It's been a minute since we've been to this location. We moved recently, so there's one a little closer to us now. Stopped by this location today for the deals, as I'm a rewards member and Tuesday's are "buy one, get one 50% off" (bone in wings). Sat right away, as it wasn't too busy at 4:45 PM. Our server came shortly there after and got our drink orders in. "Of course", did the daily special along with their new sampler of featured sauces which was $3.99. You are NOT able to just sample these now. In order to try them you have to purchase this adorable promo pack. We liked them. It was 6 flavors: 1) South African Peri Peri = Good, 2) Asian Yuzu Wasabi=Delicious, but not sure on wings, 3) Canadian Maple Sweet Chili= Super Sweet yet nice, 4) European Sweet Curry= Favorite, 5) Mexican Smokey Elote= tasty, but again not sure on wings, and 6) South American Creamy Chimichurri= I make a better one! LOL We were impressed with our server throughout our dining experience. She was professional and thorough. Their menu, daily offerings & reward incentives keeps us coming back to BWW's. They have so many options & excellent $ for someone on a budget. It's cheaper than fast food (currently) and to feel completely satisfied for 3 people for around $45 bucks absolutely can't complain. I got there with my family, and the Salina seated us quickly, had great service, and was very welcoming.

I have been coming here three times a week since 2018. It is truly the cheers bar. The food is great. The prices are reasonable and they always have a $4 22 ounce beer special 24 hours a day seven days a week. The owner is awesome and takes a personal interest in the business and the manager is awesome. It's the place where everyone knows your name. read more

It's had been quite a while since we ate at B-Dubs, but we couldn't decide where to go and I had been holding onto a gift card for a few years (forgot I had it). We were greeted and seated right away. It's had standard sports bar and grill decor--looks of TVs and lots of photos of athletes. One cool thing is the trivia game on one of the big screens. You can play by scanning the QR code that pops up on the screen. The Friday special had $5 margaritas and $5 question and chips, so we got the question and a couple of margarita, the strawberry margarita and the tropical margarita. They were fine. We all ordered something different. Between us we got boneless wings, a patty melt, naked tenders, and a chicken sandwich. All were good and quite large-- three of the four of us couldn't finish our meals and took some home. This place is predictable, which can be a good thing. Just your typical BWW sports bar! We had a craving for wings and this was nearby so we decided to stop in. We were immediately seated & greeted by the friendly hostess staff. We were a party of 3 and had a 7 year old with us-odd as they sat us basically in the bar area. We started off with fried pickles which are paired with a southwest ranch sauce for dipping. The pickles were perfectly fried & the ranch had a really good smoky flavor to it. I feel like it may have had a bit of chipotle in it. Their lunch menu is great & offers a great selection of items for a good price. I opted for boneless wing combo with fries and a drink for $10.99. I got half Wild & half mango habanero for flavored. Shockingly, my wings had only a subtle hint of spice to them. Odd as Wild is one of their spiciest flavors & usually comes with a good kick! Went to pick up an online order that my husband placed. The hostess did not seem to be in the best of moods. She looked at me as if I bothered her. I proceeded to ask for my order and she said well it's not ready. I then looked at the screen to see the name on my order under the READY section. She then rolled her eyes, looked at the other hostess and said, well it's not ready, maybe a couple minutes. I didn't mind that it wasn't ready, but just didn't need the attitude. When my order came out, I said thank you and her response was "have a nice day". But in a snarky way like okay you can go now. Not a good experience. Food wise, the fried pickles are always good. You guys need to close. When the word "wings" is in your name, you should know how to cook them. Waiter confirmed he hears this all the time and suggested corporate has killed the company. He explained they pre-cook the wings, then finish them later, and they HAVE to cook them for so many minutes. So there are no chefs here, just cooks. The result is a wing where the meat is so dry, you have to have 2 more beers than you expected as it's like choking down horse feed. I had the same experience last time, but wanted to give them another shot as everyone has a bad day. So it's not a bad day, just a bad restaurant. That said, the new Kickin Chicken sandwich was great. I'll have to learn how to recreate that from home as there's no way in this lifetime that I'll go back. Pizza places have far superior wings, so does your local grocery store. Really sad as this place used to be fun to hang out and have some juicy, and really big wings. To have wings this big way overcooked, you're not even close as you're over-cooking them at LEAST 3 more minutes than you should, maybe more. I make bomb wings, so i know. Let someone be an actual chef to oversee quality control, not just cooks that go by a corporate script. Your servers are aware of the issue, so why isn't corp? This place needs to fix the issues or close as you're wasting people's time and good money. Apparently all Buffalo Wild Wings locations are not created equal, because this particular location had excellent food and decent service. We temporarily wrote off the chain due to some rough experiences at the nearby mall, however this location is well managed. We stopped in to get wings and watch some college basketball. We went with our usual spicy garlic and hot boneless wings. This time, we added a new flavor - buffalo ranch, and Nashville hot just to change things up a little. I would avoid Nashville hot because it doesn't taste like you would expect, and buffalo ranch was a winner for all of us. The wings were good sized, hot, and tasted far better than I remember in the past. The service was pretty good, but had to knock it down a little due to some delays and check issues. The ordering process online has been seamless and food has always been ready when I got there at the designated pickup time. For eating in, I still only go here for Ohio State games. Glad to have an Ohio State bar basically a few miles away. In my experience the crowds arent as rowdy as they were, say, back in 2017. Back then the place was packed and just yelling and screaming the whole time. It was great. Now it is toned down a bit - not sure if that is due to Covid, people have a new Buckeye bar, or if management asked everyone to tone it down. Easily the best sports bar in the area. Beers are cheaper than anywhere else, and the wings, burgers, and sauces can't be beat. Kayleigh and Alisha (I go during shift change) are two of the best bartenders of any of the Buffalo Wild Wings locations I've been to. My drink is never empty, and food orders are taken swiftly. Plus, they're pretty funny and carry convo well when it's slower. It's also an Ohio State game watch location, and as an OSU alumni - spotting bits of memorabilia around the bar area and restaurant is a fun surprise and nostalgic reminder. Hubby & I went here tonight for dinner. we were sat at a high top. There was only 1 waitress for that side of the room with way too many tables for only 1 person. The service is the worst I've ever seen! It took 15 minutes to place a carryout order and there was no one in line in front of me. The person behind asked if someone could take our orders and got upset and left. I asked Riley for a cup of water twice while waiting and never received one. After 30 minutes waiting for my order I asked the hostess about my order and it was just sitting in the back on a shelf. We celebrated 4 family members birthdays in the Gilbert location. Our party consisted of 24 people. Our waitresses were Jenny and Hannah. The manager (I didn't catch her name) was very helpful and accommodating. Jenny and Hannah were superb waitresses. They were attentive and so sweet. They made sure to have our drinks filled. Brought out our appetizers right away. They brought out the meals that were ordered as soon as it was ready. It was hot and made right. Even with the size of our party all the orders were correct. The food was good. My birthday daughters love wings and they were happy and enjoyed them. We all had a great time. The ambiance was exactly what my LOUD family needed. My family loves BWW's and this is our go to location, especially during football season. We usually have a great experience here and it is well taken care of. They are currently doing some work on the inside, which I am sure will enhance sports viewing in the future. The wings are always good, and I am loving their cauliflower wings (I just wish they would start serving some vegan ranch, maybe someday!). The servers are hit or miss though. There are a couple we absolutely love, but others definitely need to work on their attentiveness. But overall the food is good, the beer is cold, and we can always watch the game we are looking for. I asked to see manager. Manager explained waitress entered hatch burger, which she said she removed and gave me $4 discount.
