Found this cute place on a whim and I have no regrets! Definitely a treasure trove for sweet treats. I felt like I was immersed in a Barbie world bakehouse. I'm pretty impressed by the matcha. I got their macarons which my family absolutely loved. The total amount on my receipt was on the slightly pricier side, but for the service and love they put into their goods I'd say it's worth it.
Been living in the area a year and finally got the chance to try this spot out surprising my friend for her birthday with some cupcakes. I couldn't order online because it was last minute, so I called the shop and asked if they had any individual funfetti cupcakes I could pick up early the next morning. They said they had 4 available, and I went and grabbed them the next morning. She was so surprised & excited as it's her favorite type of cake! The cupcakes were moist and packed with a generous amount of icing on top, and it was a bonus surprise having the cream in the middle as well! They were delicious and I can't wait to taste other flavors. Love supporting a local and women owned business!!
I found this place somehow on social media and decided to go check it out. It is a small little shop. When I walked inside I was instantly greeted by the workers. The items are a little on the pricier side but I was very impressed with the flavors of the items I purchased.
This millennial/Y2K inspired bakery has been on my list forever. I realized recently that it's close to work, and decided to check it out!!! So many yummy treats available for purchase as well as coffee/drinks, packaged dog treats and fun gifts/merch! The decor is super 90's and fun! Celeste was super awesome and helped me pick out a drink. I decided to try the shaken oat crème pie and it was delicious, tasting exactly like an oatmeal crème pie! I also ordered the strawberry shorty cupcake, oatmeal crème sandwich and the chocolate fudge macaron. Everything was amazing!!! I highly recommend this spot and can't wait to come back to try some other sweet treats!
Just go here. Just do it. They're amazing. I have been here at least once a week since I first visited in June 2025 (hence all the pictures). It is my absolute favorite. The coffee is DELICIOUS. I've gotten everything from a plain iced americano to their fun weekly seasonal drinks, and they have all been exceptionally well made and balanced. The flavored coffee drinks aren't sickeningly sweet like at most places. Which is great because it means they pair nicely with their pastries. I also got my birthday cake from them. A vintage heart cake. It was ADORABLE and delicious. The shop itself is so cute. I love that they also have lil trinkets and items from other local businesses. Always a plus! The service is always 100% A+. Everyone is always so patient and kind and helpful. This is by far one of my Top 5 favorite places in all of the Phoenix area. I literally talk about them to everyone, even my friends and family who live out of state.
Is it possible to give over 5 stars because if there is any place that deserves it - it's Kristina & Celeste's Frosted Bakehouse! The talent here is just immeasurable! The quality of baked goods, the taste, the flavors, the designs, and the customization! These ladies are so impressive and I'll gladly come here any time for an upcoming celebration or a simple treat. I worked with Celeste for custom cookies and cakes for my kids first birthdays, bridal showers, and sweet treats. Every time I'm happy and the service is amazing! I highly encourage everyone to visit frosted bakehouse! And make sure you order the best iced coffee drinks as well!
I love my little neighborhood bakery and coffee shop. Very aesthetically pleasing so cute place for content creators and helpers like myself. The scones and cinnamon rolls are my favorite, melt in your mouth. I've tried the cupcakes and they are good too. Coffee is delicious. Staff is cute and friendly. I'm trying to limit myself due to diet so every visit is a treat!
Pretty upset about my strawberry danish They were pretty expensive They were put in a little paper bag then dumped in my bigger bag I guess I should if checked it out before I left It was up on its side And all the cream cheese and berry's mixed together making a total mess. I tried to save it but the cream cheese made it soggy and gross I spent over $50!! What a big shame

The staff is so inviting and helpful sharing their favorites and suggestions. This bakeshop has a fun vibe and is colorful decor. Can't go wrong for sweet treats here.
What a nice addition to Tukee! We all know about Frosted's next-door neighbor... now we have another good spot in the plaza! The shop came from two friends who love to bake and were running their own bakery businesses and decided to join forces. And wow, they are good at baking! I came by to window shop, left with some allergen-friendly and non-allergen friendly goods. I try myself to not eat a lot of dairy, so to have an option at a bakery was a delicious plus! I hope they will continue with their allergen-friendly baked goods. The day I visited, they had fresh flowers for sale to complement everything on their menu for the upcoming Mother's Day holiday. I ended up also buying a box of two custom-decorated cookies for the holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed the next day! I look forward to their success, and definitely will be coming back for more Frosted items in the future.

