Cobb Salad

I'll give them good effort on the presentation, but they literally gave me rotten avocado not a single piece is good, every staffer should be named that was working tonight and should get written up or some sort of strike because I would get sick for eating food like this

Salad and Go so far has had pretty fresh salad when I went there. Only once have I had some old pieces of lettuce. Even then they were little pieces mingled here and there. There weren't any huge chunks of old lettuce. My favorite is their Buffalo chicken or regular chicken. I also like the mozzarella balls. They taste sweet and fresh. The carrots shreds are fine. The tomatoes have been generally good. I think only once did I get an old batch of tomatoes. I think of their dressings, the pesto and the balsamic is good. The pesto is a little light on flavor. The balsamic is tangy. I like how they work together. The service was fast as usual and I got what I ordered. Usually I don't think it's necessary to say but at some other restaurant you don't get what you order necessarily.

Thai Chicken Salad wrap was delicious. Fresh and filling. Service was friendly and quick. Definitely coming back to this location.

Strawberry & sweet potatoes salad .. add chicken

This is my go to lunch spot even though there is always a line, it moves quickly. I've had every salad on the menu with chicken or tofu (the tofu here is really good). You won't be disappointed or hungry. The Cobb in my opinion is the most filling (avocado, egg, bacon), the fall harvest with the sweet potatoes is my favorite and I'm currently crushing on the Southwest Sonoran with tofu. Yum! I haven't had the wild rice soup yet but the chicken pot pie soup is delicious. They also make really good and filling breakfast burritos. Drinks menu is pretty great too .. blueberry basil, cucumber mint lemonade, ice tea, cold brew... $1.00 each Salad & a drink $7.75 .. totally affordable, filling, healthy & delicious. There's a walk up window and a drive thru. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Salad & Go is the Babe Ruth or Hank Aaron of the salad world. They're always battin it out of the park and 100% consistent quality. I had another great Cobb salad which was very fresh with plenty of delicious chunks of bleu cheese. The strawberry drink on the side was also amazing. Staff of Manager Daisy and Ryan provided flawless service. There's a lot of restaurants that offer lesser service and food for 3x more $$. These guys ROCK!

8/22/2020 Covid days A limited menu awaits your order. Salads are under $6 which includes chicken or tofu with about 10 choices to select from. I went with my usual of bbq chicken and Cobb salad. I was Sad that they removed the parfait off the list for now. I forgot to take a pic of the menu. And as always if you skip on the utensils this will help keep the cost low for the overall company cost. Get ready to shake shake shake. One thing I might add is the bbq chicken sauce seemed a bit watery.

Winter Harvest Salad with the Organic mango green tea. Love it!

I'm not an avocado toast type person, but as a (temporary) non-dairy consumer, I thought it sounded…read morelike it would be worth a try. Boy was I right! If all avocado toasts were like this, I don't know why anyone would choose something else! The sourdough bread was lightly toasted but not so stiff that it scraped up my mouth. The flavors of the toppings gave it a hearty, yet sweet decadence and the aioli really sealed the deal! My server checked on me plenty but not more than was comfortable and the place itself was small, but it wasn't overwhelming in any way. I can't wait to come back and try more menu items! (There were about ten small tables under the "Brunchin" wall, just didn't want to share all of the people that were filling them)

Tried the strawberry colada mimosa as it was the special of the month. I only tasted champagne with hint if strawberry no coconut. Name felt slightly misleading. Food: I got the banana foster French toast - this was really good not to sweet, nice crunchy ends with soft middle. Per usual no combo for French toast so a side of bacon was $4 and so are potatoes. They do offer a platter for $7 but it includes eggs which i did not want. We ordered side of chicken it needed seasoning bad. Service was okay I feel our waitress tried to connect with us but she was a little awkward. Slightly overpriced for food that is pretty simple in my opinion.

