We've been coming here since 2018, wings are the only thing we get. Love the wings! Service is a little slow at times, usually one or two waitresses serving everyone. But usually we come with friends or family, so we don't mind the wait while we just talk. Hubby & I started out going to a different restaurant for dinner until we realized we had been there before. So we went here instead. You seat yourself & w found a booth. Our server came over promptly. We ordered our drinks. Hubby got his favorite beer on draft. I got Tito's & cranberry juice. The drinks were good. They are light handed on the Tito's pour like some places. We ordered the breaded mushrooms. Hubby got the Reuben sandwich with onion rings. I got the Island burger. You get a large amount of breaded mushrooms. The ranch is good & thick. The mushrooms were good, but greasy. Hubby liked his Reuben, but it was just lunch meat. The onion where's weren't greasy, but weren't that good. My burger was okay, but was a premade patty. I didn't like the fries. They were the batter kind & greasy. For a sports bar sidelines needs to improve just like their food but mostly "Taylor" needs a big attitude adjustment. No people skills whatsoever. You may have a following Taylor but you need room for improvement. That would be what I would write on your employee self evaluation when it comes up. For review. Definitely doesn't exceed expectations. Biker shorts only take you so far and then the Personality and customer service skills need to come into play. No ambiance in this place. Service is good unless they don't like you. Won't be back to this sad place! If you're a regular you get the royal treatment. Sorry to say sidelines you've been sidelined. Not a bad little bar. It's been awhile since our last visit. I do remember the food and the quality was very good. Burgers and fries were very tasty and cooked to perfection. Fries came out hot and were awesome. The service is also what I remember, not very good. Our server spent more time talking to people at the bar than customers on the floor. If they only had 1 server I would compensate for slow service but they had 3 girls working. It was surprising our food came out hot but then our server had to go back and order our fries. I have been wanting to come out here for a while. Finally on this side of town and stopped in. I thought it was busy for a late Friday afternoon but not crowded. I was greeted immediately upon coming inside and was told it was open seating. I took the last seat at the bar and the bartender Katie was hustling, making drinks and taking orders. She took mine right away and she was very engaging with the customers. I saw on face book they had a blackberry crown and lemonade. I was gifted a bottle but haven't tried it so no better time than now. She made it quick and it was very easy to drink, so be careful if you try it. There were plenty of sports on the many TVs, and the patio looked like it was set up nice so there was plenty of seats. Everyone looked like they were having fun and the vibe was great. Katie was making mexican candy shots with tequila and watermelon pucker. Maybe next time. Definitely will come back. read more

Such a shame! Looked this restaurant up on yelp to visit after the Smoke show festival and we were hungry and thirsty. We walked in and they said they weee closing. It was barely 10pm. Ugh! So crazy! The wings are absolutely amazing 10/10 I could eat them all day....BUT the customer service is terrible. The younger lady (Jaelynn) that served us could care less about the customers. Had high hopes to watch a Chiefs game at this bar/grill tonight when we were in from out of town. We sat at the bar for 10 minutes without any eye contact or acknowledgement made from the bartender. She walked back and forth, so there was definitely an opportunity for her to say something. We left after that. I would discourage anyone who isn't a regular from going here, and from reading other reviews, that's a common problem. read more

I really enjoy the wings at this place, especially when they are grilled, but some of the barkeeps have an attitude and refuse to serve you if you are sitting at the bar and not drinking alcohol. Sorry! I come here for the delicious food prepared by excellent chefs. If you sit at a table instead, the service is pretty good, and the wait staff is super friendly. OMG!!! My wife and I were on our way to our favorite spot and we got SIDELINED!!! We live in Maricopa and had been there before. After a long day which started at 2AM. We were looking for lunch and libations in a welcoming and social environment closer to home. We were not disappointed at all. Alex remembered our drinks after one visit which was totally incredible!!! They had my wife's DON JULIO 1942 reasonably priced. The people were friendly and atmosphere was inviting. We had drinks and burgers cooked to our perfection and actually had the option of awesome coleslaw... I like green veggies and stole some of my wife's fries to round my plate off!!! What really impressed us was the fact it is family friendly where you can watch the game and enjoy the meal with your kids!!! We go everywhere and when we want to be close to home!!! Things haven't changed much since last year it seems from the reviews. The service sucks here and for a Sunday with football, you'd think it would be better. The place was about 40 percent full. Staff spent most their time talking to one another and not as much time with guest. Disappointed for sure as I heard good things. The food is good for sure but sadly the service was one of the worse. I sat down and it took my server about 10 mins to come to me with a menu and then another 10 mins to ask what I wanted to eat. After that I waited around for 5 to 7 mins to get a refill on my soda. Other bars would run circles around this staff. Sad as I could see this place making a lot more money but it all starts on the top. Poor management or ownership. read more

