They make everything to order so it's fresh, warm and gooey!!! The moment we stepped in, the servers were welcoming and friendly. They showed enthusiasm and offered to answer any questions or make recommendations if we wanted. I got the Philly cheesesteak mac and cheese - it was amazing!! My friend got the green chile max and cheese - it's what he got the last time and loved it. I tasted it and it was very good too! How does one put into words how gratifying this mac and cheese was? By far some of the best I've ever had. I went with my friend and her kiddo. We tried the lemonades, we tried the tiramisu, but the best part was trying three different flavors. The bbq steak and bacon was Texas in a bowl. Smoky and decadent. The Philly cheesesteak didn't even make you miss the bread. The depth of flavor was spot on. The elote mac is a must. I added chicken. Bowl fed me three meals the portions were so big. The elote bowl had cilantro, I'm a soap gene person with cilantro, but they did not overwhelm the dish making it really enjoyable. The service was incredible and friendly and Jimmy, the owner, was there dishing people up. It was clean and roomy and in an easy to find location. I'll definitely be going back. read more

What I've tried so far: Green Chile Chicken Mac ($12 - Mac & Cheese with cotija cheese crumbles and chicken): If you're a fan of green chile, your skirt will flip over this pasta dish. It's everything you want: Carbs, cheese, spice, and some protein. Roasted Veggie & Fruit Salad with Steak added($8 + $3 - Mixed greens, roasted brussel sprouts, broccoli, dried cranberries, walnuts, strawberries, and spinach tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette + steak): I added steak purely because that's how my friend orders it. I figured I'd give his favorite salad a try and it was good! Crisp fresh salad, a sweet vinaigrette, and the steak was cooked to perfection. And who doesn't love the tiny cabbage that is a brussel sprout? 5 out of 5, I really enjoyed this place. I found a great place tucked away that unfortunately many may never find, so I wanted to pass the word along. It was the perfect place to meet a friend for a quick bite and I'd heard good things. I love pasta and the options were endless because they have a build your own pasta. Everything is fresh and made in house and to order. If you're watching your carbs they have some incredible looking salads too, but I had to try to mac and cheese and I added chicken to up the protein. Definitely delish. I was not watching my carbs that day so I added a rice krispy treat dipped in CHOCOLATE! You could tell it was homemade because it didn't taste all chemically it was chewy and the perfect ending to a meal! The service was fine and they were very nice. I was kind of excited. Mac and cheese and I put on olives and garlic. I can tell you the only flavor were the olives and garlic. The mac and cheese was flavorless and in 10 minutes turned into gelatinous blob. Maybe if they had chopped up the olives and the garlic which is what I was expecting, there would have actually been flavor throughout. But it's like Velveeta mac and cheese... I also got a salad which is 9/10 iceberg lettuce and and there's just a few things on top. I don't even think it's half an avocado, 10 croutons, cheese shavings maybe six cherry tomatoes. Even the brownie was nasty. It was nothing but preservatives which was really sad because it was individually wrapped like they were homemade. And the lemonade is only fine. We got the elote mac and cheese ($12) with chicken (+$3), green Chile mac and cheese ($12), their teas ($3), and the tiramisu ($5). The service is very good and they're friendly. I'm not a massive mac and cheese lover but this wasn't the bad. The cheese was a bit too runny for me and there aren't enough toppings for me compared to how many noodles there are. The chicken has a smoky flavor and kind of tastes like chipotle's chicken. The mac is cooked well and isn't rubbery or hard. The toppings go well with the mac and cheese and I think their flavor profile is good. Their teas and lemonade are both good and help cut some of the cheesiness of the mac. I would not recommend the tiramisu. It's not wet enough and extremely creamy. The coffee flavor is overly bitter. Overall, I think people who like or love mac and cheese would like this place while, for me, it's just decent. read more

The presentation is great but the flavor was entirely lacking. Just tasted like velveeta Mac and cheese if you've made it at home. No additional seasoning and no sharpness from additional shredded or melted cheeses. I could be wrong about the base recipe but either way it did not taste good. Best mac and cheese EVER!!! I had the Sausage and Peppers Mac and Cheese and the Kansas City Salad. I was a little hesitant about BBQ Ranch, but it was fantastic. The staff was super friendly and said if I didn't like the BBQ Ranch they would give me another dressing no charge. I ended up finding a new favorite dressing with the BBQ Ranch. Wow this spot was such a pleasant surprise! We got word of Jimmy Gs through an IG foodie and were actually craving Mac and cheese so I took it as a sign and a dinner spot was easily decided! Lol Upon entering we were welcomed with a warm welcome by the cashier as well as the owner who even stopped by throughout the meal to see how we were enjoying it. The space was clean and offered some table and booth seating. We knew one dish we wanted: the Elote mac and cheese and opted to balance it out with the roasted veggie salad. OMG i am unsure of what they put in their mac and cheese but the flavor was SO SO good--cheesy, creamy, but not over the top. And the fresh corn mixed in was something I never had before and it was perfect. The salad was amazing in itself too. We opted for grilled chicken as the protein and glad we did. It was grilled perfectly and juicy pieces. The strawberry vinaigrette dressing was refreshing and helped balance the whole meal out. Me and my husband ordered the Taco Mac and the Buffalo Mac! The first words out of my husband's mouth after his first bite was "it's not the worst." That pretty much went on to describe our entire experience. The Taco Mac had nearly no tomatoes or lettuce. The ground beef was definitely torn up meatballs that tasted microwaved. There was hardly any flavor to comment on. The Buffalo Mac was a little underwhelming and kind of funky? It definitely needed more of the actual buffalo sauce. It was smothered in blue cheese rather than garnished. Service was polite, but chaotic. We watched lots of customers come back and point out various mistakes and missing pieces of their meal. One of the cook's pans actually caught on fire and made the air smell like smoke and look visibly hazy. Which was ironic because there was a bunch of firefighters ordering.
