But recently we met there just for dessert, and I have to say... I was wrong. The frozen custard was so good. Super creamy, rich, and somehow still really affordable. I loved all the mix-in options and the portion sizes were generous without feeling ridiculous. Plus the service was quick, which is always a win when you're just popping in for a sweet treat. I usually like Culver's, but this location has slipped in quality. I have given it several opportunities but it doesn't improve. I order the veggie burger. The last several times I've been here the veggie burger patty has been cold, mushy, and weirdly damp. The last time I was here not only was my burger cold but my fries were too. Had a great experience tonight at Culver's! My husband and I went tonight for the first time and it was so good. I got the Culver's Deluxe with the pretzel bites and he got the mushroom Swiss burger with jalapeño curds. Everything was so yummy and felt so high quality for a fast food place!! The tables were also clean, and the condiments area and bathrooms were impeccably clean too which is rare for a fast food joint. The only thing better than their creamy custard is their welcoming and kind service. During tonight's visit, I planned on sharing a cone with my wife when Patty asked me what I was having. When I told her nothing, she asked me for my favorite flavor. When we told her it was a difficult time because of a recent loss, she said, "I think Santa may have something for you." When she brought me my comped scoop of Butter Pecan, I explained that my mother passed away yesterday and she gave me the biggest hug. It was heartfelt and amazingly sweet. Just received a delivery order from this location. Disappointing. The fries and onion rings are very old, the long ago ancestors of modern food. They should have had last rites read over them and been buried. Similarly, the burger was desiccated and cold. It may have at one time, long long ago resembled cow, but, unfortunately no longer. To round out this stellar experience, the store neglected to pack the milkshake, which I foolishly paid for along with the rest of this wretched meal. Culver's in Chandler is truly a delight! They handle such a high volume of guests in such a short amount of time, and they do it exceptionally well. My family and I stopped in for a quick sweet treat and were genuinely impressed. While we were there, we watched a young woman at the front counter patiently help a grandmother with three very energetic little kids. The kindness and patience she showed was amazing and absolutely noteworthy. Despite how busy it was, they still managed to get everyone's orders out quickly and accurately. That balance of efficiency and genuine customer care is rare. Hats off to this team -- they're not only fast and organized, but they consistently deliver phenomenal food and service. What I like best about culvers is their ice cream. They refer to their ice cream as custard. I prefer the vanilla over the chocolate custard. They have a lot of different options for their custard as well as their concrete mix. I went with the vanilla ice cream custard with the dove chocolate pieces as my mix in. I went through the drive-through because I thought it would be faster than getting my order taken inside. Usually the restaurant is very busy in general so whether I go through the drive-through or go inside the restaurant, it takes a little bit of time to get my food. They must be quite popular. I find that a little surprising because I used to not see any ads for them on the TV. They put a little sticker on your rearview mirror, so that the employees can tell which car needs to be given what food. I really enjoyed my vanilla custard because it was smooth and creamy. One of my faves here is grilled chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes. Maybe because they are based out of Wisconsin makes them a decent fast food place in my opinion. I have eaten in once and it was a good enough experience. I don't care for the drive thru set up as it seems to make the wait much longer and almost makes me want to go inside rather use drive thru. Well... I'm retired so I don't always keep track of time like I use to do. I pulled over to get a fish filet sandwich and did not realize that it was 9:30am and they do not open until 10am. I was wondering why the intercom was not responding but a nice lady at the window waved me forward and took my order. When they brought my food to my car the manager was standing there and informed me that they do not open until 10am. It then dawned on me that they went out of their way and beyond to serve me that morning. My fish sandwich with sourdough is one of my favorites. I love the salads as well. And what is there not to like about just about everything on the menus that I have tried. I love Culver's and I appreciate the crew that was so gracious and kind serving me that morning. I stopped in for a burger today. After I ordered imagine my surprise that I didn't even notice three chairs against the wall. Chairs to sit @ while waiting for your food! Genius. Sometimes it can get crowded and you don't know who's in line and who's waiting for their order. Plus as someone w Chronic Fatigue... sometimes the wait can be rough. I also appreciated that they're still using the sticky numbers from the pandemic. As a germaphob I prefer these to the plastic flag numbers. My husband and I have never been to a Culver's before and came here while our car was charging. We had a little issue with our food but David and Nicholas went above our expectations to correct the issue and provided exceptional customer service. Although they were busy, they stopped to ensure we were taken care of. The food was delicious and the fish tasted fresh. I basically don't have to leave my subdivision to get to this location. 3 minutes max. So when I order a concrete mixer, leave immediately to pick it up, and it's already like soup... ‍ It's been in my freezer for about 30 minutes and still drips off the spoon like a thick gravy. And this is twice now that has been the case (I'll skip how bad the other food was on the last order - didn't even attempt food again!). Maybe I just got spoiled growing up on the IL/WI border where they started and are always amazing. Maybe I need to try another location. The commercials paid dividends as they persuaded us to commit to Culver for a family dinner. The Drive-thru line looked like In & Out but we were thankful the dining room was open with limited capacity. All of us had burgers with some variations and the buttery bun made it great. The only downside is that my particular burger wasn't made correctly the 1st time... I had a double burger ( yeah yeah) with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and bacon. When I let them know, they made it a priority to get it right. I didn't get to eat my burger & fries together (crinkle cuts) but it worked out just as well. Soft drink cups require a new one for a refill and upon exiting, the desert was a must. Great upgrade for a fast-food spot and the staff was very friendly and eager to make sure we had a good experience. We've now added it to our dining rotation as part of the pandemic!! read more

