Eating out has not been cheap, I decided to stray away from the typical burger spot in hopes to find something different that could justify the price. I first ordered on DoorDash and because it was great, decided to stop by in store. Burgers hit the spot, it's not fancy but it's also not the cheapest. Sides could use a bit of work; they did mention to me that they don't salt/season the patties--for me this is great as I can control that after it's been served. Garlic fries smelled heavenly but when tasting, is missing some sort of kick that could match the aroma. Store was clean and customer service was great, cashier even helped me with ordering a plain patty for my pup waiting in the car. Best put, the burgers will hit the spot, and the price is about right. First time trying this place because they had bogo classic burgers on Wednesday. Not sure how the email got into my inbox but I'm glad it did. My first impression wasn't great on the customer service but it definitely got better. The classic burgers were double stacked and came with really good melted cheese. We also got chicken tenders and cheese fries. My daughter didn't care for the tenders because it wasn't crispy or flavorful enough but the fries were very fresh and delicious. If you sign up on the app they also give you a free burger with $10 purchase. My husband is already talking about coming back tomorrow. read more

I needed a good burger, found this place. I didn't want anything fancy, just basic, until I seen the cheesy burger... 4 slices of cheese!! *drool*. That's what I ordered and some cheese curds with a fountain drink. The gentleman taking my order asked if it was my first time.. I guess i stood out lol. He expressed the cheesy burger was his favorite. I was pretty excited to devour it when it came out. I almost didn't take pictures. After I inhaled the cheesy burger he asked how it tasted.. and it was DELICIOUS!! I wanted another one but people started to come in. The gentleman made my visit very personable, just by asking how it tasted and being communicative. When I was leaving he went out of his way to say bye, I turned and waved. Tried this place after constantly driving by and it was completely worth the stop. The staff is extremely nice the lady taking our order explained the menu when we said it was our first time. I'm someone who likes to do modifications and she was super accepting of them unlike other burger places. The food was fresh, hot and tasted amazing. The ambiance is that of any other fast food burger place but I enjoy that they have more than just burgers and sandwiches. I finished my meal with a milkshake and it was divine. We went to this restaurant on national Burger day which probably was a mistake but we couldn't pass up the offer for a buy one get one free burger. The restaurant was packed when we went and I'm sure that had a lot to do with why the service was so slow that day but still I couldn't give them five stars based on the fact that took them 30 minutes for them to make our carryout order. The restaurant is super clean and The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I did like the way the restaurant was decorated it had a very crisp and clean feel to it. The burger was very good. The fries on the other hand were under seasoned. Another reason why I could not give them a higher rating. My son has been here several times since it's opened and has always gotten it "to go". Today he took me and again got it to take home. As you walk in the restaurant they have many ad's around shop showcasing their burgers. By the door there is signage to download there app. which I did. It's an order at the counter and called name for pick up. Plenty of seating and clean open concept. Menu is above counter to review prior to ordering. My son and I both selected the cheesesteak. This is made with melted American cheese, topped with shaved steak, bacon, ranch & grilled onions. Sides extra and went with the tots (extra crispy). On our way out we requested their gold sauce. Packed a little odd, IMO but that wasn't too big of a deal. Lots of cheese on the sandwich, NO bacon & could have used a little more meat filling for the price. The gold sauce made it better tasting as otherwise a little bland. The tots were really good and had a great crunch, just the way I wanted them. Since downloading the app. I did earn points and an additional offer to come back for a promotional burger. I'm a part time DoorDash driver and have picked up from this restaurant multiple times and every time I pick up here I say to myself, I ought to try this place some time..." They have an impossible burger, which is right up my alley. Today I finally tried it via a DoorDash order and was pretty disappointed. My impossible melt was missing the sauce and grilled onions and the cheese was barely melted. It's like they took a warm burger and laid a cold piece of cheese on it. I ordered a regular side of fries with this, which were cold and soggy and the dipping sauce I choose, the Wayback gold sauce, was a tad bit too sweet for my liking. I can forgive the cold fries because I had the order delivered but the missing ingredients and underdoneness of the fries is inexcusable. read more

THIS IS A MUST TRY!!!!! We came down from Tucson, found this place on google and let me tell y'all THIS ISH WAS FIRE!!!! One of the best burgers we've had in a while AND at such an amazing price. Don't even get me started on the Cajun tatter tots, if you're ever close by and craving a burger or tatter tots they have the best burgers, everything they have is so flavorful in the most best way possible. I had ~25min drive & burgers were warm/ok but fries & onion rings were cold by then. Burgers were fine. Hubby liked chili on fries but fries themselves just ok. Very nice new Burger Joint in town. Nicely designed interior. Go to the counter order and they bring out once done. Nice people at the counter were as helpful as they could be.. I had the double burger and fries with Soda. $14.00 seems to be pretty reasonable these days. Had my sandwich after a short wait. Fair amount of fries nice and hot. The burger was just ok for me. A little on the dry side and I'd prefer sliced onions not chopped. While everything was good there was nothing standing out to me. The burger tasted like something from a bad family BBQ. Very thin and old tasting patty, with a half-melted Kraft Single on a bun that was ice cold. The fries were the kind that taste very potatoey and very old and soggy. Almost like Five Guys Fries but much worse and without the salt. The Shake was half edible but again, nothing was good.
