This week I was booked for an event at Harkins and Slices came to mind. I asked Anna if it was too late for me to redeem my pie. She got me connected to her employees who made me the perfect vegan pie before the event. I called in and spoke to Roberto and Alex. They were friendly, helpful, and answered my questions about vegan options. By the way, I am blown away by their vegan options!! We settled on a vegan spinach artichoke with no olives. When we picked it up Roberto and Alex greeted us. It was pretty busy in the lobby but they had it handled. I worked in the food industry for many years and I was impressed at what they were doing. And they did it with a smile! It's a small place but they are efficient with keeping the line going. We got our pie. Wow. The flavor was great. They did not short us on toppings. AND THE CRUST! You know it's a great pizza when the crust has you wanting more. My only regrets? I have 2. 1- I didn't come here sooner 2- I should've gotten dessert Come to slices. I am an uber driver who was dispatched to this location on 1/24/26 at 2:06am. When I arrived the doors were locked and nobody was inside. I checked the business hours online and it says they're open until 3am. I called the restaurant, no answer. I then had to cancel the order due to the business hours being incorrect, which counts against our cancellation rating even though it's not our fault for cancel. Uber looks up the business hours online and if it says they're open online - they ding US (even though they weren't *actually* open)! After so many times of this we risk our accounts being deactivated, which directly impacts my income - at no fault of mine. I am willing to edit my review with acknowledgement from the business owner that their hours will either be changed online - or assurance that their business will be staffed during business hours. If not - I believe this review should stay as a message to future customers, to let them know that they may end up driving across town on any given night just to be met with locked doors during active business hours :(

So, you might or might not like it based on your preference. My goal is to sample every non-duplicative menu item in the next couple weeks, and give a fuller review.
