    Coffee love for sale!
    Gina G.

Great local but not local coffee roast house in the heart of downtown Chandler. Peixoto coffee comes from a family of 4th generation coffee growers who grow in Brazil and ship directly to their coffee house! Their motto is "From our family to yours". They sell coffees and a variety of beans. I took some home. Tip: they will grind whole beans you purchase if you don't have a grinder. The WiFi was screaming in a typical WiFi low access area. Staff were friendly and the coffee house was dog friendly as well.

    The tiniest matcha latte

Got my regular matcha latte but they did not have almond milk so subbed with oat milk , which I didn't mind so much. Actually tasted great. However the small is extremely tiny. Looks like maybe 8 oz cup and I spent over $8. Regardless, no other coffee shops around downtown Chandler serves matcha, so I was glad to see it on the menu. Service was pleasant.

Amazing. A little pricey.... But honestly worth it. Such good coffee and pastries. Beautiful shop in downtown Phoenix. Quick service. Loved it and can't wait to come back.

Peixoto is a bit out of the way for me- I'm a Tempe resident, and it's located right in the heart of Downtown Chandler. However, I have been hearing and seeing good things, so my partner and I stopped in to get some work done on a weekday morning. The shop had plenty of seating but was definitely busy. Music was pleasant and not too loud (a big problem at a lot of modern coffee shops) The ambiance is nice- high ceilings, modern but welcoming decor and a large ordering area. Seating is comfortable. The staff was also welcoming and friendly. My partner got the Twilight nitro- the foam was good, but didn't have a discernible flavor other than a creamy sweetness. This was our least favorite drink of the three we tried. The presentation was great- the purple color and the glitter made it feel like a spooky fall drink. The nitro coffee had a strong and bold taste. The coffee and the foam were great individually, but the foam was slightly too thick to mix into the coffee evenly- leaving a few clumps of cream throughout. We didn't mind, but wouldn't get this drink again. However, this drink is a fall specialty and not available on the menu all the time, so I'm sure that some of the specialties are better than others. My kettle corn latte was delicious- salty, sweet, and the foam on top had a wonderful mouthfeel! This specialty latte was the highlight of the visit. For food, we shared an almond croissant from one of the bakeries they collaborate with- it was huge and delicious, with plenty of buttery layers and almond filling! Finally, my partner also got an (decaf by default, but can have a shot of espresso added) iced ube latte. It was very sweet while still maintaining the flavor of the actual sweet potato. Overall, we had a nice experience at Peixoto. We will be back to try the more regular menu items soon and this might become a semi-regular spot for us!

    Cappuccino

While waiting for my oil change to be completed, I stopped into Peixoto in the Old Town Chandler district for a Cappuccino. The roast there own beans and serve in traditional Porcelain cups which is really great to use while relaxing. The atmosphere is definitely local coffee shop with a lot of great seating and many people sitting around having conversations including strangers next to me who were just meeting and talking while enjoying there drinks. Their in house roasted coffee is amazing and while you can't really say you are chewing your coffee, the intense concentration of deep flavor almost made you feel that way. The people at the counter were also very friendly providing excellent service and adding to the atmosphere. A great place for a quick stop or a lingering conversation with friends..............or strangers.

I've been to peixoto a few time before but this last time was definitely my favorite! I ordered their coconut latte and it was SO yummy! Peixoto is the perfect spot to work or study! Not too loud, but not too quiet... just right! They have indoor and outdoor seating and their wifi works great! I love that it's located in downtown chandler!

Need to try their cold foam specialty drinks
    Luna S.

First time trying cold foam! I got the coconut with banana cold foam instead of the peanut butter that is the drink special right now. They frequently change their specialty drinks and they are unique and delicious! Love the glass touch. It's in downtown chandler so a nice ambiance with a buzz of people chatting and all the tables were taken but we got comfy chairs. Does seem to stay busy.

i got here on a saturday morning and i ordered a pistachio latte with macadamia milk and danny got a large hot mocha. i was greeted right away. the vibe here is cozy and i love all the fresh plants. they have exposed brick walls which gives the place a fun feel. definitely recommend and will come back.

It's been years since I've stepped foot into this charming, cozy feel cafe & I'm so glad I found my way back. Tucked in the heart of downtown Chandler, Peixoto offers fresh & locally roasted coffee perfect for all the coffee connoisseurs. I decided upon on the Sugar, Butter+Salt Latte from their limited time winter menu. This carefully crafted coffee offers a brown sugar butter caramel syrup which is then topped off with sweet & salty cookie crumbles. I was afraid it was going to be too sweet, but it was perfect! Subtle yet delightful, all these flavors blended together so well to create a drink that anyone would love! The service was fantastic and the gentleman helping us gave us a full rundown of their menu offerings in Spanish, which was very helpful. Peixoto is a wonderful place to gather together with a small group of friends, or to relax & get some of that work done.

