Omg. Like I host those for my minis but I would love to go to one where I don't have to do set up and prep. Yasss. Anyway, people are super nice there. Good vibes. I'll have to stop off at the actual shop sometime. The goods: They looked tasty so obvi I ordered a bunch. Giant macarons, peanut butter sandwich, oatmeal cream pie and chocolate chip cookie. The chocolate chip cookie has a sprinkle of sea salt on top, exactly how I like mine. It was FULL of chocolate chips. It's the only way. It wasn't too sweet, but obvi is sweet as it's a chocolate chip cookie. It was soft and chewy and these remind me of chocolate chip cookies my mom used to make when I was a child in the Midwest and she sold them to the ragbrai cyclists. Buy lots of these. The oatmeal cream pie is like an elevated Little Debbie in a big way. If you like oatmeal cream pies, this does not disappoint. The oatmeal cookie isn't too dense and even with the filling is sweet but hopscotches the line of sweet/too sweet. Overall if you have a glass of milk or coffee or tea with this, it's a treat. The peanut butter sandwich cookie. Perfect for peanut butter lovers. The filling is also peanut butter. If you are a peanut butter lover, you need to eat this. The giant macarons, were pretty close to how you want macarons to taste. It was a tiny bit too sweet for me. But I'm sure it's completely fine with a cup of tea or coffee. Crisp exterior, chewy almond goodness with a soft vanilla Swiss buttercream filling. I like that it's not super dense filling. Will I buy from there again? Absolutely.

I finally made the trip to Sady's Cakes in Glendale, Arizona, conveniently located right off Grand…read moreAvenue and Camelback, to try their viral fruit-shaped mousse cakes. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how amazing it smelled. The gentleman working there was incredibly nice and helpful, and there's a small area to place your order and a bench to sit while you wait. As I waited, I noticed the board listing all of their cake fillings. One combination that really stood out to me was peaches and pineapple together. You can order them separately, but together just sounded delicious. Honestly, I almost ordered a whole cake right then and there, but I held back! I ordered five of the fruit-shaped mousse cakes: pineapple, raspberry, banana, coconut, and mango. First up was the pineapple. When I cut it in half, I found cake and a pineapple compote filling inside. First of all, look at this thing. It is absolutely beautiful. But the flavor? Wow. The pineapple flavor was out of this world. The combination of the cake with that pineapple compote was incredible. Easy 10 out of 10. Next was the raspberry. I love raspberry everything, but I don't love fake raspberry flavor. I love actual raspberries. When I cut this one open, I didn't see any cake. Instead, it appeared to be layers of raspberry mousse and raspberry jelly. Sady's absolutely nailed the flavor. Rich, fresh, and tasting like real raspberries instead of candy. Another perfect 10 out of 10. Third was the banana, which seems to be everyone's favorite on TikTok. When I sliced it lengthwise, I only saw cream inside--no fruit pieces and no cake that I could tell. Flavor-wise, it reminded me of banana extract, and artificial banana is one of the few flavors I personally don't care for. That's just my preference though, because my family loved the banana cream filling. Because the presentation is adorable and everyone else really enjoyed it, I'm still giving it an 8 out of 10. The coconut one was shaped like a little coconut drink with a straw, and it might be one of the cutest desserts I've ever seen. The first bite was pure coconut heaven. The coconut cream was so rich and delicious, and I could immediately taste real shredded coconut. When I cut it open, I could see there was cake inside, although I honestly couldn't tell if it was vanilla cake or coconut cake because the coconut cream flavor completely stole the show. Whatever it was, this one was another easy 10 out of 10. Last was the mango, and honestly, I bought this one mainly because of how realistic it looked. The others are fun and cartoonish, but this one genuinely looks like a real mango. You can tell they put a lot of work into it. When I cut it open, there was mango mousse with actual chunks of fresh mango inside. And wow. I am not even a huge mango person, but this thing absolutely blew my socks off. Another 10 out of 10. The whole experience reminded me of Willy Wonka and the lickable wallpaper scene. The strawberry tastes like strawberry, the snozzberries taste like snozzberries. Sady's Cakes really captures the flavors they're trying to create. One thing I really appreciated was that they have examples on display and then bring your desserts from the back. What impressed me was that the ones they brought out looked exactly like the display pieces. That's important if you're buying these for a birthday, dinner party, or special event. Also, I wasn't sure how they would hold up in Arizona heat. They spent about twenty minutes in my car before I got home, and they were still nicely chilled. I can see why so many people film these in their cars--they're probably worried they won't make it home before digging in! Between the incredible presentation and the amazing flavors, Sady's Cakes completely impressed me. I already know where we'll be ordering our next birthday cake. Overall, 10 out of 10. I honestly can't wait to go back.

They do take about 7 min after ordering viral fruit sensation to prepare the treat. The yelp site shows they open at 10 but they actually open at 11. The fruits are $8 each and do sell out pretty quick as they only make certain amount. The treats are sweet and delicious and a nice eye catcher for parties and events. Overall from both visits, 5 stars

First of all, I'll admit, the first thing that grabbed my attention was their business name. I mean, who doesn't like Cremeux ... silky, smooth, light, creamy, and dreamy mousse-like fillings. Then I noticed that they do cake slices, so I had to try! I ended up getting a slice of their signature, zucchini cake with fresh fruits and their signature Chantilly cream cheese mousse. For the work that goes into this cake, $8/slice I thought was appropriate, maybe a tad high but okay. I also tried their tres leches ($7/slice) and thought this was pretty good too! The milk is on the sweet side, so I ended up diluting it with more milk, but all in all would recommend to anyone in the area. Can't wait to make another trip here again. Unfortunately they had a limited selection when I visited on a Saturday afternoon, but hopefully next time there will be more available!
