Why, oh why hadn't we ever tried this place before?! It's delicious! Love the variety of noodle dishes, and hubz ate every bite of the butter noodles with chicken, and he rarely finishes a full dinner! I come here once in a while and haven't been disappointed yet. So far the creamy macaroni and cheese is my favorite. The service here is excellent and the restaurant is clean. My son really likes noodles and company and this location is 5 minutes from our house. Unfortunately they consistently mess up orders. After the last issue, we hadn't ordered here in months but thought we would give it a try. I ordered a salad which was suppose to come with cucumber, Roma tomatoes, boiled egg, bacon, onion and avocado. I substituted the onion and avocado, which were removed, but the substitution items weren't added. Also, the salad didn't come with any cucumbers and instead of Roma tomatoes, they used sun dried tomatoes that really didn't pair well with the dressing. The put the salad in the same bag as a hot Parmesan chicken pasta and sealed it up so by the time I got my food home (5 minutes away) my salad was nice and warm with wilted lettuce. My son ordered the Parmesan chicken with extra protein which it definitely didn't come with. It really didn't even look like it came with the normal amount of protein. Some mistakes are expected especially if it is busy. When I went into the restaurant there was only one group who already had their food. I had to wait at the counter while the employees finished their conversation in the back before I was even acknowledged. I have tried this place on a couple occasions and it is clear they lack accountability and proper supervisions. I received a response from the store overnight to mail me a "free bowl" and they explained that they use grape tomatoes now not Roma which doesn't really explain why sun-dried tomatoes were in my salad. The Alfredo pasta, and the mac & cheese both with Impossible Chicken were absolutely mouthwatering and fulfilling. I don't eat meat, so I don't get fat easily and need lots of carbs. Good customer service. Our cashier was friendly and efficient. I had the Wisconsin macaroni and cheese (with extra sauce) and it was quite enjoyable. My companions had the Japanese pan noodles with tofu, and the roasted garlic cream tortelloni. I don't remember what my third companion. My macaroni was delicious, but it definitely needed the extra sauce. My companions all enjoyed their meals, except they all agreed that their noodles were a bit dry. But they should get their props too. Have you ever just wanted a steaming hot vat of noodles, with an emphasis on quantity over quality? I HAVE! If you have too, this is your spot. My fella and I have ordered from here twice now. They make their noodle bowls highly customizable, very affordable, and decently satisfying. Together, my fiance and I have ordered the LEANguini Lemon Parm, the Cauliflower Rigatoni Rosa, and the Penne Rosa (penne subbed with LEANguini noodles). Extra sauce for ya girl (who is a mess for carbs and sauce). The food is always hot, the noodles satisfying with a great mouth feel, and the chicken in the "Parm" dishes is always soo unbelievably crispy. Especially for something that's been in transport and hot enough to create condensation in the container... A rather impressive feat in my book. I especially like their LEANguini option, a lower calorie, lower carb noodle option. I'm not sure how they do it... I wouldn't rule out deals with the unholy one, but I'm not going to question or dig too deep into it either. This is not a world changing dinner, sorry folks... But the ingredients are good, the food arrives hot, and my taste buds (and stomach) were satisfied with Noodles and Company's fare. Definitely will order again next time I'm feeling noodles without a ton of carb guilt (and post carb-heavy meal sluggishness). 3 stars for a decently satisfying meal with a wee bit less guilt. Throwing in an extra star bc I'm feeling generous, they manage to keep their breaded chicken crispy, and I like that the containers can be resused. This place will always be my comfort spot. First of all, in my opinion, you must get the Mac n cheese if you come here. I love the Wisconsin Mac n cheese. I love how they throw on shredded cheese after they make the Mac n cheese to add even more cheesiness!!! Only 6.95 for a regular size of Mac n cheese which I think is a steal. However, the taste does get repetitive bite after bite, so I recommend getting a side Caesar salad to go along with it. Only 1.95 which is a perfect portion! I thought the Mac n cheese and salad went perfect together. My girlfriend always get the spaghetti and meatballs which she absolutely loves! Good prices for some amazing food. The staff is also very kind and friendly. I love how helpful they are when you are debating about what to get. They always have some great recommendations. I was considering editing my last review to leave the business a 5 star review. I'm not even sure if my old reviews will be here since I am editing my last one. The first issue I had was with them decreasing their protein but charging the same amount although that's not really a huge deal. The second issue I had was when I ordered take out and there was an expiration date sticker in my bowl. (See picture) Now the third issue I have, which occurred December 5th 2022 is the fact that the chicken that was served to me was raw. (Second picture) I feed this food to my daughter and now I have to worry about her getting salmonella due to this locations lack of giving a shit, to put it frankly. I was willing to look past the first two issues and I continued to support this business at least 3x a week for dinner. But this is the last straw and I feel like I need to report this company before they make somebody sick. I do know for a fact that if my daughter gets sick, you will see me at least one more time and I will be bringing an attorney with me. You should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

We've been excited for this place to open, tried it for the first time tonight. The cost was approximately $19 for one small bowl, one regular bowl and a tiny salad. We asked to see the bowl sizes before we ordered, they were impressive. Unfortunately, the bowls are barely half full. Not a great value. In fact, I'm sitting in the restaurant about to leave and we will stop by In-N-Out burger to fill up. As for value, I would give it a three on a 10 point scale. The restaurant has some inherent problems. It is pretty busy, likely because it is new, and they have one soda machine with a long line, a very small condiment and drink station with a line, seating on the side that you would never know is there and the bathrooms are single person, not conducive to a busy place. It's pretty loud even at three quarters full. So for layout, I would give it a five on a 10 point scale. The food is a six on a 10 point scale. We ordered the Japanese pan noodles and the spicy Korean beef noodles. Neither were remarkable, somewhat bland. And not plentiful. Atmosphere is decent, a bit cramped. There are many staff members, all seem to be extremely friendly, which is very nice. They are all running around diligently to keep everyone fed and the place relatively clean. For staff, I would give it a nine on a 10 point scale. This place has a great location with lots of traffic. But, in order to make it, some changes will certainly be required. Would we come back? Ordered through DoorDash (incredible quick service). I ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles and the man got the Steak Stroganoff. Let's start with the ordering process. You have the main description of the food with everything in it. Ex: Steak Stroganoff.. seems like it would include the steak. This is an up-charge that you have to add. Not a big deal (very strange though since STEAK is in the name of the dish). The prices here are very reasonable so I didn't red flag just yet. My order was similar that you can add more or less of what you want. Jumping to the food itself. Mine was not edible. Now the Japanese Pan Noodles are in a soy sauce but there was so much in it, it was way too salty to even eat. The broccoli looked like it had been sitting under a warmer for hours. Nothing good about this dish. I didn't want to influence the man so did not tell him I hadn't eaten it but asked later how his Stroganoff was- without prompting he said it was way too salty. So two meals over salted. Maybe this was a bad day for them. My most positive to this was the DoorDash delivery. Try Noodles & Co and form your own opinion. read more

Gotta admit. We ordered from here on nationwide nail Mac and cheese day and no one else delivered out our way so we gave it a try. Got the mac n cheese and the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese and a side of meatballs. Meatballs were, well pretty awful frozen meatballs. The Mac n cheese however was actually good ole fashioned stick to your rib Mac n cheese like mom used to make. And there was plenty of it. The portions were really big.