A smaller business, a Sports Bar. Sounds like a good place, but it is not worth your time.. Let me explain. Came in here, and there was no one, no greeting, no person. So we walked over to an empty table and sat down. The server came over to the table and set down our menus aggressively. Still no greeting.. (Didn't even give us some time to think) Asked for our drinks, she was nice though. There was one server, bringing everyone their food, and about two-three people behind the bar (there was only three people at the bar with drinks) My sister's sprite had no flavor, almost like it ran out of flavor.. Next, my moms margarita tasted like Lemonade (That's what both of my parents said) so bad that we had to send it back. Me, my sister, and my dad had perfectly fine drinks. Now for food, they had Edamame.. This is a sports bar, not an Asian restaurant sorry but stick to burgers and wings. We ordered some appetizers but they came out with the entrées! Aren't the appetizers supposed to be out before the entrées? At last the food came out. Appetizers are not the worst.. Fries were nice and crispy, a little bit greasy, but that's fine, and mozzarella sticks were crispy, and had a lot of cheese, everyone had a good cheese pull. Well the entrées... were a different story, they ran out of the sauce that we wanted, so we had to choose a different one. My boneless wings weren't the best. Wanted them in barbeque, and they accomplished that. It was more barbeque than bread and chicken, it's like they used a whole bottle of barbeque.. Not okay. My parents' wings were TERRIBLE no flavor whatsoever. The ambience wasn't good, menus were sticky, tables were not very well clean, chairs were fine. Don't waste your time here, total came out too close to 90 dollars, for a family of 5, that's really good. Good service, bad food, and drinks. We went here for burgers and beer for the first time in 5-6 years. The last time was a bad experience. Well, the beer on tap was OK and the food was just like the last time (or worse). Actually probably the worst burger I've had. Specifically, over cooked on a dry bun, cold. BTW, soooo overcooked there was no moisture left in the patty. Dry. Sides: FF, Curly FF, Sweet Potatoe fries and onion rings - all below average and like warm. Onion rings were the worst. Actually fried onion flavoring. Friday nights are generally tough on wait staff so we weren't too irritated that it was 10 minutes before anyone even greeted us - we were told to seat ourselves by the bartender. Food was ordered and came out 25 minutes later as described above. Our waitress addressed us a total of four (4) times the entire time we were there; (1) hand us menus and drink order (2) food order, (3) drink order (4) check. We were there from 6:30-8:00. And no, she didn't ask about how our meals were. I feel certain she knew it was crappy. We will not go back and would suggest others go elsewhere. Blue 32 is down the street with much better service, quality control and pricing. read more

I went to Sidelines today to grab some food and drinks and watch the Bills game. The place was packed and had great energy; perfect ambiance for a sports bar. The service was great. Our waitress was very attentive even though they were almost filled to capacity. The micheladas here are top notch-one of the best I've had. The food came out with no wait and the drinks were a bit of a wait between rounds. They ideally could have added another bartender being as busy as they were because of the playoff game. The food was standard bar fare, but I did enjoy the Coyotes quesadilla and they have homemade salsa and fresh fried tortilla chips. I had a whiskey barbecue burger with curly fries and it was good as well. If you are a sports fan this is a great place to watch a game. They have many large screens with great visibility from all seating areas and the booths have their own smaller screen TVS. read more

Imagine my surprise when I arrived to find the TV's showing old reruns of comedies. Despite asking several times to out the games on it never happened. I have had bad experiences here in the past but since it's close to home .... Just a small downer , with covid lingering around and challenging the public to go out , like many others I've relished in the convenience of delivery. That being said I was saddened by the quality of my last two orders from sidelines :/ First go round I ordered my wings , zucchini , chicken strips and a salad. I received the pickles instead of zucchini , chicken strips were burnt and the salad was not "fresh" . I would say my favorite wings were not the usual amazing I'm used to. Dinner was a mild fail. My second go round, because yes , I love sidelines!!, same story with the chicken strips , but the wings and zucchini were on point! I'm still a huge fan! We have tried this place twice now. We love the wings. But unfortunately both times the service has been extremely slow and non attentive. The water taste like chemicals. It took over 50 minutes to get wings when there were only 2 other seated tables, all over patronages were seated at the bar.. The women's bathroom soap dispenser was broke sitting on the counter with no soap in it, that's definitely not good. They also charge extra for grilled wings, and special requests of flats vs drums. For a bucket of wings they only give one ranch for 3 people to share. If you want extra they charge you as well. Our son order lemonade and never could get our waitress for a refill. She was busy socializing with other customers, actually seated at the table with them. It's unfortunate because the wings are pretty amazing. Oh and whatever was on Tv at the booth, 2 young men in bed making out, we asked the waitress if it could be changed asap as our young teen son was with us. She apparently didn't know what asap meant. We almost walked out waiting 50 minutes for our wings- I almost wonder if the waitress forgot to put our order in. Hopefully they can do better and not lose another customer. But it seems like a local spot so I'm sure they continue to do well with regulars but if you are not a regular plan on being left behind. read more

Ok, my wife and I came here the other night for a convenient Date Night because it is around the corner from our house. We had a fun time here, the Sunday Night Football game was on every tv and they have a lot of tv's, even the booths have individual tv's, nice touch! I don't remember seeing that anywhere else, so I really liked it, even though I set at a high top! They had a lot of high tops, I love it! So they had a minimal staff but our waitress did a good job, the food came out in a timely manner. This is a nice sports bar, with a great location! We are definitely going back! read more

Great service! Top notch service. Needs better speakers for Cardinals home game. Loud-big speakers for home games. Grilled wings are amazing. This place is great just needs tweaking!
