I have never seen an experience like this, not only do they the traditional canoli flavors but they have seasonal flavors. They also have a selection of pastries, cookies & cakes. I got a white chocolate dipped canoli with half banana pudding & half cookie butter. My friend got the pistachio dipped canoli with half pistachio filling and half banana pudding. We had dinner at the Sicilian Butcher the other night but we were too full for dessert so we came back just to have some gelato here. They have many different flavors and I decided on Belgian dark chocolate. This gelato is not super sweet but has an amazing flavor. I could eat a bucket of this! It's that good! Wife had a scoop of the sea salt caramel and she loved it. We also got a traditional cannoli. They have a large assortment of Italian pastries and cakes. Make reservations! At least we had to for a Saturday night, only because we tried to go there on Friday night and the wait was over an hour and I didn't want to wait. BUT I did make reservations for the next day, so I wouldn't leave Arizona without out trying this place. Choices were hard, but we narrowed it down to "Butcher" pizza and Uncle Arthur's sausage meatball, parmigiano cream with mafalde pasta! It was a good choice for us. Just enough food for the two of us with a glass of white wine! We REALLY, REALLY wanted to try to save room for Tiramisu, but we just couldn't. We were staying at a hotel, so we knew we couldn't take home the left overs since we were heading back to California the next morning. Continues to be one of my favorite places for cannolis, Italian flag cookies, lobster tails, and anything Italian dessert wise! The employee that helped me today was also very nice. FYI - seasonal banana pudding cannoli flavor is amazing! Stop in and make sure to give it a try. Came wait to see what other things they bring into the bakery. Yum yum and more yum!! I'm not a huge dessert person but I love this bakery inside of Sicilian Butcher. They offer custom filled cannolis, various Italian cookies and pastries, coffee and gelato. They have the most amazing happy hour for gelato and cannolis Monday through Thursdays 1PM - 5PM. Only $2 for a scoop of their delicious gelato and $1 mini cannolis! Seriously crazy cheap prices especially considering the excellent quality. We got a scoop of the Belgian dark chocolate and a scoop of salted sea caramel gelato. The Belgian dark chocolate was honestly the best gelato I've had. It was very chocolaty and not too sweet. I wanted to try the cheesecake so asked if was light as I hate heavy regular cheesecakes. I really appreciated the server's honest answer that most people find them to be heavy and rich. So we went with their traditional cannoli. It has a very authentic Sicilian vibe, with traditional pastries and gelato. The interior design is charming and cozy, you can either dine in or take your treats to go. At first, I couldn't find the entrance to the bakery -- there's a large restaurant entrance, which is easy to spot, but the bakery itself isn't immediately obvious. So I walked into the restaurant first, then turned left and found the coffee shop area. I was specifically searching for a place that serves Napoleon cake, and this was pretty much the only one I could find. And I'm so glad I did -- it was absolutely delicious. 5/24/25: Short version - Holy mackerel, this place is a sweet-tooth's BFF. The decor is wonderful, bright & colorful for such a small spot, parking was not a problem, it was near the Chandler mall so traffic was a bit hectic but it was off the beaten path so to speak, so getting there was not a nightmare. The young lady was all smiles, helpful, and cheery. Definitely gotta visit again to try more goodies. Non-coffee drinkers beware: I did not see any drinks for us. The few I saw on the menu was all coffee. Long version - Popped in this particular Saturday morning around 11 a.m. Got worried as we pulled into the lot because there was only two other cars, we started thinking the Google hours were wrong. But no! It was open, we were the only customers. This was wonderful because we could browse to our heart's content & take pictures w/o getting in anyone else's way. Their goods aren't cheap and we spent a lot of money, and although we've only eaten a couple so far, it was money well spent. I am not a cannoli fan but we purchased a couple, going halfies with the filling. One was 1/2 cookie butter & 1/2 Reese's; the other was 1/2 lemon & 1/2 pistachio. Had the cookie butter last night & I will say it was better than the Reese's half, which for me was too sweet w/ more PB than I like. Later we nibbled on the Tony's almond cookie and the taralucci (lemon). Both were good but not sure I would spend the money again on either. This morning was 1/2 the vanilla lobster tail for breakfast, so far it's my favorite. We also purchased the lemon merengue tart (or meringe as the sign read, ha ha) and a chocolate caramel tart, yet to be tasted. Next visit we will have to try their gelato. I placed a delivery order from here because I heard great things about the tiramisu. When I received the order the box was fully open, just sitting on the ground?? No way am I going to eat something that came with no safety seal