Queso and chips

It's had been quite a while since we ate at B-Dubs, but we couldn't decide where to go and I had been holding onto a gift card for a few years (forgot I had it). We were greeted and seated right away. It's had standard sports bar and grill decor--looks of TVs and lots of photos of athletes. One cool thing is the trivia game on one of the big screens. You can play by scanning the QR code that pops up on the screen. The Friday special had $5 margaritas and $5 question and chips, so we got the question and a couple of margarita, the strawberry margarita and the tropical margarita. They were fine. We all ordered something different. Between us we got boneless wings, a patty melt, naked tenders, and a chicken sandwich. All were good and quite large-- three of the four of us couldn't finish our meals and took some home. This place is predictable, which can be a good thing. You know just what to expect--wings in traditional buffalo sauce (among other sauces).

Boneless wing combo

Just your typical BWW sports bar! We had a craving for wings and this was nearby so we decided to stop in. We were immediately seated & greeted by the friendly hostess staff. We were a party of 3 and had a 7 year old with us-odd as they sat us basically in the bar area. We started off with fried pickles which are paired with a southwest ranch sauce for dipping. The pickles were perfectly fried & the ranch had a really good smoky flavor to it. I feel like it may have had a bit of chipotle in it. Their lunch menu is great & offers a great selection of items for a good price. I opted for boneless wing combo with fries and a drink for $10.99. I got half Wild & half mango habanero for flavored. Shockingly, my wings had only a subtle hint of spice to them. Odd as Wild is one of their spiciest flavors & usually comes with a good kick! Although no spice, my food was still pretty good & everyone enjoyed theirs as well. There is plenty of room here & is a great spot for large groups & the service was very friendly!

We are always warmly welcomed in to this restaurant. The space is huge, no matter how busy it is they always find us a seat. We always get the same thing (a chicken sandwich and fries for him, boneless wings and tots for me) and it is consistently delicious. The beers are always quickly served and icy cold. I will never go to another branch of B-Dubs! This version has spoiled me.

FEATHERS STILL ON CHICKEN!!!

I will never eat here again my son's chicken came with FEATHERS on it!! The poor quality of this is alarming and a health hazard. On top of it they were unable to issue a refund due to ordering through DoorDash who also didn't give me a refund. Then offered me a credit in store to the restaurant?? Why would anyone want to eat here after an occurrence like that?

Urrrgg! So looking forward to the weekday perks at BWW's. Have the app. for the rewards etc. Came in last night with my boys and my husband joined a little later. Draft Coors Light was on special for $5 bucks, so we started with that. Wanted to sample the two new sauces (Buffalo Ranch & Luau BBQ) to try out before ordering wings. My boys ordered the BOGO burgers (which is a Monday special) My husband and I did the 10 wing count and each a large fry (love their fries) *Didn't care for the new flavors, so just stuck with our regular sauces for the wings.* We were enjoying our meals and watched a few of the sports games highlighted and chatted amongst ourselves which all made for a nice time until we received our bill. It was slightly over $100?! Ok, 5/6 beers at $5 each- sure! However, our waitress could have expressed to us that "sampling" the two new sauces and a few fries that we would be charged for that! It's literally two "maybe" teaspoons (or less) squeezed out of a bottle onto a wax paper lined metal tray with like 5 fries. Additionally, an up-charge for my "all flats" request and in looking at the bills "BOGO" deal; they claim they take it off at the register on their end, but it still shows at its standard price on the customers receipt and doesn't reflect the discount?! The waitress explained that it's taken off and the sub total provided on our receipt will be the correct amount to pay. Also, they charged us an extra $3 for bacon on a triple bacon cheeseburger that is already suppose to have bacon?! My son received the triple smash bacon burger (see pic) but our server rang it in (I'm assuming) as a cheeseburger & add bacon?! ZERO carrots & ZERO celery added on with the wing orders! We weren't even offered them! Whatever, cause the way they present them now (at-least at this location) they are in weird textured plastic bag and not those standard fresh carrot stick slices, but rather pre- packaged baby carrots. Too much labor costs in that case I'm guessing! O' and two large fries were over $15!! Super disappointing to go to this FRANCHISE location and have ALL these additional charges. A shame to see how the customer is being penalized $$ & taken advantage of by not being forthright about their added fees prior to payment! *This should be addressed at time of service so the customer is aware and can make informed decisions! Just felt like a scam situation in a sense. We will not be dining here again. Learned a lesson after the last few review's over the years, this just topped it.There is no need for us to return as it is just to costly!

Translucent and red gross pieces of $6 side salad.

Translucent and red gross pieces of $6 side salad. I asked to speak with their manager over the phone and she offered to remake it if I came to pick it up again lol.... While I appreciated her making the salad herself and making sure it was fresh when I picked it up, I wish she would have just refunded it for the inconvenience because it was pretty bad what they were serving back there and was inedible. She did throw in a piece of cake which was nice. But definitely look at all your food before you leave this restaurant for to-go orders.. seriously. This is the second time they have goofed up with it.