We also ordered the Cookie Monster cupcake. Everything was good but the bread pudding was honestly my favorite. We ordered 2 Cold brews which were delicious! The place has some sitting area inside and outside. The girl at the counter was very friendly and helpful with the drink menu.

We saw them previewed on AZ Family this morning so of course! The wife had to jump in the car and go immediately! She reports that the shop is cute and fun with the decor, neat and clean, and they offer a few tables with chairs out front to sit. Was greeted upon arriving and the staff was personable and helpful. They do offer a few gluten free options, and we got the cosmic brownie and the double chocolate-strawberry cupcake and then two of the peanut butter and jelly cupcakes. There were so many options and wife reports that what we saw on TV is true to what she saw in the shop! Even though I wasn't part of the purchasing...I WAS part of the tasting! Peanut butter & Jelly cupcakes: the frosting is so creamy and smooth with just the right hint of peanut butter to make it decadent and tasty. The cake itself was a tad dense and I think a perfect moistness (wife thought it was a bit dry) and the strawberry jam middle set the whole entire cupcake off. A true peanut butter & jelly experience! Gluten free double chocolate strawberry cupcake: it's always a question when trying gluten free bakery items. This cupcake was very good, the cake was chocolaty in flavor and the texture was just a bit crumbly but overall good. It's the after taste that I always expect and this cupcake didn't have that strange after taste. The frosting was strawberry and I actually have to say I felt it was a bit too strong and almost artificial tasting but nothing I would say no too! Critiquing is always such a balance because tastes are so individual so others may not experience the same as I...please try it! Cosmic brownie: also a gluten free product and oh my gosh! One of the best, moist, chocolate, creamy tasty brownie! The frosting is smooth and the perfect sweetness balance to offset that chewy brownie! We definitely fell for this one! They offer limited gluten free items and I am not sure if it is Celiac safe. Close by in Ahwatukee so definitely a bakery we will frequent. Next time I want the banana cookie!

I love this place! I've ordered here about 7 times now. I love their banana matcha drink! I especially love the tres leche slice- it's so freaking good and I don't even eat cake really. Run don't walk! They are open for their Soft Opening, 8am until sold out Tues-Sun! You won't want to miss this place ... cute, joyful interior, friendly and well trained staff, and a wide selection of pastries and baked goods. If you get a chance to meet the owners, make sure you do! Celeste and Kristina are amazing, and you can tell they love what they do, and they love bringing people together. When I visited today, the hardest thing was trying to figure out what I wanted to buy! And that's because I wanted one of everything! They outdid themselves with the visual aspect of their overall spread and also with their nostalgic flavors. Seriously, you'll feel like a kid at a candy store staring at their glass case of cookies, cupcakes, dansihes, cinnamon rolls, pop tarts, cakes, etc. Not to mention, they also serve drinks and coffee! If there is one thing, I would highly recommend trying, it would be their banana pudding cookie. Their tres leches cake slice and strawberry shorty cupcake were delicious too, but the banana pudding cookie stole the show! I've eaten lots of cookies, baked lots of cookies, and holy moly, this one is worth every penny - Levain style look ... thick, chewy yet soft interior ... crispy, buttery exterior, and a strong banana flavor. I could see this becoming a signature and/or going viral on social media once word gets out! Can't wait to come back and try more goodies. Amazing people, owners, and baked goods! For every gathering, their catering trays are a must! We've purchased cupcakes for birthday parties, cookies for holidays, and the churro cheesecake is the best no matter what. The owners are incredible and so is their staff! read more

Such a cute little shop! We stopped in on a Sunday morning, shortly after opening. We were immediately greeted and serviced. I got the oatmeal cream pie latte and cookie butter latte. I also got a banana pudding cookie, strawberry shorty, and key lime macaron. The cupcake and cookie were a little sweet for me, but everything was tasty and well-made. They have a lot of items I'd like to try like the danishes and pop tarts so we will be back! read more

