went here to watch the Illinois game while in AZ. food was solid and drinks were tasty. I got the Cajun pasta (comes with chicken and sausage). great flavor and portion size. wouldn't have minded a little more Cajun spice though. dirty martini was on point. just the right amount of brine and went down smooth. 30+ TVs, so you'll be able to see one no matter where you sit. outside TVs could be set a little brighter to be better visible in bright sun. service was fast and accurate with a smile. will definitely go back next time I'm in town. read more

If you're looking for a mediocre place to catch a game with friends, this spot has that covered. There are TVs everywhere, making it a great place to watch sports. Unfortunately, that's about where the positives end. If you're coming for the food or the service, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. We came in as a party of five a little after 9:00 PM and were told the kitchen closed at 10:00 PM. No problemo, we were ready to order right away. Instead, our server didn't return to take our order until around 9:20PM, despite nearby tables continuing to receive service. That was the first sign things weren't going well. I ordered the carne asada nachos specifically because the menu advertised them with queso instead of shredded cheese. I even mentioned to my group that was the reason I was ordering them. I also added a side of sweet potato waffle fries. About 25 minutes after we had already placed our order, the server came back and asked if I'd like a different meat. Like of course I don't want a different meat that's why I ordered carne asada. The server didn't say that they were out of carne asada, but I read between the lines and opted for ground beef cause really the queso is what makes the nachos. Also, I couldn't help wondering why it took 25 minutes to find that out. Then the food arrived. My nachos immediately looked different than expected. Instead of queso, they were covered with shredded cheese. Nothing was mentioned about being out of queso. I notice there was none. When I asked about it, the server casually said, "Oh yeah, we're out of queso too." Wait...what? So the restaurant was out of both the carne asada and the queso. The two main ingredients that made me order the dish in the first place. No one cared to mentioned either of those things when taking my order OR when coming back and asking if I wanted a different meat didn't also mention they were out of queso. Had I known, I would have ordered something completely different from the start. To the server's credit, she did let me order something else. Sucks for the kitchen because they were already closed. I ended up getting the sliders, but they were just as underwhelming as everything else. The food overall tasted like frozen products that had simply been reheated. Nothing tasted fresh, especially considering the prices. The biggest issue wasn't just the mediocre food, it was the lack of communication and straight lie when placing my food in front of me. If items are unavailable, tell customers before they order or at least when placing their food down, not after they've waited half an hour and not saying anything at all. Between the disappointing service, poor communication, and unforgettable food for all the wrong reasons, this place completely lost my trust. I'd honestly rather spend half the money at IHOP, where the food is more consistent and I'd know what to expect. read more

Trophy is right next to my place of employment and an out of town coworker was in town working so we stopped by to grab a bite and catch up on life. We walked in just before 430 and the place was packed. That was totally unexpected. Not sure if its always like that or if it was because of the NBA finals. There are large screen TVs everywhere and all playing some sport on it. There was music playing too. With all the people, TV's and music it was very loud to say the least. Our server was super attentive and nice. I ordered the southwest eggrolls that came with a ranch dipping sauce (it was not traditional ranch but I forget what our server called it). It was $5 for my order. These eggrolls were AH-MAZING! The ranch was amazing too! Our server said all their dressings and sauces are made in house which you can definitely taste. My order came with three eggrolls cut in half and I was full after 2. They were very flavorful and not spicy at all. I would order these again in a heartbeat. I tried a friends guacamole which was really good and also not spicy. I would love to see chips and queso on their menu. They had chips and salsa and chips and guacamole but no chips and queso. Also, and the only thing that bothered me is they don't print your check. They hand you their handheld POS device and stand there while you tip them. I don't know if the suggested tip includes tax or not because they don't print your check. I tip on the cost of the meal before tax but this process they have doesn't allow me to do that. read more

Hubby & I had dinner here last night. We got there around 5:00 & it was already busy. We were seated right away. The staff was friendly. Our server, Dylon (sp) came to take our order promptly. She asked us if we wanted waters & took our drink order. Hubby ordered his fav beer and I had Tito's and cranberry juice. Both were very good. It was hot for a while. She apologized & said the A/C was acting up. It would be hot for 20 minutes then cool down. We ordered the pretzel. Hubby got the Reben with fries. I got the pizza with sausage & mushrooms with a side of ranch. The pretzel was huge. It was good, but I didn't like the cheese that comes with it. It has jalapeños in it. It's not spicy, but I don't like the taste of jalapeños. Hubby loved his Ruben. The meat was lean. The fries were good & crispy. I liked my pizza. The crust was good and all the ingredients were fresh. We felt like our server had too many tables to provide great service. The more tables she got the slower service we received. I ended up meeting a friend at Trophy one Sunday to grab some wings and watch an NFL game. I love the sports atmosphere here. Trophy was a nice upscale sports bar in the Ocotillo area of Chandler. The menu had a mixture of appetizers, pizzas, and sandwiches. There is a good amount of outdoor seating and plenty of televisions to catch a game. The service was very good and the prices were reasonable for the area. I had a hatch chili chicken sandwich and my wife had the house burger. We started out with an order of onion rings and that is definitely the house specialty. I noticed a number of tables had wings and they also looked very good. There is a full bar of course, and they apparently have some car shows periodically. I visited The Trophy Bar on February 12 and experienced service that should be brought to management's attention. At the start of the interaction, I mistakenly referred to my server as a waiter. I was corrected, which is fine, but the delivery was abrupt and unfriendly. From that moment on, the tone toward me felt noticeably different. When I closed out my tab for a $3 drink, I paused at the tip screen because I still intended to leave something. I understand very well that service staff depend on tips. Before I could make a selection, she told me not to worry about it and acted as if she was uncomfortable with me handling the payment device. The message it sent was that my business--and frankly my presence--was not valued. What made the situation more uncomfortable was that she continued checking on other guests at the table and did not return to me. I am not speculating about motives or adding assumptions. I am simply reporting behavior that left a paying guest feeling unwelcome. Courtesy and professionalism should be consistent, regardless of the size of the bill. Was excited to watch AFC Championship game and convinced my wife dropping $150 + $40 on tip was worth it to watch with energy of a Sports Bar. My husband and i stopped in at Trophy today for a late lunch. We were seated immediately outside (our request). Friendly waitress (LB) arrived within 5 minutes of our being seated. We both ordered wings. I ordered medium flavor (wet sauce) and he ordered cajun (dry rub) both with a side of blue cheese dressing. The blue cheese dressing was really good with chunks of crumbled blue cheese mixed in. We both enjoyed our wings - cooked to a nice crispyness. The medium flavor has a nice little kick to it but not too. My husband's draft beer was nice and cold. We sat outside on the patio. Several TVs to watch outside (all on sports channels).
