, but I still enjoyed it all! I'd bet it'd be even better to stop by early in the morning while all the baked goods are still fresh, so I'm going to make it a point to do that.

Nice little shop with amazing pastries and great coffee! Service was fast and easy. Will definitely come back again. There was a quiche w my name on it! :-)

Even at peak Sunday brunch, the line moves steadily. The place gets mobbed, but with plenty of outdoor seating it's usually not hard to find a spot. Seating is first come, first served, and tables aren't wiped down between customers, but it's easy to handle yourself--complimentary napkins are provided and they're surprisingly soft and high quality. The pastries are top notch. The lamb za'atar cheese Danish is perfection--an unapologetic energy (calorie) bomb, like most things on the menu--and the pistachio chocolate croissant is a genuinely surprising delight. The cappuccino is solid and, if you're staying, served in real mugs. Despite the occasional chaos, the staff stays super friendly and completely on top of things, which makes a big difference..

Strawberry white chocolate matcha

I am very impressed came here after my flight and they had plenty of options for pastries. It was semi/busy everyone was purchasing pastries and I could see why after trying the cinnamon bun. It was so delicious and soft after being warmed up. There's tables inside and outside. You can seat yourself after ordering. The white chocolate strawberry matcha with oat milk was tasty and a great combination I've never had before.

Their beverage menu is extensive. It is above the counter. They do have decafinated beverages, including lattes. Paris Baggett is a visually impressive, informal eatery. Most offerings are light and have mild flavor. The Croissants are just so buttery. They also offer a Coffee Bun, which has a faintly sweet taste and is also very light. There is also a pastry that contains sausage. Their Croissant is 230 calories, a real flavor bargain. The more robust Almond Croissant is 470-480 calories. On the heavy side, NY-style cheesecake or Berry Tarts are 600-620 calories. Sandwiches run 400-700. You can find out more from their nutrition guides. Before you get your delight, you have to stand in line to order. Sometimes that can be a time-consuming and somewhat confusing ordeal. There are no clearly defined cues for the cash registers. If they are out of a particular coffee or tea, or if someone's order is complex, it creates a delay. The seating area has movable chairs and tables. There is no loud background noise in the seating area. It's well-lit. The bathrooms are in the back. They are adequate and clean. Paris Baguette is a South Korean multinational chain of bakery-cafés. The rest is really delightful. It's pretty, and it tastes good. If you are careful about what you get, it can even be a low-calorie pastry repast.

I had never been here before so was happily surprised that it was a serve yourself situation -- I always feel so much pressure to select something when you have to get it from the server behind a case. So when you walk in you grab your tray or to go container and some tongs and then you can meander around a look at the goods before making your selection which you then get yourself. Everything looked so good I was practically drooling! After making my selection of an almond croissant and a coffee cronut I made my way up to the counter. I also ordered a korean iced milk coffee -- no idea what it was but sounded good! I took everything to go and when I got home I jumped right into the croissant -- it was almost as hard a rock! It tasted good but it also tasted a day old, which was very very disappointing! The coffee cronut was good too -- it had many layers and was very rich. The coffee cream on it was average -- just basically didn't taste as good as it looked. Unfortunately I can never get those calories back, LOL. The Korean iced milk coffee was good but honestly couldn't taste a difference from regular coffee. Overall the presentation was top notch but the actual tasting experience was less than average. Don't know how much I would go out of my way to come back -- unless I wanted to try one of their cakes.

Fantastic Atmosphere and Workspace in Midtown, but Mind the Peak Hours…read more My friend and I visited this cafe on a mid-week afternoon looking for a productive spot to get some remote work done, and it proved to be an excellent choice. Logistically, midtown traffic in this area is a well-known hurdle, but the dedicated parking lot located directly behind the building makes arriving by car much easier. Inside, the design and atmosphere are an absolute vibe. The mismatched furniture, abundance of indoor plants, and view of the green canopy outside provide a perfect, refreshing escape from the summer heat. The menu is varied and high-quality. I ordered a matcha latte, which was excellent and refreshing, while my friend opted for a lunch sandwich and a latte. For true coffee enthusiasts, they also sell specialty house-roasted coffee beans retail, including a Guatemalan Antigua and another select house blend. The lounge offers plenty of comfortable seating tailored for focus and productivity. While the pricing is slightly higher than your average coffee shop, the exceptional atmosphere and amenities justify the cost. One quick tip for remote workers: The environment shifts noticeably after 4:00 PM. The space can become quite loud with patrons taking phone calls or conducting 1-on-1 meetings at adjacent tables. If you plan to work through the late afternoon, I highly recommend bringing a pair of noise-canceling headphones to remain undisturbed.
