I wanted to update my review because I frequent this location often and they deserve an update....THIS LOCATION DESERVES 5 STARS FOR AMBIANCE, FOOD AND SERVICE I have tried various Paris Baguette locations but this is 100% my favorite location, so glad it is in my hometown. Not only do they offer a crazy variety of delicious fresh pastries, drinks, sandwiches, breads, etc....they have beautifully decorated cakes that honestly are so good. I have to point out that they have one of the best tasting green tea, and they literally have the best service anyone can ask for. I don't know how she does it, but Ashley brews this green tea perfectly. While most other Paris Baguette locations have the same green tea, they honestly do not taste exactly the same (Phoenix location on Baseline/32nd St is a totally different tea). When Ashley, Kailey, Dania. Richard and Daniel work together, they emit such high, positive and fun energy. They clearly look like they have fun while dealing with so many customers (and some customers are plain mean). These PB employees are so pleasant, efficient and really are an asset to this organization. Love seeing Ashley, Kailey and Dania's smiling face as soon as you walk in, they will definitely greet you. They truly are so sweet. I watch how they connect with each customer, making everyone feel special. The manager Joy has done an excellent job in selecting this team... If you are nearby, give it a try. Ask for Ashley, Kailey or Dania, and I guarantee you will agree with me :-)

Stopped by here for the first time. I didn't know that they have an app to earn rewards. There is a welcome offer, free pastry with purchase. Also, they have $2 drink special with purchase during their 3pm to 6pm Happy Hour. All offers are through the app. It can take about 15 minutes to show up for new accounts, so I recommend downloading the app before you head to the bakery. There were so many great options to pick from. We really liked the hazelnut filled croissant and will plan to get that again! All the ones we have tried so far are good. We are looking forward to coming back and trying more pastries. In addition, there is plenty of seating here if you want to stay and eat!

First time here and I already love everything about this place. The selection of bakeries, the selection of drink and snacks to offer you and your bestie, you will have a great time gathering here. The service is simple and yet, very friendly and fast service as well. I tried the latte Nutella and it's absolutely fantastic--well balanced and very tasty! If you are a lavazza coffee beans --this is the place for you, but if you have not yet try, come and check it out yourself. The ambiance is an open space with offer both indoor and outdoor, feels warm and welcoming. I absolutely loved this spot and will definitely come back again soon.

I regularly shop at H Mart which has a small Paris Baguette and remember hearing about a stand alone opening but didn't realize it was so close to Chandler fashion center! There was so many self serve options for savory but also desserts. I absolutely loved the Hash brown Ham and Cheese roll it was so good that I told my brother I was tempted to go back and buy out the whole shelf . He opted for the Crab cake roll an had the wonderful staff warm it up for him, 10/10 he said! I will be taking the girlfriend here for another trip ASAP!!!

I tried this location for the first time and i was not disappointed! I think the pastries are made with such good quality ingredients and they are reasonably priced for what you get. The restaurant has plenty of options and I like the ambiance of the restaurant as well as the location. And the fact I can just place an order online and pick up in a separate area so I don't have to wait. I'll be back to try more items soon!!

Menu board I'm not sure if it is updated daily.

This place was great. If you like pastries and cake there is a very good variety made daily. They also have sandwiches also. Staff members were very helpful to answer any questions. The ambiance was very comfortable also but on busy days I'm sure it gets cramped when we were there it was very accommodating.

I was craving coffee and a pastry after spending the night in chandler, so happy I found this spot on yelp it has a variety of things to choose from & I came with a group so I was happy to know everyone would get something they would like. The interior is decorated so nice & it was very clean! I came when there wasn't anyone by me while I got to spend time looking and debating on what I wanted. This is my first time visiting a Paris baguette and def not my last. The coffee was good! We got 2 cold brews and a smoothie. My friend said the smoothie was good and refreshing. This is a perfect 2 in one spot, drinks and pastries! Can't wait to be back to try other items

They have quick service. You choose the pastries from the pastry shelves and bring it to the front register. They have a variety of pastries. There are sweet ones and there are savory ones. Not too many people there. They might be there in the morning. I heard that you have to get there first thing in the morning to get the pastries that you want. They run out of some kinds and didn't restock throughout the day.