We tried the Strawberry Shortcake Cupcake, Cookie Butter Crunch Cupcake, Cheese Danish, Oatmeal Cream Saamich, Churro Cheesecake Bites & Tres Leches Cake! I arrived late in day so many things were gone. Hoping to get a dozen macaroons, there were only 8 remaining. However, the young lady in front went to the back and after 5 minutes, they were able to make me 4 more. Talk about service!!! It is a cute, charming and personal. 4/26/24: Short version - what a jewel. Friendly lady behind the counter, a wide variety of beverages, and plenty of sweets to satisfy any craving. Long version - I donated plasma this morning & was on the hunt for something to eat. I pulled in expecting to walk in The Bagel Guy's front door. Instead, the second I saw Frosted Bakehouse and their flashing open sign I detoured & walked right in their front door. The best decision I made today! :-) The young gal behind the counter was super friendly, the interior was exceptionally clean, their display cases were magnificently ordered, their menus were large & clear, and everything was reasonably priced. I ordered the small size of their vanilla bean frappe (who needs Starbucks?). I tasted no difference (support small business!). I also ordered four cupcakes (Oreo birthday, vanilla bean, white chocolate champagne, caramel pretzel, red velvet, cosmic chip brownie, a sugar cookie bar, and lastly the sugar cookie sammich. Oh, and a garlic parm soft pretzel (w/ a small container of sauce from Cafe Boa, also an excellent place to dine). IT WAS NOT ALL FOR ME. That's my story & I'm sticking to it. Actually, I did share the cupcakes with a few co-workers. I only heard from one, she enjoyed the no egg/dairy vanilla bean cupcake. I ate the red velvet one, and my mouth is now watering as I write about it. A few of their cookies had some pretty thick frosting on top, but most of them did not, which I appreciate because I like frosting just as much as the next person, but I do not want my cupcake drowning in it. The garlic parm pretzel was huge and hugely satisfying. It was not the average pretzel, in my opinion, compared to something you may get at a bar or other eatery. Its twists were thicker, more light & airy, and softer. I cannot wait to try the cookie bars. I am 100% positive they will be just as tasty. Will I go back? Hell yeah! I ordered a tres leches cake last minute for my son in laws bday. I called in and had a very nice conversation with Celeste(I believe this was her name- if I'm wrong, my apologies) she was super sweet and helpful. I went to get the cake, and the staff was so friendly, she shop was clean and they had SO many options and the coffee was AMAZING. At dinner, the cake was an absolute HIT and imho it's true- the best tres leches cake in the valley! Good job Frosted Bakehouse! read more

This place is a welcomed addition to ahwatukee. We need more places like this. It's got the vibes of an LA bake shop. The staff is extreme happy to see you here and everyone talks to you. If you come early they have more options but I'll be honest. I got in around 12:15 and the shelves were stacked. They have gluten free, egg free and dairy free options. The cold brew is killer and they have a take home cold brew option. A ton of other coffee drink options. Skip Dutch bros and go here. Everything we tried was pretty awesome. My favorite was the cinnamon roll. The icing is a stand out. The pop tarts are good. They aren't super sweet which is a differentiator. Can't wait to see how this place grows and adds to what they do. read more

Our new favorite bakery!!! I come here every weekend for the tres leche and bread pudding and also try new items each time. I have yet to find anything that wasn't delicious. The staff is so sweet and friendly and have great suggestions on what to try. read more

I ordered when it was called Celly's sweets - So excited to try out their new location! I'm not sure they do cake orders any more but I placed my order online; pretty straightforward. The taste was okay, but I'm just not a huge fan of red velvet over all. I chose that flavor for the aesthetic of Valentine's Day, the cake came out so pretty!!! read more

Great quality, creative treats and TASTY! I found Frosted Bakehouse looking for a same day service for some cupcakes for a friend's birthday and I'll definitely be back. Not only did they accommodate me quickly (within 2 hours), they look to have tons of customization options for other confections. The cold brew coffee was also very good. read more
