Blended thai tea with strawberry jelly and the jamine green milk tea with boba in their new mystery cups that hide a hello kitty surprise!

Great drink options! I love ordering from the milk tea, az refreshers, or blended or more lists! My favorite appetizer is the fried tofu. They let you choose the spice level and if you're unsure, they can have the spice in a separate container so you can customize it per person in your group. My kids favorite is their fries. They currently have a mystery hello kitty cup! So cute!

Honey-lemon green tea with boba and a lavender milk tea with pudding. YUM!

As Beyoncé asks/sings, "Who run the world? Girls!" Did you know that in America, women were not only ideal tea room consumers, nearly all tea rooms were owned by women? Yasss, queens! Boba Tea House was once *THE SPOT* for all boba tea lovers. Hey, it was the early 2000s and we didn't get the bubble tea boom yet that has taken over the past few years. Boba Tea House came in and brought us some joy after Eba (the OG boba spot) left us. I only ever get one thing here: Lavender milk tea with egg pudding. It's always solid but the past couple of times, I've ventured out and tried the brulee coffee and their ube coffee. Their coffee is solid as well. Get a little snack of popcorn chicken and you won't be disappointed. While still a great spot that's an absolute treat after grocery shopping at Lee Lee's or after getting dim sum at Phoenix Palace in the same plaza, I must confess that there are other boba spots in time I'd rather go to. Nonetheless, I still have much love for one of our oldest bubble tea spots in town!

I came here for a meet up recently and was welcomed by a friendly employee upon entering. I really like how the menu easily shows all of the options and toppings and flavors. It was easy to find what I would like since I usually just get a tea with flavor with Boba. I really like how the interior looks. It is modern and inviting. I will definitely be back to try new flavors. This was my second time here and I foresee many more in the future.

Boba Tea House, is a welcoming drink spot that can scratch that milk tea/boba craving you may have or introduce you to that feeling after having it. With a wide selection of many different flavors from milk teas to fruit slushes with toppings, you'll find what you're wanting to try. Great spot to bring the family, friends, or yourself to get boba in a jiffy. They also have a good variety in foods to enjoy with your sweet drink. A whole vietnamese sandwich menu and many more appetizers. I'd recommend this spot for the friendly bobaristas and great vibes from everyone.

I love coming here after eating dim sum at Phoenix Palace. The menu is extensive so it's nice to pick depending on my mood. Service is always great and because we are near the holidays, it's nicely decorated in Christmas spirit. My husband even won a hello kitty keychain from the game they have inside! My fave drink to get is simple. Strawberry Black Tea with lychee jelly. Since I ordered a large, I had the option to have the cute gingerbread bottle.

Always great customer service, food is made fresh and usually cooked to perfection. The ambiance is relaxing and very friendly. Definitely ready for a family or whoever to hangout and have some fun with some amazing boba drinks!!!

I really like this Boba Tea House, located in the same square as Lee Lee Supermarket. Very convenient. Lots of tea choices, and even food snacks. The price is pretty reasonable. Right now for the holidays they have this cute little snowman cup that's the same price as a large. I love it!

This boba was so good!! It satisfied the cravings beautifully. It was my first time in and this place did not disappoint. As a boba connoisseur, I can always tell when the boba is fresh and it was on point! The shop was very cute and decorated for the holidays, the service was great. Can't wait to go back!

BOGO coupons. Large taro milk teas (no boba)

I cannot say no to sweet drinks! Lol. It's been years since I last gotten something from here. I usually go to a different spot but I had to when I got this flyer the mail. BOGO on certain drinks (with coupon) til the end of August! On Monday night, I went to get the BOGO taro milk tea (no boba) to have for work on Tues & Wed. Then Wed evening, I was back to get the BOGO wintermelon tea. For this, you can choose from green, black or oolong tea. Loved that you can choose the type of tea you want! I chose oolong but black would be good as well. You can use the coupons for any sized cup you want. I chose the largest. The only downfall is you can't mix the type of drinks. They have to be the same. Service was good. Interior has changed a tad but it's cute. Still not my #1 spot but it's not a bad spot either!

Ask the Community - Boba Tea House

Are they still open ...? Have tried to go a couple of times this month (Mid-October) & it's always closed, with lights out 😕

    Yes. It's still open.

Is it possible to get a lactose free milk tea here?

    Yes.

The inside is very clean and relaxing and is a very good place to meet friends or study. I've placed pickup orders more times than I can count, and have also met up with friends and studied there a few times. The drinks are all so amazing!! My family and I have tried at least half of the menu and everything I've tried has been a new favorite. I am always torn between trying something new or getting the orange bianco milk tea, pistachio matcha, or Seoul coffee. They are all very balanced and not overly sweet and you can taste how much care for quality and detail was put into building all of these drinks. They also have options like lactose-free whole milk, oat milk, and 2%. The owner and staff are also always very friendly and always happy to help. Last July they had a banana pudding matcha that was really good (pictured here next to my usual pistachio matcha), and they have had a really good and unique variety of seasonal drinks in the past. I've also tried some of the croffles and those are also very good. I love trying new cafes but the quality and balance of TeaMakers and Company almost always wins in my opinion.

There are usually a couple gals behind the counter, watching the screen while you place your order ... waiting patiently as you peruse their many choices, trying to decide which tea to order. They are super friendly and very helpful. This visit we ordered the ginger chai, vanilla bean cream latte. I preferred the ginger chai, but my sister thought hers was betters. Our second visit we ordered the orange bianco, along with the cream earl grey milk teas. Both also wonderful. Today we ordered the raspberry chocolate milk tea and cocoa cream matcha. I may sound like a broken record, but yes, they were wonderful. It is NOT a boba tea shop; it was, but no longer. Incidentally, if you come the "back" way, entering off Warner vs Dobson, the signage on the back side still says Ni Hao. :-) Since we've already visited them three times, I think it's pretty clear we would highly recommend their teas.

Suffice to say, Gozen Kampuchea passes my highest expectations! The taste and quality is superb and unmatched. It's delicate yet subtle. The complexity is there, with rich boldness and flavors that highlight the original leaf. It reminds me of being back in Hokkaido in Japan. Definitely recommend it. It tasted just like the Matcha back in Japan. Next time I'm trying the Matcha cake roll. Seating is quite ample and there's a small bar section on the side, which is great for studying. It's quite comfortable here as the wooden dust and tables really give it a great ambience for getting work done! Music selection was on-point. Loved it. Service is amazing! Super friendly!!! And lightning fast too. They also have a kiosk for ordering as well. Memory Lane Reminiscence: I remember when there was a Fry's grocery next-door to here. There was also an FYE at one point. Today I stopped by after work and the patio wasn't as full, but there was a good size group gathered outside. The sandwiches here are so damn tasty, and you have to give them credit for making their own bread daily. You can taste the difference and you're never gonna get stale bread here, no sir!! They also offer a wide variety of Asian goods such as Vietnamese coffee you can make at home, spam, pastries, and a variety of chips you can't find in a regular grocery store. The prices for these banh mi sandwiches are very reasonable. One sandwich costs around $9. You can cut it in half and split it into 2 which is a deal! They make mine without jalapeños which is exactly how I like it. They forgot and put some in one of my sandwiches tonight, but no biggie. I just picked them off, lol. The dining room is large, but I have never dined in. I will eventually! The variety is enough for you to stand there a good while and ponder on what you want.