This was our first time going here and we love it! Everyone was nice and friendly. Well put together. I liked that I can look and see what I want and I can grab it. They have plenty of tongs and trays with a liner to use and keep it clean. I had the cake and took the donut home. My cake was very delicious, soft and perfect to taste. Next time I want to try a nice cup of coffee. I will be coming back. Tables were cleaned and plenty of room to seat and enjoy a conversation with friends.

Blown away by how good the sandwiches are here. I was up for some late afternoon Christmas shopping errands and had to go to Hobby Lobby to get supplies. I have recently adopted a habit of giving art that I myself create as Xmas gifts, when I have the time. Today I needed to fuel up for the task at hand, and my roommate thwarted my lunch plans by improperly storing last night's leftovers, so I was flying impulsively. I happened upon Paris Baguette, because it's in the same shopping center as Hobby Lobby, and it had caught my eye in the past. Let me just say that I didn't have high hopes. I grabbed my newspaper crossword puzzles and a pencil, and self-served a pre-made baguette sandwich out of their grab-and-go freezer. I figured the Chicken Caesar sando would suffice while I knocked out another crossword puzzle. After paying for my combo (sandwich, chips, and a fountain drink), I presumed my sammie might be underseasoned. So I grabbed some mayo, black pepper, and hot sauce packets (Tapatio) at the self-serve station. Boy, was I wrong! The sandwich was quite tasty! The baguette itself was perfect... just the right amount of chew to the crust and light enough as to not weigh down the sandwich. Think Jimmy Johns... if a French chef forcibly beat him up with a crusty bread lesson. The chicken was well seasoned with Parmesan and tangy Caesar dressing notes. I was happy I made it more creamy with the extra mayo I applied, but I suspect it would not have been dry without my modifications. And, who knew that Caesar dressing, mayo, Tapatio and black pepper would make such a savory, slathery sandwich dressing? I had to scrabble it up in my chops! And the dining environment couldn't have been more peaceful. I was not the only one dining alone. I got to stake out my seat, spread out my single-diner arrangement for optimal sandwich snarfing and crossword puzzling, and chow down whilst I furiously pencilled in my brain-teasing solutions. A perfect pop-in dining experience! Who knows? This could become a regular dining routine, without having to don a beret, a stripey shirt, and a pencil thin moustache! I give Paris Baguette an approving "Chef's kiss" for their attention to quality and value!

I grew up in Europe and just recently came back from France, so I can honestly say that this place is not like any patisserie in Europe. The restaurant has nice European style tables and chairs, although they were not clean when we arrived. At some point someone did come around to clean them. The pastries look nice in the case, but we were not exactly blown away by the taste. I expected better than "supermarket bakery quality", based on the price that was being charged. I do like that they show you how many calories each item has. The cafe is completely self serve! All you get is a white plastic tray with a piece of wax paper on it and some plastic utensils. They don't even give you a plate or a real cup. There is a lot of hype around this place, but real Europeans won't be impressed. I think this will be a one and done for us.

Oh my GOSH! What a beautiful display. Everything is gorgeous and looks fresh, and the sizes of the pastry seem to be pretty decent. I also found the pricing to be very reasonable for what you're getting. We got two savory pastries and a strawberry and cream croissant. The savory pastries were not impressive and tasted too sweet, but the croissant blew us away. We would absolutely be back for their desserts. There were so many options and we can't wait to try more!

I just love all of the selections they offer! My eyes and heart and stomach thanked me for seeing and smelling and tasting the fresh and appealing pastries, like I literally had an instant mood boost! Two quick things to call out: 1-I must have missed the WiFi code. I would like to know if free WiFi is provided. 2-(not on them) A lady walked in with a stroller and soliciting the customers for "donation" for a few pastries and water. She didn't come to me in time before I left from another entrance.

The mug was really cool and AZ themed, so I had to get it. I picked out some of the cake slices as well as some baked goods! I also ordered the Vietnamese coffee drink and added sea salt and brown sugar. It was delicious but definitely on the sweeter side. I think I would skip the brown sugar next time. When I arrived, they were out of the Berry Tales on the floor which are my favorite. I asked if they had any made in the back and it turns out they'd recently made a fresh batch and were letting them cool. Assunta got me a couple of those and then helped ring up my order. She was very very nice and gave me an extra slice of cake. When I mentioned they were for a birthday, she also gave me some candles and birthday chocolates to put on top. I really appreciated this and can't thank her enough for going the extra mile to provide such awesome service! I love 85, Especially this location in Chandler. Definitely check it out sometime.