My friend and I both ordered mediums with 75% sweetness, and it was the perfect drink for a hot, humid summer morning. Sweet enough to feel like a treat without being over the top. We also ordered matching bagel sandwiches. I do wish they offered a turkey bacon option, but the sandwiches were still hot, fresh, and delicious. The real star was the mayo aioli. I could probably put that on just about anything. The vibes are wonderful too. It's cozy, welcoming, and the kind of coffee shop where you want to linger with a friend for a while. My only critique is the layout of the front room. There always seems to be a line, but there's not really a good place for it to go besides in front of the entrance and the water station. It turns into a lot of "excuse me" and people weaving around each other. It's definitely a good problem to have because they're clearly popular, but I hope as they continue to flourish, they're able to expand into a larger space or rethink the flow a bit. Either way, I'll absolutely be back. Just save me another coconut brown sugar latte.

They have a larger patio space outdoors, which I asked and discovered they are dog friendly so happy to find another venue we can bring the girls to. The patio was still shaded when we left about noon so it's a good spot for pups. Two of our group was already seated when we arrived so we joined them upon arrival. Lisa, our server, immediately came over for drink orders and confirm we were still waiting for others to join. Lisa, was so patient and friendly while the group gathered and decided what to order. I asked for a glass of O.J. which was sans pulp for those who don't like it in their O.J. I prefer some to jazz it up but it was a good glass of juice. They have a good sized menu with both breakfast and lunch offerings, and it took a bit to decide on what we were eating. I decided on the Corned Beef Hash with two eggs over-medium and a pancake. I asked for it on a separate plate and she said no worries, that's how it is served. The hash was sooo good! Cooked to a crispy crust and so flavorful and not salty at all, which I loved because sometimes hash can be salty. It also came with hash browns, which were cooked perfectly and not greasy in the least. I asked for my eggs over-medium and they too were cooked to perfection. It came with one pancake (I chose this in place of toast) and it was good size cake, with a nice malty flavor. It's sprinkled lightly with powder sugar and a dispense of warm syrup was provided as well. Really good breakfast! Wife went with the 2 egg breakfast with bacon and sourdough toast. They serve a wonderful homemade blackberry jam with the toast, which was really good and jammy. She also had her eggs done the same way as me and they were cooked to perfection. The bacon was perfect and she commented about the hash browns being cooked to a crunchy outer and tender on the inside. Everyone else said their meals were just as good and everything looked delicious. Great breakfast find and we will be back! Thank you to all of the staff and cooks!

Always hoping a local recommendation turns out great. *Service: the service was fair. Our waitress spent most of the time sitting in the booth across from us on her phone and checked in occasionally. A few times we had to ask for things we needed. Nothing rude, just not especially attentive or engaged. Definitely didn't feel like her #1 priority. *Food: I ordered the tuna *melt*. It was alright, but nothing to write home about. The tuna itself was relatively cold (should have been warm on a melt) and lacked flavor, the cheese wasn't melted (it's a "melt", right?), and the bread was good. I dipped and drenched in salt, pepper, ranch and hot sauce to give it some flavor. The fries were good, hot and tasty. Overall, it felt like a mid-level café sandwich made by a basic "cook", not a well curated restaurant sandwich. My lunch buddy ordered a smothered omelette that looked great, and he said it was very good, so that was good. *Ambiance: the atmosphere was decent. Very basic, a bit cold feeling, café-like, casual, and reasonably comfortable. Nothing stood out strongly other than it seemed pretty clean and bright. *Value: my tuna melt and fries, with no drink, was $16. Not great, not terrible. It felt like an $8-$10 sandwich max for what I got, not a standout value. I posted a picture of their specials board so you can get a feel for the value. *Overall: everything here was fair, food, service, and ambiance while value was not great. Nothing bad, nothing memorable. A three-star experience for me. I wouldn't rush back, but wouldn't avoid it if I was in the area and others wanted to go. *Update: I have a strong reputation for detailed, honest, and trustworthy reviews. What we experienced is accurately and honestly captured in this review. There were no misunderstandings, our experience is captured exactly as reviewed.
