It's for take out, not an ear it there place. The owner/operator was really friendly and the food was ready quickly. My wife and I wanted to sample multiple things so we got the pasta with both marinara and Alfredo packaged separately, meatballs and garlic bread. Both sauces were good, the garlic bread had a nice flavor and the meatballs were delicious. The lemoncello cake was so good we regret we only got one to share. It's a fun shark theme, and they carry that into the meal names. For a quick and easy dinner it's a great option and we will be back, especially as we head to hockey practices in the future!

I'm so surprised that I never heard of this place until my husband looked up "pasta" within 5 miles radius of our house. I was 15 minutes away from hangry and thank goodness we found this place! The online ordering was easy to navigate. The pick up process was easy. The owner was the one who helped me. The store might have a few chairs and a table, but it's meant to be a grab and go place. Love the brightness of the store and the beach theme! The portion size was large. I had leftover even I was very hungry. I ordered the mac and cheese and my husband ordered the shipwreck (cute names!) we also wanted to try out the garlic bread and a side a broccoli. 100% will return and try other dishes!!

Whenever I'm housesitting in a part of town far from my own, I like to check out the restaurants. Spaghetti Shark is a locally owned spot in south Tempe that opened in June. There's very, very limited seating in the storefront, so it's definitely a takeout-focused business. Pasta is the star here, obviously; you can build your own meal with lots of options for customization, or you can order a larger bundle for a group meal. There is also a limited selection of subs, breads and a Caesar salad. I ordered one of the combo options meant to feed a small group of maybe three or four. My order was ready quickly and the man behind the counter was very friendly. There's lots of cute shark decor inside and outside. The spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs were very good--rich flavor, nicely seasoned. After eating my fill, there's definitely at least two more meals' worth left, so they don't skimp on portions. I also got a piece of their house-made cheesecake with caramel sauce, which was great. The meal came with garlic bread, which wasn't bad, but it lacked something. A little more crunchiness? A little more garlicky goodness? It was fine, especially when dipped in the sauce, but I didn't love it. In this economy, I'm a little baffled by the spaghetti to go trend, as it's really one of the cheapest and fastest things to cook at home. But it's definitely a thing now, and Spaghetti Shark is a great place for it--fast, friendly and tasty, with a cute concept and prices that are comparable to other similar eateries. If you're looking for takeout pasta, especially to feed a family, I recommend it.

We had the Peanut Chicken Noodle, fragrant and delicious, and the Spaghetti Shipwreck, a delectable dish with some "heft"!

Service was non-existent and poor. Cashiers looked like they did not want to be there; they were out of strawberries which is a staple in a bunch of their cones. Cashier didn't make any recommendations to other ice cream cones of modifications to make the cones work in place of missing strawberries. I had to ask a few times to figure out if I could get a certain cone without strawberries. I got the Cheesecake Cone, it was good but very messy. I'd recommend sitting down to eat. I wasn't give a napkin or spoons but you definitely need it especially if it get hotter. The price is up there for a singular cone it's about $11, they also have optional tipping that doesn't feel optional. The restaurant is clean, but lacking in keeping you around. They have tables you can stand around outside, but the objective inside seems like to get you ice cream and get out; I'm sure it makes sense during busier times. All in all it's good, just not great. I'd come in again and when I do I hope the customer service is better.

It took at least a good 5-7 minutes before I got my food, it was hot and fresh. And the savory chicken with sweet waffle was perfectly balanced. This was my first time having bubble waffles, and they were yummy. They were 'churro' style and had a very light cinnamon and sugar flavor. The chicken was a really good portion, hot and crispy. And there is a side of fried crispy chicken skin, ohhhhh so salty - so good! While they maybe be considered more of a sweet shop with their churro, ice cream, and boba offerings, they have a pretty good savory food menu. The staff was super nice, and I'm definitely going to come back here!! Thank you Churro Nest and Yelp! For this experience. I rarely ever go to Tempe Marketplace, so I dont know if I would have found this place otherwise! It's located across from Forever 21, and next door to piercing shop Rowan.

Churros: because life needs more magic wands made of dough and sugar!…read more As someone whose sweet tooth is on the smaller side, I like that this place has some savory options. It allows me to enjoy a snack with my friends who are all about that sugar rush lifestyle. I do recommend the breakfast bites for a sweet option. The churros are cut smaller, and you get a mountain of whipped cream and fresh fruit to dip you churros in. It's like the chips and guacamole of in the churro world. The churro-crusted churro-style Hong Kong egg waffles are a must. They drizzle a nice chipotle syrup on top, and they even give you fried chicken skin to munch on. The chicken loco moco is also good, although I suggest asking for more gravy. I'm a gravy fiend, though, so if you're about moderation, it's probably sufficient for you. Milk teas and coffee are good here, but I would pass on the syrupy fruit drinks. This place also offers adorable egg cups, so if you're a sucker for a cute Instagram-worthy beverage, this place does a good job. I like it here! I hope you like it here too. The place is a bit warm, though, so be warned. Bring a hair tie!