I really liked the self-serve bakery concept because it lets you browse at your own pace and pick out whatever catches your eye. They have a great mix of both sweet and savory items, along with an extensive drink menu featuring both hot and cold beverages, so there's truly something for everyone no matter what you're craving. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and flavorful. The pastries were light and delicious, and the drinks paired perfectly with the food. You can definitely tell they take pride in the quality of what they serve. The only thing I'd mention is that they don't accept American Express. It wasn't an issue for me since I had another payment method, but it's something to keep in mind before visiting. Overall, this was a fantastic first experience, and I can definitely see why so many people recommend 85°C Bakery Cafe. I was only in the mood for pastries, but I would love to come back to try their quiches and coffee. There's a decent amount of seating, but not sure how busy it might get on a weekend morning. I opted for a kouign amann and a chausson aux pommes, which is like an apple turnover. Everything looked reasonably priced. The kouign amann and the chausson were perfectly flaky and hit the spot. I wasn't able to eat both pastries the same day, and I felt like they still held pretty well the next day. So glad I got to try this place and I'll be back!!

Full disclosure - would give 5 stars, but first time here, and I like to reserve the 5th start…read moreeither if I return, or there's something beyond exceptional. Summary - will be back and this place is great. There appears to be more artisan and patisseries beginning to open East of Phoenix. The biggest hype appears to be Sable' in Gilbert - reserving comments on that place, until I try it. In the same strip mall as Happy Jade Chineese restaurant, a law firm, a Nigerian restaurant (next door) and a small market, Q&P is a great find. Not an area you'd be looking for a patisserie. I love finding these places. Initial impression: very friendly, quaint, reasonable seating. Very comfortable, but not pretentious. One reviewer giving only one star, complained about not being timely served, but never discussed the food quality. I didn't sit down and was ordering to go, but the gal who served me was very friendly. I don't get the impression you have to pronounce all of the pastries with a French accent - and if you wanted to say Crescent Roll instead of Croissant -- or over pronounced "Crah-saunnn", they'd smile and still serve you! Food: I ordered Goat Cheese, roasted Tomato Quiche and a Chocolate/Coffee Croissant - excuse me - pain au chocolat-coffee. Both excellent. Quiche - 5/5 Croissant - 4/5. Quiche custard was soft, but smooth and creamy. Just the right amount of goat cheese. I only got one cherry tomato, would have liked a one or two more, but just got the wrong piece. Price $9.5. Croissant had kind of a coffee/chocolate paste as a filling - kind of like Almond paste, but with Chocolate. And then also just melted dark chocolate. Very good, buttery. There Quiche selection is diverse - from Lorraine to Duck confit. Something for every palate. Did not try coffee. Price not "cheap", but if you consider getting lunch at a sit down place with high quality ingredients, the $9.50 is reasonable. I forgot the price of the croissant. Its hard for a good bakery to balance between quality and price. There's just a plain lot of labor involved in making quality baked goods, and you have to have quality ingredients - just the butter alone. And, you need the clientele. So I hope they have great success. I'll be back!

They also have a milk bread loaf that's half green tea/red bean and half coconut. I think they've even had pork sung red bean once which is admirably wild?? Their latest releases have also been phenomenal. The flaky, sesame-covered radish and spring onion pies taste like they're straight out of a dim sum restaurant, and the salted cream custard bun was so aromatic and creamy. I know they're vegetarian, but I wanted to double check with her. She responds as "vegetarian means no meat, right"? All employees working at a food establishment should know what vegetarian means. This was quite baffling to hear. I asked her for a new slice because the one that was out on display was visibly burned and the other slice was touching pepperoni from the meat pizza. As mentioned, I'm a vegetarian. Therefore, I could not have either one of those slices. She proceeds to say that's how the pizzas are. They are slightly burned because they are so sourdough. While I can accept this answer, I do not accept the fact that she would not be willing to give me another slice as a paying customer. She insensitively said she can't give me a new one until all the old slices are taken up. She mentioned that this is their procedure. According to this, they are saying that they will not provide a proper product unless the old, damaged product, or unacceptable by the customer is used up first. If this is their business model, then it is apparent they do not value customer service.
