All of my meats were beyond dry. It's really hard to convey how dry. The ribs were the biggest terror point since not only was it as tough as leather but it tasted like it was doused in iodized salt. My uncle's plate was not any better. The kielbasa was sliced and overcooked so badly that the sliced edges were burnt and frayed - you've got to really try hard to screw up preserved sausage. I could only do a few bites and threw it all in the trash. They were getting busy and I was not going to stand back in line with trays of food to broach the problems. They make sure to ask for a tip at time of order but there's no service for quality control. My uncle texted me later in the day: "Today's restaurant was such an awful choice for BarBQ. I thought about getting a Bahn mi but have seen recent negative reviews- reviews even that they have failed the health inspection, so I decided against it. I ordered a small banana coffee which came out to ~$7. Although my order number was 10 behind the one that was being called, my drink was ready within a minute or two.
