Love that this has waitlist! We joined the list in our way to Chili's and our table was ready when we get there. We treated ourselves to date night here, and my husband and I got the triple dipper and shared the fajitas trio . As usual, the fajitas were steaming hot and definitely enough food for the two of us to share. This location has better service than most of the other Chilis that I've been doing in the past . Our new favorite is the Nashville Mozz sticks, even though this time they didn't have the cheese pool... The flavor was still there. read more

Our waitress was pleasant but I waited for a couple of minutes for a host to show up to seat me. She finally gets to the host stand with her soda in hand (that wasn't the problem) but doesn't greet me just looks me up and down and asks how many. Again, our server was pleasant enough but the front host area could use some work. On top of that my friends queso had a very long hair in it. Food was decent, I'll always come for the triple dipper but there's plenty of Chili's in the area. Might have to go to a different location. read more

I like Chili's. It's very consistent and the deals they have their are amazing. We were looking for someplace for a burger that wasn't fast food. You decided to take advantage of their $10.99 deal. For $10.99 you get to choose a starter, an entree, and a soft drink. That's cheaper than a lot of fast food places! Everyone in my party accept me got the chicken enchilada soup. I went with a side salad, but I was soon sorry when I saw how good that soup looked covered in cheese. My salad was good though. Three of us ordered their new burger, call the Big QP. This one is a lot different from their old fashioned burger. It has ketchup, mustard, diced red onion and a couple slices of cheese. I really really liked it! It comes served with fries. Last person in my party ordered the chicken quesadilla, which is a favorite of his. I didn't taste it, but he really liked it. Ordered from this Chili's on Staples for the first time through Grub Hub . We always enjoy the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas and decided to try the new BBQ brisket quesadillas as well. The chicken bacon ranch quesadilla was a big disappointment. It had no flavor and was extremely dry. I will say that the BBQ brisket quesadilla was very good. The honey bbq sauce was delicious. I added a side of guacamole. Never again! I paid $3.00 for a container the size of a fifty cent piece. The same size container they serve the sour cream and pico in when dining in. I made a big mistake I will not do that again. I really thought I was going to Texas Roadhouse. I walked into Chili's by accident. I wish I would have turned around and walked out. I decided to stay surely they have steak and a baseball game. Got the baseball game, got the steak ... way overcooked. Of course she offered to fix it... NO COOKS DON'T LIKE REDOING FOOD... $10 for a dinky frozen margarita out of a machine. Seriously demented. Steak and shrimp, cocktail and tip nearly $55. I will not do that again I've never paid more than $45 for the same stuff AND AMAZING ROLLS. I brought leftovers home and I tend to get my steaks rare so that I can cook them up more. But this steak started out medium well and that's according to the bartender. So now I get to cook it more and eat two leather. Again I'm not making that mistake again. read more

We went in at 8:45 tonight and had the most awesome waitress. Unfortunately the food was terrible. They forgot to even start making our food for 30 minutes and i requested dessert to come out last. It came out first. Food was dry and chewy. Then 2 hours later im genuinely dying with food poisoning. Only thing I've eaten today. Genuinely disappointed. Do better please. He listened carefully to us and took his time explaining the menu carefully to her, which I was very grateful for. If I could give this MINUS stars I would. We ordered a pick up order and when we opened the boxes many items were missing and the food wasn't cooked as we requested. The steak was supposed to be rare but was well past well done. It was also missing the mushrooms we ordered and paid for. The fries for the children's meal was missing as was the drink. I could go on, but you get the idea. We called to try to correct these issues but was told that all they could do was pass the information on to the manager and we would be getting a call back. Well, it has now been almost three weeks and we still haven't heard anything. It's obvious they really don't care about customer satisfaction, customer service or taking money for things they don't deliver. GAGE FOR PRESIDENT! Went in today for a birthday lunch with a friend and my daughter. We had a wonderful experience. I don't like to complain so I didn't say anything when there was an issue with my meal, but Gage noticed when he walked by, and he stepped right in and made it right. The food was very mid. I asked for medium rare and it was very raw and RED inside. The mashed potato's lacked salt as well. The service wasn't the best either. The server did not have that many tables and only checked on us twice and did not give us refills. This was also my first time at Chili, and it did not meet my expectation. I'm pretty fond of certain offerings, so I frequent... but I also make sure to try different locations to compare. This one is not a winner. What I received (smokehouse combo) was a child's portion. I can entirely relate this to past orders that were adequate. But, none of what I received was worth the cost, here. There were a few pieces of discarded broccoli. Not even enough to make a full side, more than a bite or two. I'm sorry they wasted the takeout container to house it. 5 SMALL pieces of sausage... 1 link is arguably 8-10 slices, not just the ass ends. The bbq chicken is smaller than my palm, over-cooked w/ shriveled bacon & no bbq sauce... cheese was thrown on top for presentation. It was inedible. The corn was not at all cooked. Seasonings then wrapped in foil. Smooshed piece of Texas toast thrown on top. This was a total fail. Not just one aspect- the entire dish was terrible. Undercooked, underserved, old & inexcusable. So, I did call to inquire about what happened. I was met w/ apologies... but refused a refund. The manager would only offer to send gift cards. The gesture is better than nothing, but I didn't want gift cards in 6-8 weeks. I wanted to know why no one noticed this went out the door. I was told "we need to work on our 2-point inspection"... but that doesn't settle it for me. Your internal issues should not effect my order, period. I've never been a fan of "freebies" to entice a repeat visit when this sort of incident is brought to light. It only tells me you temporarily muffled an issue while still pocketing from poor business. Paying for me to come back doesn't really fix the fact that I'm left with less of a meal right now. Prior, I loved this chain & the ease of their online platform. But, collectively it's gone downhill & the quality/quantity has become dirt poor. We went to this location today for lunch. We go here often. We have always had great service and great staff at the bar. Food has always been amazing. Today I ordered a Classic Burger and it was to have Mustard and they put on Mayonnaise. They quickly correct the order and the manager came out and gave us gift cards to cover the price of the burger even after remaking it. Holly and Patty are awesome at the bar.