Wings were hot and tasty. Came on a Friday around 4:30 for happy hour. Bummer is, wings are not on the happy hour menu so they are full price. 40$ for 30 wings was average price. Margaritas were $5 and so were various munchies like the cheese curds. Service was friendly and with a smile. The restaurant was as expected for a commercial wing place.

This is your "spicy chicken deluxe"

Very disappointed with this visit. We ordered 10 wings, onion rings and a chicken sandwich, that's it. We waited over 45 minutes for our food!! The chicken sandwich didn't come with lettuce or tomatoes & the cheese was just thrown on there, cold. On top of that, one of our onion rings had some weird stuff in it which I still can't figure out what it was exactly.

Apparently all Buffalo Wild Wings locations are not created equal, because this particular location had excellent food and decent service. We temporarily wrote off the chain due to some rough experiences at the nearby mall, however this location is well managed. We stopped in to get wings and watch some college basketball. We went with our usual spicy garlic and hot boneless wings. This time, we added a new flavor - buffalo ranch, and Nashville hot just to change things up a little. I would avoid Nashville hot because it doesn't taste like you would expect, and buffalo ranch was a winner for all of us. The wings were good sized, hot, and tasted far better than I remember in the past. The service was pretty good, but had to knock it down a little due to some delays and check issues. Overall, very nice location and worth checking out!

Bar area

Easily the best sports bar in the area. Beers are cheaper than anywhere else, and the wings, burgers, and sauces can't be beat. Kayleigh and Alisha (I go during shift change) are two of the best bartenders of any of the Buffalo Wild Wings locations I've been to. My drink is never empty, and food orders are taken swiftly. Plus, they're pretty funny and carry convo well when it's slower. It's also an Ohio State game watch location, and as an OSU alumni - spotting bits of memorabilia around the bar area and restaurant is a fun surprise and nostalgic reminder. Love this place.

Being early birds, we had the place practically to ourselves, which made for a relaxed, no-rush lunch. I ordered the Jucy Lucy, a cheddar jack stuffed patty on a pretzel bun with sweet potato fries. When I cut into it with the steak knife they give you, molten cheese came pouring out of the center of the patty. That's exactly what you want from a Jucy Lucy and this one delivered. The pretzel bun had that perfect glossy chew, shredded lettuce and what tasted like a Thousand Island-style sauce rounded it out, and the whole thing was gloriously messy. Sweet potato fries were crispy and well-seasoned, not soggy, which is always the gamble with sweet potato fries. My husband went with a double patty burger on a brioche bun with tater tots. Melted cheese was dripping down the sides and those tots came out golden and crunchy. He had no complaints. Paired everything with a pink lemonade cocktail (refreshing, ice-cold, lemon wedge garnish) and waters. Perfect for an Arizona afternoon. Service was quick -- probably helped that we were the early birds -- and the atmosphere is laid-back sports bar vibes with plenty of seating options including comfortable booths, tables, and bar seating. Only reason it's not five stars: it's a little on the pricey side for burgers. But when cheese is literally exploding out of your patty and it's cooked to your expectations, you're getting what you paid for. Would I come back? Absolutely

She asked for our drink order and we both decided on a Moscow Mule and when we took the first sip, we knew this place was going to live up to its name! We ordered an egg roll appetizer that Winnie highly recommended. She did not lead us astray! She even brought us a spoon to scoop the sauce into the egg rolls. Yum!! I ordered a NY Strip steak Medium which came out cooked and seasoned to perfection (high praise from me!) The steak was served on a bed of delicious masked potatoes alongside some of the best green beans I've ever had at a restaurant! My trainer had the French dip with tater tots and he said both were excellent! Winnie convinced us to get dessert (twist my arm) and we agreed to split a piece of the chocolate cake. It was heavenly! Not too sweet, perfect layers, moist and delicious! I can't recommend the chocolate cake enough! The ambiance was perfect! I eat medium rare steak frequently and this was under rare as it wasn't even warm to the touch the first time. Now the food. Let me start with the real star of the show, the Cheesy Mashed Potato Balls. Golden, perfectly crispy panko crust on the outside, and when you bite in? Creamy mashed potato loaded with gooey melted cheese that literally stretches. Paired with that smooth cheese dipping sauce, these are dangerously addictive. I'd order a double next time without hesitation. The wings were incredible, and yes, I taste tested both the Garlic Parmesan AND the BBQ. The Garlic Parm had that rich, savory coating with a beautiful caramelized char. The BBQ brought a sweet, smoky glaze that had me licking my fingers. I also grabbed a burger on a pretzel bun with bacon and sweet potato fries, stacked high, messy in the best way, and the pretzel bun held up like a champ.
