This place is great my wife and I first time here the food looks really good. Service was awesome. The ambience is great very unique Looking only thing is I wanted an iced coffee they don't have sugar-free options.

I love how there is Lee's sandwhiches in Arizona. Their vietnamese coffee is so gooddd. Its super strong. I also got their thai tea and I liked how it was perfect - not too sweet which is the best asian compliment. I really like their breadsticks and was craving it which is why we stopped by. We got their bbq pork, pate, and grilled pork. My favorites were the grilled pork and bbq pork. The breadsticks are made fresh, so it came out so crispy and warm - DELISHHH!! It's also $3.50 so it's a good cheap snack. It gets kinda loud in there with the loud music and I see a lot of old folks playing games and socializing there. The breadsticks and drinks came out within 10 minutes. There were a bunch of tables and booths to sit at. They also take card. Parking is easy.

The price was a little high but wasn't aware it came with two croissant sandwiches. Very refreshing meal and the strongest coffee I ever had. 10/10

I've been coming to this location since 1952! Although back then it was an empty desert of vast land with nothing on it. Luckily, Lee's Sandwiches opened here in 2005 serving up an array (lots) of different sandwiches, bread baguettes, croissants along with other eats & drinks. Recently I did notice a sign of the times, small price hike and slightly smaller portions. The taste however was still great, and satisfying therefore will keep coming back. Service is simple: order with a cashier then wait for your number to be called at the "Pick Up" area. Condiments are plentiful at the same pick up spot so don't forget, like me. They have plenty of seating space if one chooses to eat on site. We however always take our orders home to-go. Always delicious, never lets us down, Lee's sandwiches continues to be a hit.

I love Lee's but I haven't gone here in a while, so I decided to stop for lunch with my pal. They have remodeled the inside giving it a more restaurant vibe instead of the grab n go model. I always get the Almond tuna crossain't and a bag of chips. I swear that, they have the best croissants in town, in which, you can buy them individually. There's parking onsite but very limited, however, you could park across the street as well. They have great Vietnamese coffee but one has to be careful drinking it since, it's like having coffee on steroids. You will literally be up all day and night drinking a cup. Lol Yes yes yes I recommend eating here!

Such a gem! Great lunch spot with TONS of seating. Authentic, accommodating, and quick. The food was wonderful. Love the sandwiches, the bao, and the coffee! Thankfully I don't live closer, because I'd be snacking at Lee's far too often. Oh and did I mention, affordable? The menu is huge, so you could keep coming back over and over without growing bored.

Vietnamese bahn mi spot that offers a multitude of options. There is ample seating and grocery items available to purchase as well. The sandwiches are made to order and I had to wait what seemed longer than normal. The bread is made fresh in house and I ordered the lemongrass chicken. There was a large stalk of cilantro, but I appreciate fresh herbs. The prices are still fair and I will go again.

We were driving by this place and it was very busy so, we came back the next day (early afternoon) and it wasn't as busy (not at all) we decided to try a few things and their honeydew melon smoothie is my favorite. Me and my Mom decided to sit for a while and noticed there was only one other person at a nearby table, there were about 10 guys sitting outside all smoking heavily and looked to be playing cards? There is a case with premade things that you can just grab and pay for but, they had to make our stuff and we were given a # and abut 5 to 8 min later they were both called (pretty quick process) everything was fresh and tasty.

    Groceries too.

Every now and then we want something quick, easy, and not too heavy, Lee's Sandwiches fits that niche quite well, and it's conveniently located. The usual is #38, Lees Club on a croissant, but asked the young lady her favorite (#5 SW Grilled Pork) and so I'm going to give that a try. Quite tasty. There are numerous menu options, Breakfasts, European and Asian sandwiches, Coffees, Smoothies, Italian Sodas, Teas, the usual American soda selection, various canned and bottled drinks, fresh baked Baguettes, and I couldn't even begin to cover the assortment of grocery products. Just a great place for lunch or dinner. Probably breakfast too but havent tried that yet.

Baguette, pork roll, pate, and pickled veggies to make our own banh mi at home

Stopped by around noon today. The bakery was clean, and the staff was friendly. There was a small line. Instead of ordering a banh mi from the menu, we picked up ingredients from the fridge to make our own at home. The large 2lb pork roll was $19.99, which was a little pricey but tasted good and will be used for plenty of sandwiches. The container of pâté was $4.99, the pickled veggies were $1.99, and the baguette was about $3. The whole family enjoyed it.