This place was good! A really nice place to sit and get coffee, and everyone working was very nice. There was lots of merch and coffee available for purchase. The free parking garage is a 2 minute walk from here. I came here on a Saturday morning during the Chandler farmers market and it was definitely busy. My friends and I were lucky to snag some tables for all 6 of us. They have standard coffee drinks and pastries to order. There was also a Spring menu with seasonal drinks. I tried the large iced cherry vanilla latte and enjoyed it, but didn't end up finishing all of it (not because it was bad, just too much coffee for me) and will probably order the smaller size next time.

Large latte!! Shop in the background!!!

I love coming to downtown Chandler for my meetings. The baristas are shaking and baking back there because of the orders coming in. The cool part is that they partner up with local bakers to promote and sell their pastries. It is a very cool place to have meetings because they are not too loud and have the nice ambiance!

I've been coming to Peixoto for years and loving it every time. I love that they've been a staple for years in Chandler AZ and that I've been able to come back when I visit. Having lived here before and enjoyed this local delicious and well made coffee space, it's great to come back to it when I'm in town. Today I had a cappucino with oat milk and it was perfect. No vegan pastries today but that's ok!

    Dianne E.

I love this coffee shop! It's so funny because I actually used to live right across from the Gilbert one and I never made it to that location but I've been to this Chandler one a few times now. It's in the heart of downtown Chandler and it's a small but cute coffee shop. All their pastries are from local bakeries and I had their chocolate croissant and an affogato with chocolate gelato last time I went and it was DELICIOUS. Very sweet though but that's exactly what I was looking for. It gets really cold in there though so bring a jacket.

    Are dogs permitted inside?

No, but they have seating outside. Not much shade though so we often take ours to the park.

Do they have Wi-Fi? I do see it listed as an amenity.

    🙌🏼 yes

    Do they serve hot chocolate?

    Yes they do 💜

    Is there a drive thru?

    No, there isn't.

Do they have a happy hour?

    not that im aware

Do they sell cups, canteens, mugs with their logo on it?

They do have a variety of items with their logo on it, including mugs and shirts. Not sure, off the top of my head, if they sell cups & canteens.

Is the coffee served in mugs, cups? I'm not a fan of coffee or tea served in paper or plastic cups. Thanks to anyone who can answer this....

Yes, their hot drinks are served in ceramic mugs and iced drinks are served in glasses. That's one of the reasons why I love Peixoto! If you get your drink to go, they'll give you a great paper cup and they now have compostable straws for iced… Read more

Even though there wasn't a lot of people, the service was surprisingly slow. The staff were extremely friendly though. I ordered a Robin with Oatmilk and a fruit danish. The fruit danish was delicious and flaky, but it was way overpriced which I didn't find out until the barista was entering it into the cash register. Transparency for the cost of food items was lacking, there was no prices listed for the bakery items. The Robin with oatmilk was okay, the coffee taste itself was pretty good, but I couldn't taste any of the infused lavendar flavor at all in the drink. It tasted like it was a plain latte, not what they advertised. I don't recommend ordering this drink. Overall I personally wasn't impressed with Sagebrush, and I probably won't be coming back.

It's an unassuming spot in an office park area, not your typical retail shopping center. The coffee, however, was far from typical. We very much enjoyed our drinks. The interior is small but warm with plenty of seating for the size of the place. There are also a few tables outside. They are adamant (but not unfriendly) about keeping the cafe free of laptop computers, which they don't allow. They offer no WiFi. Their business model is focused on fostering genuine human interaction and conversation, and I must say, I do admire that anyone is really trying to encourage that these days! The staff was super friendly and helpful as we asked about the coffee menu choices and what their recommendations were. (They also offer some food items, but we did not order any of those on this visit.) They explained to us that the coffee drinks are listed on the menu from most sweet to least sweet, which is certainly a helpful thing to know. But they emphasized that they try to keep all of the drinks balanced so that they are not overly syrupy, which is also something we appreciate! To put that to the test, I ordered the most sweet drink on the menu, the Turtle Pie, which I ordered as a shaken espresso. (You can get any of their coffee drinks as a latte, cold brew, or shaken espresso.) That drink comes with two shots of espresso, dark chocolate, caramel, and hazelnut. My wife ordered the Sweet & Salty as a latte, and it comes with two shots of espresso, maple, sea salt, and white chocolate. We each thought our drinks were just the right balance of coffee and sweetness, and the flavors really worked well. We were quite impressed. :) I am not in the area that often, but when I am, I will definitely be keeping Momentto in mind.

The space is extremely comfortable -- cozy seating, welcoming energy, and an outdoor area that's truly remarkable. You can genuinely taste the flavor in every sip. I'm a nitro, cold brew girl -- always black -- and they nail it every time. Smooth, bold, and perfectly balanced. That said, I'm a total sucker for their seasonal selections. Somehow, they always make it hard not to switch things up. The seasonal flavors are thoughtfully crafted and never overpowering -- just the right touch to make your drink feel special. The pastries? Incredible. Fresh, delicious, and the perfect pairing to any drink. Whether you're stopping in for a quick bite or a full coffee moment, you won't be disappointed. Another major plus: the prices are reasonable, and the line moves fast. Even when it's busy, the service is efficient without ever feeling rushed. The customer service is genuinely great -- everyone is extremely nice, welcoming, and happy to help. It's such a refreshing change to experience a place where the vibe is consistently excellent.
