For under $20 we were able to get a wrap/burrito , a salad and 2 drinks!! Totally recommend if you're on a budget but want something on the healthier side. Quick to go and drive thru! I love Salad and Go for both a healthy and affordable breakfast, lunch or dinner. Sadly, I was disappointed as I paid extra for tofu and did not receive. In addition, I didn't receive the avocado. I even shook it up thinking maybe it's at the bottom. Love the ability to create your own, but worried to order again and have it not made right. The service is always very friendly, and this would have been a 5-star if I didn't have this issue. When salad and go first opened, I was very impressed, but the last few times I have visited I have been unhappy. I'm very disappointed with the measly morsels of chicken on top of the salad and the three crumbles of feta on the Greek salad. I feel like I'm paying for just lettuce and one or two little tomatoes and a few Greek olives. It's so not worth it. Don't bother. I didn't know that their dressings are house-made with no artificial ingredients or preservatives. I just know that when I get them with my salad they come in little sealed bags that I have to cut open before using. It's nice that the salads include roasted chicken or tofu. Apparently they are baked. I also didn't know that they are tossed in a house-made ginger-chili marinade. I thought that the chicken tasted more like rosemary than ginger or chili. Apparently, adding steak is an additional $2.39. I got my usual, a Buffalo Chicken Salad with Carrots, Celery, Jalapeños, Tomatoes, Croutons, Romaine, Buffalo Chicken. They have a lot of options for dressings: Creamy Blue Cheese GF, Balsamic Vinaigrette GF DF V, Basil Pesto GF, BBQ Ranch GF, Caesar GF, Creamy Greek GF, Jalapeño Ranch GF, Ranch GF, Thai Peanut GF DF. I just got my usual the Balsamic Vinaigrette GF DF V and Basil Pesto GF. I like them both the best. The basil has a strong basil flavor and makes my salad slick with the oil. I get salads here when I'm in Arizona visiting my son. For a quick service salad place the salads are good size, and very tasty. We don't have any near me in California, which is a bummer because I love to be able to just pick up a salad real quick and take it home. The employees are always friendly and service is great. I believe they do not have any sitting in the restaurants it's all drive-through, but I would recommend this if you want to grab a quick salad on your way home from work, school or play. read more

I love this place. My fav salad is the Cobb with tofu. I have tried the others which are equally as delicious but I love the Cobb. My kids like the protein boxes. I've always had good service there. I love salad and go but I HATE this location. I have gone twice in the last week and both times my order has been wrong (for context, they've gotten my order wrong lots of times in the past, but two times in one week is absurd). My first trip, I asked for steak on my salad. They gave me chicken and steak. I pointed out the chicken to the window person and they seemed to be confused as to why I'd complain about extra protein but I don't like their chicken. So they remade it, fine, all good and we can move on. I went again today and asked to add red onion to my salad since it didn't come with it. When I got home (and I should've known to check in the drive thru line but I was in a rush and forget) THEY FORGOT BOTH THE RED ONIONS AND THE SALAD DRESSING. I feel I am writing this review on behalf of myself and the female patron who came after me as we both shared the same horrible experience. In fact she mentioned this was the second consecutive time she has issues at this location. We both placed our order online at least 20 minutes prior to arrival. The staff completely forgot my order, and I assume they forgot hers as she was forced to wait. We stood outside for 10+ minutes.. in the beautiful 115° Arizona sun while multiple cars, who were not present upon our arrival, were served in a timely manner. At this point, the female patron stormed to her car because the car line was faster and the AC while waiting was preferable. I stood by the window peering in as car after car were served, then the manager came to the window. I expected her to apologize for the wait - nope. No apology, unaware I had even been waiting, and wore an empty and unapologetic smile as I explained my dissatisfaction. Her excuse was that they had one chef. I can understand that and sympathize, but it didn't explain why 4 cars were served while I waited for an order placed well in advance. My food was finally done and the sarcastic "have a nice day" was maddening. Lastly, the order was wrong. They forgot the egg in both salads. Just the icing on the cake for an already pitiful situation. I'll be reaching out to corporate. Avoid this location. read more

I paid for avocado and blue cheese crumbles to be added to my wrap. I also ordered NO croutons. I think I got about 10 croutons and no avocado or blue cheese. I paid for those 2 ad on items. I'd like to have had them in my wrap. Also, my wife ordered a wrap that had avocado in it. Do you FREEZE your avocado before use? Pretty sure the avocado in her wrap chipped her crown. Absolutely absurd. If you don't give a crap about doing stuff correctly, don't offer it on the menu. After I felt the avocado that came out of her wrap I was thankful mine was forgotten considering it was hard as a rock, not even a joke. This place is such a goldmine! Not only are the prices great, but the portions of their food are amazing! I pick up lunches for medical offices about 4-5 times a week, and can honestly say, this is by far the BEST value for food and drink! I personally love their salads- there's a great variety of toppings, and they offer tofu , which is nice. However, I'd love if they had plain tofu without the sauce, but I still order it. I've ordered from a few locations in the East valley, and this one is my favorite. The salads have been the best here, with a good amount of each topping, compared to others that don't make as "full" of a salad. Olivia has been such a pleasure to work with! She's assisted me on a few occasions, snd always accommodates my requests. She's also very nice, which I appreciate and enjoy. This Ray Road location in Ahwatukee just opened recently and we drove through twice already. Once for lunch and once for breakfast. The only negative that I can see is it's a double Drive through Lane that merges into one lane and one order board. I'm sure they did the double drive through lanes to eliminate traffic in the parking lot, but it's very difficult to see who's turn it is at the merger .Salads are huge and a great price $5.74. We had the Thai with chicken.The breakfast burritos are $2.99. We had the fiesta burrito,which we enjoyed. Other locations have a separate drive-through lane for mobile orders, I did not see that at this location. read more