Unfortunately, it took about 25 minutes for us to get our two sandwiches only for them to get our order wrong. Giving them an extra star because they were quick to give us a replacement. I like to veer on the side of leniency, but it is a sandwich shop and it wasn't busy so I cannot imagine why this would happen. The lemongrass grilled pork banh mi was fine, they really skimp on the fillings, ESPECIALLY the meat. The grilled chicken I definitely would not recommend, as it just tasted like rotisserie chicken from costco. I would highly recommend checking out Mekong sandwiches instead. Great food over there.

Grabbed a delicious Vietnamese sandwich for a quick lunch. I ordered the Chinese BBQ pork with extra pickled carrots, so tasty! The service is fast and efficient, you line up to order and pay, then pick up your sandwich at the next window. The restaurant is large and spacious, with plenty of seating for everyone. Will definitely come back again.

I was killing time in Chandler when lunch time approached and getting a sandwich was on my brain…read more Thanks to the Yelp app, I was able to find Retro's Subs & Brews and it seemed like the perfect spot to cure my itch. I was super stoked to check a place with "retro" in the name out, and I gotta be honest here, I left with pretty mixed emotions about a lot of things. The restaurant itself is pretty boring inside, mostly just being black with a few small pictures hanging up. I was kind of expecting big retro movie posters or something hanging around, but I definitely didn't get much of a retro vibe from this place minus a small neon "bar" sign and a claw machine in the corner. The menus were very cool, right by the front door its a record shelf and the records were the menus, so thumbs up for that idea. I thought i was mistaken, but I don't remember seeing sandwich prices on the actual menu, but as I look at other photos on yelp it does appear that the sandwiches don't have prices attached to them, which explains why I was thrown off by the end price. I settled on ordering the "take on me" which was black forest ham, roasted turkey, hickory smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and mayo on a Hawaiian style roll. I also ordered a sprite and a chocolate chip cookie as a side. The chocolate chip cookie was okay, pretty standard cookie though definitely not worth $3.75. The sprite was $2.99, and the sandwich came to $15.58. I was also charged $0.96 for something called the advantage program which I have no idea what that is. I gotta say, spending over $25 on a sandwich, a small cookie, and a drink is not something I would care to do at a place like this. The sandwich itself was very good, I won't deny that. The meat tasted fresh, and when it was all together it was definitely a good sandwich, but when there's not combo option and a basic sandwich, cookie, and drink ends up being $25 it's gonna be a no from me on returning in the future. Overall, I really wanted to love this place for the name, but the lack of much decorations and prices left something to be desired. The food itself was good, but not worth what was spent.

I love that they change their menu daily, it's handwritten and the details are posted on their Instagram page if you want to take a look before you arrive. Everything is made fresh to order! The day we had gone in, they had a few sandwich and pasta options available to choose from. My husband got the spicy Italian sausage ziti pasta dish and I ordered the chicken parm sandwich. The sandwich came out first; I really liked the marinara sauce on it. It was a bit difficult to eat but exactly what I was expecting and wanting. The pasta took some time to come out, but that was fine. The sauce was like a pesto vodka sauce, very rich & filling, and also tasty. We were both only able to eat half of each dish since they were both large dishes. I believe they only serve pasta dishes on certain days, so if they have them on the menu, definitely consider ordering one of those. They seem to have sandwiches everyday. It's a pretty small place with a few tables & some bar type seating. It gets pretty busy around lunch time, so plan accordingly. We'll be back again to try other items!

Before even stepping into the building, I was excited because the outside looked like something from a Western movie. There was plenty of parking, and from the parking lot being majority-filled, I knew this would be a good stop. You can also see the outdoor seating from the parking lot, and it was filled with a couple families. The walk in directs you straight to the smokehouse/restaurant. You order at the counter, and then you either get a seat number and choose a seat or wait at the counter for pick up. There was a decent sized menu of bbq options, sides and drinks. The dessert display was filled with what looked to be DELECTABLE goodies! :) (this is what I'd try when I come back, FOR SURE!). I ordered the double meat platter with a half rack of ribs and brisket. The sides were chose were baked beans and Mac and cheese. The platter came with the two rolls, as well. This was to share with one other person. I'd say the ribs were okay, not my favorite! The brisket, on the other hand, had a PERFECT Smokey taste. The Mac and cheese was okay and so were the baked beans (they were super sweet, if that's what you're going for!). Add the regular bbq sauce on the side for dipping and you've got a tasty meal! After dining, we were able to go around the antique shop in the back. It was HUGE! And it kept GOING AND GOING! There here vendors of all sorts from furniture to home goods to jewelry to clothes/shoes. There's a little something for everyone here! There was even a hidden (I guess not hidden if you know about it), second hand, vintage clothing store in the very back. I didn't walk out with anything, but it was as worth the window shopping! The exit was through the antique shop near the cash wrap. Overall, the experience was lovely. The food was in the mid range for me, but I'd come back for dessert and the shopping.