The first thing to know about this place is CUSTOMER SERVICE They actually have it. I know! Imagine??? Everyone is nice, attentive. They're working hard, not standing around. They don't ignore you. Drive into town after a 16hr drive from Dallas, TX! This was my first meal not eating in the car. They forgot an item I ordered so I had to go back and get it. The manager "Kate" went above and beyond and reimbursed me back for the missing item and gave me the chilli cheese fries that was missing and gave me a complimentary ice crean as an apology for driving back. Stopped into this Culver's in Chandler on Ray Rd and the 101 for lunch with my son before mini golf and was thoroughly disappointed with not only the dining room, but the employee I heard say "what the hell" out loud at least twice while talking with another associate. The dining room floor had not been touched in who knows how long, the drink and condiment station had several spills and was in disarray. It took us several tries to find a clean table and only did so from the kind gentleman who was leaving and told us he cleaned the table before he sat down. Even after him dining, it was the cleanest spot in the place. This was not a staff shortage issue since there were four associates standing in front behind the registers (with no customers), along with all the other staff in the back, AND the two associates taking a break in the dining room. The food was warm, and delivered correctly, which is the only reason this review isn't a single star. When the food came out, the server (Mr. Whatthehell) didn't say thank you or any cordial comment. Just repeated our order number and "here you go". We like Culver's when it needs to be quick, which is why we usually do drive-thru. This day we had a few minutes and made the decision to go in and sit down. Not again. We'll stick with drive-thru when we don't have to see what's going on inside. read more

What can we say other than we are very impressed with Culver's food... Surprisingly so! We have been watching an LA food blogger compare them to other fast food burgers and ranking them on the same level as In-N-Out and Shake Shack. That's when we knew we had to come and try it for ourselves. The burger is fantastic! It's a smash burger & we opted for the deluxe. I have to say that we think the burger patty itself is right up there with In-N-Out and that's really saying something as we are regular In-N-Out customers. They have crinkle cut french fries which are excellent. We opted for extra crunchy yesterday & triex the regular crinkle cut fries today ... we prefer the extra crunchy ones personally. My son loved it so much we are back for our second time in as many days! Overall compared to ALL restaurant burgers it's a 4 out of 5 ...but a 5 out of 5 when comparing to other fast food burgers!! read more

First time at Culver's. Burger was flavorful and filling! Hubby said Atlantic Cod lacked flavor. Salted Caramel Pumpkin Concrete was delicious! I'm not normally a pumpkin fan but this was subtle and great! Fries are just fries... meh but dip in that cheese sauce=heaven! Staff was amazing and super helpful when telling them it was our first time in. Place was very so-so with cleanliness, it took us a few walks around to find a table that wasn't occupied or dirty.
