So I was able to pick some up along with some ube buns (cannot recall if that's what they're actually called but it was filled with ube custard) which is my new favorite! Was immediately hooked! Ambiance was nice and clean. All of their shelves were nice and neat and everything looks clean. This location has a drive through but it was blocked off with cones. Not sure what that's all about but I'm just glad I didn't take my two little girls with because I was planning on going through the drive through with them. Luckily mama was cool with them staying home while I made a quick solo trip. Overall: 4-stars - Product availability is hit or miss it seems. Can't speak on their drinks or every single product, but the milk toast and ube buns were perfection. Minus one star for product availability but comes with the nature of being a bakery I suppose. Nonetheless would recommend and will be coming back for more ube baked goodness.

My most recent experience involved attempting to resolve a prior transaction from April 10. Although my Apple Pay charge reflected "58th & Bell," I knew the purchase had been made at this location. Rather than my concern being respectfully reviewed, I felt dismissed and treated as though I was being dishonest in front of other customers. Wanting to give the situation the benefit of the doubt, I still completed another purchase while there. After leaving the store and sitting in my car, I reviewed the new Apple Pay transaction and discovered it reflected the same location description--proving exactly what I had been trying to explain. Only after returning to the store and showing this evidence was the issue finally corrected. What made the situation especially upsetting was that the correction only came after I had to independently prove the mistake myself. At no point during this interaction did I receive an apology for the embarrassment, frustration, or inconvenience caused after being publicly dismissed. I was also not initially provided a receipt and was unable to obtain a customer service contact number in-store, despite one being listed online. The entire interaction escalated unnecessarily while other customers already frustrated by wait times looked on. I understand mistakes happen, and customer service can be difficult, but professionalism, kindness, and respectful communication matter--especially from someone identifying themselves as management. This experience genuinely made me uncomfortable and honestly sick over how unnecessary it all became. I truly enjoy the product and have been a loyal supporter of the brand for years, which is why this experience was so disheartening. I am hopeful this matter can be resolved swiftly through customer service because I would much rather see improvement than feel compelled to share my concerns more publicly.

I asked the barista/ server to choose for me, and she recommended the bacon, spinach, and cheddar. It did not disappoint. The crust was thick and perfectly done, and the filling was layered and flavorful--just incredible. I also ordered an ube muffin and was given a complimentary lemon tart (no complaints here!). The ube muffin was exactly what you'd hope for--lightly sweet with a delicate blend of vanilla, nutty notes, and a hint of coconut. The lemon tart was perfectly balanced--bright, slightly tart, and complemented beautifully by the whipped topping. Before leaving, I grabbed a loaf of sourdough to go. They even offered to slice it for me--small detail, big win. And I have to say, coming from San Francisco, I do not say this lightly: this is hands-down some of the best sourdough I've had outside of San Francisco. Honestly worth the 45-minute drive just for that alone. I come from a background in the restaurant industry, and great service doesn't go unnoticed. Everyone here was attentive, kind, and truly invested in the experience they provide. The customer service alone is worth the visit. They so offer Panini's and daily soups.. Their menu changes daily. When she came back with my order they were still hot, like they were fresh out of the steamer or a hot box. When I got home and warmed them up a little I was amazed by the flavor, but I did notice that it appeared to be heavy with lard, which did allow for them to be moist.