whatsoever, just sitting open, delivered by someone random. There is also a latch on the box (like most boxes) where you can flip a tab so the box at least stays shut, they couldn't even bother closing it AT ALL. Then I tried calling the company to complain, of course after 4 times calling, no one can even bother to answer the phone. Waste of money & time, lazy, incompetent & unethical! After a delicious lunch at The Sicilian Butcher, we were curious about the dessert options and asked our server what the difference was between the restaurant and the bakery next door. Turns out, The Sicilian Baker lets you build your own cannoli! While The Sicilian Butcher serves the standard version, at the bakery, you can customize your cannoli just the way you like it. Naturally, we couldn't resist hopping over after lunch to check it out. The ability to choose your filling, toppings, and size makes this place an absolute dream for any cannoli lover (which is one of my favs). While I haven't been brave enough to tackle the largest size yet (maybe one day!), the option to create your perfect cannoli is worth every visit. Looked lovely, nice presentation but we regretted the purchase - we were both very ill throughout the night. That was the only food we had in common all day and my husband did say that something tasted strange with his as he was eating it. Amazing overall!! Customer service: we put in a reservation but had to move the time back 30 min. We arrived a little late still but we're given a table right away - outside, in Phoenix, in July. Lol it actually wasn't too bad but we asked for a table inside and the waitress went to go check at the bar for us. The manager returned in less than 5 minutes and said there are no tables but he will tell the bartender to keep an eye out for one if it becomes available and offered us a bruschetta board for our troubles. He continued to check on us throughout our meal making sure we were still okay with the heat. We ended up staying outside but it wasn't too bad. The misters were on so it wasn't bad. This restaurant does not need any more praise, but I'm gonna write more anyway! We came here on a Sunday without a reservation for lunch and were seated immediately. Granted, it was empty, but it by no means felt awkward. The ambiance is so nice! It is really chic and classy, but we didn't feel out of place at all in workout clothing. Our waitress was Ally, and she was a doll. She was really sweet and attentive, and she didn't push us to leave or anything. Also, we told her we just got engaged and she brought us a complimentary dish of cannolis! For drinks, I got coffee with almond milk, which had unlimited refills! And my fiancé got a Cabernet, which he said was great. for our appetizer, we got the octopus dish, and it was perfectly cooked. Also, it was a decently big portion, which I appreciated. I got the meatballs bucket with lamb meat and vodka sauce, and as a New Yorker, I can accurately say that it was just incredible. For his entree, fiancé got the Sunday sugo siciliano, which was, again, a 5/5. It's a big dish full of sausage, ribs, meatballs, and pasta. The quality here is on point. I'll start by saying we love the cookies at Sicilian baker. We go often to Sicilian butcher and make it a habit of stopping by for cookies and coffee afterward. Yesterday was such a disappointment. We ordered a box of cookies and two americano coffees. Something went wrong. The coffee was so salty it was undrinkable. I'm not sure if it was the water or if they had recently cleaned the machine but it was literally a cup of salt. We threw them away. I wasn't going to bother with a review but I tried calling to let them know and the phone just rang and rang and no one answered. So hopefully they read their reviews and fix the issue. Update. The restaurant called and they indeed had cleaned the machine filters with salt. They flushed the machine and fixed the issue. They were incredibly apologetic and made up for the bad experience. read more

We told her we were in a little bit of a hurry. At 11:50 we placed our order. Kids spaghetti, chicken parm and margarita pizza and their bruschetta as an appetizer. 2 sodas and their rosemary pomegranate soda. After our waitress delivered the colas she disappeared for about 20 min. She didn't even acknowledge us I had to grab her attention and ask when my drink would be delivered. She was like o right. Clearly she forgot. At this point my husband is stressing about the lack of time awareness the waitress is showing. About 5 min later I asked any idea when the appetizers would come out. Some gentleman manager approached us. I told him about the situation he seemed to have cared less about the situation. Honestly his attitude was the worst. Appetizers didn't come out til we were almost done with the meals. Honestly wasn't too impressed with the meals. Pizza; the sauce had a good flavor but the crust was flavorless. My daughter's spaghetti wasn't al dente but way undercooked. Chicken parm was decent. The bruschetta was great. My husband loved that it wasn't overly toasted where I like it more toasted. We had 45 min to eat. Meals were delivered at the 35 min mark. Brushetta at the 40 min minute mark. The place wasn't busy.
